All our patio furniture has arrived and is beautiful. I ordered our furniture last March. Doug at Allied Pools did a great job helping me choose sizes and materials that would work for our patio. He was very informative but also transparent when it came to the timeline for delivery, given Covid shipping delays. Sadly the delays only increased with time but we were informed and kept up to date throughout the waiting process. Thanks Doug for your dedication and information along the way. We are beyond pleased with our furniture and the customer service from Allied Pools.

I purchased a spa from Allied Pools at State Fair. Doug Javier did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the differences in the jets, seats, styles, etc. and was very patient with my questions. Unfortunately, we had to cancel delivery of the spa due to relocating for my job. I was so worried I wasn't going to get a partial, let along full refund. Doug was very understanding and refunded my full payment. I would totally recommend Allied Pools for anyone looking for a spa.

We bought our 18ft pool when Allied had their moving sale for a great price. We dealt with Jeremy, he was very informative and friendly. He has answered all the questions we have had through the whole process. Mike's pool service installed our pool. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner and highly recommended both.

Waited to write this review. Ordered a hot tub back in February. Allied had the best deals and the exact size we were looking for. Ordering process went very smooth. Yes, they had delays from the manufacturer. We called occasionally for updates, they returned calls promptly. I work in supply chain and 2020/21 has not been a normal year. I can imagine they are doing their best to communicate what they are getting from the manufacturer. Got our hot tub today and we are loving it. It was frustrating because of the pending excitement but we understand.
