We wanted a modern pool, custom built to match our house, and our lifestyle. Leo designed a beautiful pool. As project manager Leo was present at every step in the construction, and ensured it was built to the highest standard. Paragon were recommended to us by friends, and we will do the same. When my wife and I decided to build our first pool, I endeavored to learn as much about the process as I could before evaluating potential pool builders. The results of this effort afforded me a working knowledge of the terminology and a desire to build an easy to maintain and efficient pool.

My family had a wonderful experience with Paragon Pools. Leo and his team designed and built a luxury pool and hot tub for us in 2021. Leo and his colleagues and contractors were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, professional and neat and their craftsmanship was exquisite. We lived at the home during the construction and they provided timeline updates, minimized any disruptions to our family and left the site cleaner then when they arrived.
We ended up with a gorgeous pool and hot tub with a waterfall feature, a tanning ledge, an in ground pool cleaning system and a swim system that we couldn't be more happy with. Leo has a great eye for design and detail and was able to acquire the same brick our home was constructed of for the pool coping. He also worked with me to design a pool that perfectly met my vision of what I wanted. Leo and his team were also great at working through the permitting process (we had lots of constraints on my property, but he was able to work through them all).
We feel extremely lucky that we were able to work with Leo and Paragon Pools to build our pool. Based upon our great experience, we would highly recommend Paragon pools to anyone seeking to build a luxury pool in the Hoston area.

I have worked with them on my personal pool as well as refer them to clients. Leo Klewig does such a great job. We absolutely love everything about our personal pool. He was able to guide us on a couple of things that we were quite concerned about. After shopping with several pool companies he was the only pool Builder that truly looked at our soils test and took our typography into consideration, adding additional rebar and increasing the size of beams.
That meant a lot to us. The structure of the pool was being built to last! I am a home builder and I will typically refer them out to my clients as well. They always do a great job, and I seen him build some amazing pools.

We've enjoyed our Paragon custom pool for over three years now! I must say what really impresses me about Paragon is the professional service after installation. Our pool has given us few problems but maintenance issues do arise from time to time. I can tell you in the two or three instances we have experienced, the Paragon staff has been awesome!
The service work has been prompt and in each case efforts were made to minimize repair costs. We consciously spent a little more for our pool and this is exactly the reason why. It's nice to look back on a significant investment and continue to feel great about the whole experience! Kudos to David and his staff!

Perfect experience with Leo and his team at Paragon Pools! Our pool is BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT, and low maintenance. It is EXACTLY what we wanted. My family can't say enough good things. They were responsive to all our questions. And the pool was completed much quicker than my neighbors who started building their pools before we did.

Paragon installed our new pool and hot tub. We also installed a lazy river/endless pool system along with an in-floor cleaning system. Leo was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient with us throughout the whole process. Many changes happened during the design process and he took it all in stride. We have been completely happy with our pool and it has worked flawlessly since it was installed. I highly recommend Paragon!

Paragon Pools was and continues to be an exceptional company to work with in the design, building and maintenance of our pool. Leo first met with us at our home to see pictures of our ideas. He returned with two very different concepts for our future pool. Once we settled on a preferred design, he was quick to make modifications along the way. Most people complain about how awful and stressful the pool building process can be, but this was NOT our experience at all.
The crews worked on schedule and typically stayed later than expected. The schedule that was presented was strictly followed and any deviations were only due to weather and quickly adjusted for. The budget we had set out was adhered to (except where our eyes and hearts got too big on some materials). Occasionally, we have a little hiccup and Leo is extremely responsive and has a crew member out to our house to fix the matter immediately (no matter how big or small - from a loose tile to a burned out light inside the pool).
My husband and I can't say enough good things about this company or Leo. We have recommended Leo and Paragon Pools to several friends and all have been happy. If you hire Leo, you will be getting a reliable, competent pool builder who stands behind his product. As an added bonus, in our case, we also got an award-winning pool that we use almost daily.

I was not looking forward to have the pool resurfaced after having it done at a previous home. However, it was a must maintenance I could not put off. Plus there were items that needed to be addressed when the pool was put in that were trouble areas. I want to make a few changes to the sun deck to make it more grandchild friendly. David and Paragon pools made the job painless.
They were able to address the concerns I had. I also wanted upgrade the pool with a river flow system. David walked me through step by step, informing me at every turn the next process. While pool resurfacing is always a messy process, David's team kept things as clean and neat as possible. The pool is now a thing of beauty as well as being a fun day in the sun for the family. I love my custom Paragon Pool! I love the attention to detail in the craftsmanship from design to install! We get compliments on it from everyone who sees it! Paragon Pools are quality through & through. Most importantly to me is that even 7 years later, if I have a question, Leo answers my texts personally! Highly recommend Paragon Pools!

WOW! We love our pool. Anyone visiting our house is blown away by it. Its been 18 months, and we have had zero issues. From the initial design all the way thru the end, everything was easy and professional. We had an idea of what we wanted, but Leo is an expert and knows his stuff and was able to design something so much better. I am so glad we went with him instead of another company.

We have had our pool for one year and are extremely happy with it. When the hubby and I decided we wanted to build a pool, we spoke to many of our neighbors who had extremely poor reviews on their pool builders. The common complaint was the extended delay in building their pool. We heard horror stories of some pools taking almost one year to build and other stories of bad quality.
We were advised to interview pool builders carefully and to go with one that we could trust. David is extremely professional and works within your budget. We spoke with several other pool makers and some offered to make a faux rock water feature. It sounded exciting when we first heard about it, but after speaking to David about a real rock water fountain, we were sold.
We worked closely with David from inception to the planning through building and completion of our pool and are extremely happy we chose Paragon Pools. Everything - from the customer service to the quality of the materials - is top notch. Each pool that they make is custom-designed with the owner's needs and wants. Paragon doesn't mass produce pools, they only have a few projects at a time, so that they can give each pool and customer personalized and detailed attention. David initially gave us a timeline on the estimated completion of our pool.
They were only one week off - due to rain. I'd say that's a great estimate. David was there for us every step of the way and always on sight on major project days. I highly recommend David and his team.
