Awful experience through and through. Manager is unprofessional and employees do not provide guidance. Novice pool owners stand clear.

The Pool Source is by far the BEST place for any pool, spa, and Sauna needs. Their crews provide excellent services for any of your needs, and Brian the owner is wonderful and fair with his prices. I've been trying to get a pool liner from The Pool Source. I spoke with someone in the spring that was helpful and gave next steps. I hadn't heard back. I called today to check in and I had someone very rude on the phone who told me I'd have to come to the store. I just came into the store and another rude associate told me that I needed to ask if the liner guys where in first.

I filled out the paperwork and asked the associate if there was someone else I could talk to I explained the communication break down to him. He told me the Boss wasn't there and he doesn't deal with these issues. I'm only hanging in with this company because I'm told there quality of work is excellent. So far the customer service seems abysmal.

Excellent service with routine pool and spa care. We did purchase both a pool and spa at the pool source. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Terrible! Have gone there the past 4 years to have our shark serviced. Didn't do a thorough job. I called this year about buying a new motor and was told that they weren't servicing any "new customers!" Well, they certainly lost our business.

My pump didn't work and they figure it out right away on time on schedule so my pool wouldn't lose chlorine level or any chemicals great job guys keep the work up and thank you I will definitely be back Service: General repairs & maintenance

Bought a hot tub in November 2020 from Pool Source. Staff was knowledgeable and worked with us through a tough time considering that stock was low and demand was high. They helped us through the whole process from selection, needed prep work, and delivery. Delivery team was on time and wasted no time. We return for supplies and questions and will keep with them. Definitely recommend.

If I could give The Pool Source more stars I would. The team at The Pool Source (I dealt with T.J, Ken, and Dan) are so focused on building relationships and providing outstanding customer service. From start to finish of our in ground pool installation they were upfront, transparent, kind, and on-time with everything. Their recommendations for electrical, fence, and pavers have been great.

In fact, they all communicate with one another, which made the process so much easier for us. We were on vacation for a few weeks and Dan and his team worked until 8pm the night before we returned to surprise us with a pool that was ready to swim in. My husband called yesterday afternoon to ask if we could have someone come out and get us started with chemicals.

One hour later a technician was at our house and he (Mark) gave us such thorough instructions and tips. I have friends who started the same process and still haven't broken ground! We recommend The Pool Source for all pool services!

I ran an errand to pick up a new pool pump August 2020 for a nice couple. The staff their was nice, professional and gritty in their efforts to accommodate an important need and would recommend them for pool equipment sales and are effective in getting the job done.

We have been Pool Source customers ever since we moved to a house with a pool. We also bought a hot tub from them many years ago, and it is just now showing signs of its age. They test our water and tell us exactly what we need to do to keep the water sparkling and clear. They're always on target with their advice. Just today, we were there checking out hot tubs because we think ours, after almost two decades, will need replacing.

Some people we know have said their prices are a bit high, but with all the help they've given us and the quality of their products, we think the prices are worth it. As long-time customers, we recommend them.

What a rip off! The older woman working there misquoted the cost of the 2 items I was interested in purchasing. This was after she tried to get me to purchase larger quantities of both items. Shop around. This place is highly over rated.

The Pool Source is hands down the best company around. We installed our in ground pool last year and everyone who worked on it was straight forward and supremely knowledgeable. We had some unexpected expenses and they tried their best to keep the cost down and work with us. They truly value their customers and that is refreshing in today's environment. I wouldn't deal with anyone else, period. You're in great hands!

Since this was our first hot tub purchase ever, we spent a lot of time researching hot tubs. After singling out the quality brands, we visited those local dealers to see how we liked the tubs. We loved dealing with Brandon at The Pool Source. He was very helpful, took time to understand our needs and patient with many questions. I can't recommend pool source enough. We went in on a whim and with the help Of the pool source over the course of the next month we will have a patio, hot tub and all of the electrical work to make everything run smooth. Both of the folks we worked with Brandon and David were professional and kind not to mention knowledge and understanding. I have two kids who were anything but quiet and they were both very understanding and didn't mind the chaos that kids bring. Looking forward to a long lasting relationship with all the staff of the pool source and enjoying my hot tub. Thank you Brandon and David for all of your help this past month.

This is my go to place for pool needs. I have a large inground pool and have had bad experiences in the past using pool resources like Namco. I started going to The Pool Source when I was having an issue one year with my pool, after spending a small fortune at Namco for chemicals that I did not need and could not return, I ended up getting sound advice from The Pool Source.

When my issue was cleared up, I now bring in my water at the start of the season, they hook me up with what I need and no more issues for the season. It has been smooth sailing since. They also carry a variety of parts for the filter, vaccum etc.
