Craig Flynn established Executive Pools, Inc. in Southeastern Michigan to offer a swimming pool service company committed to quality, dependability and personal service at a fair price. We moved to Livonia in 1989. We realize that your backyard is a reflection of you and it is also where you relax and play.
We offer elaborate tile designs for the pool floors and walls. We do complete re-plumbing. We can replace all your plumbing lines and even add additional thru wall lines if desired. We will reference valve settings, water level requirements, filter PSI, pump run time, all chemical readings and chemicals added.
Check your baskets: Early spring and late fall are heavy foliage times (especially cotton-wood season). Skimmer and pump baskets should be emptied often.sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Water Level: We say normal water loss is approximately 1 per week due to splash out, evaporation and backwashing. Any more than that (1 per week) and your pool may be leaking.

EP has provided our family open/close and weekly maintenance solutions for the past 2 seasons. Although we have been extremely pleased with the service and value, I felt obligated to share our experience publicly this week. Upon our opening this past Monday our pump motor bearings immediately went out. EP understood the impact to our enjoyment due to a late opening and mechanical failure.
They offered every solution possible to get the pump back running. As of this afternoon (only 3 days from failure) we had a pump motor ordered, next day aired and professionally installed. Water is circulating again and clearing up by the minute. The family event we had scheduled for tomorrow will now not have any very disappointed 8-10 year olds!
We appreciate everything they do to ensure our family enjoys the investment we have made in our backyard. I would highly recommend their services. From the office staff to the field technicians we have experienced nothing but professionalism and best in class customer service. Thanks for everything and especially your help this week.

Awesome! I found it difficult to find someone to troubleshoot my in ground pool. They were able to diagnose my issues but also fix them on the spot. Eric did a hell of a job explaining what he was doing and why. I couldnt be happier with their service. I highly recommend reaching out to them for your in ground pool needs.

Their customer service is so far above the bar they pretty much set the new standard for me now. Christina was a delight to work with and the the fact that she could get me into the cleaning schedule for the following day sort of blew me away. When I left for work my pool was milky and slightly green. Quite horrible timing with a birthday party scheduled for Saturday.
When I returned home, after the service call, I headed straight for the pool and stopped in my tracks when I realized I was looking at crystal clear water. I cannot believe their team balanced the pool so perfectly and so quickly. Our next order of business is taking the class they offer on how to properly maintain our pool. They teach it in our backyard with our pool.
If you cannot already tell, I am a new pool owner this year and knowing these services are out there makes me a lot more confident in my investment. Knowing that I can learn all about the investment with a team of really cool people makes it fun. Which is really the whole point of owning a pool, right?

This company was not knowledgeable enough or didn't really care about their jobs. I had hired them to open my pool and let me know what needed to be done since I purchased this house in the winter. The pool needed to have the gunite redone since it was 30 years old, also the tile around the top of the pool was half off. The pool needed to be structurally tested.
None of these issues were relayed to me. After having Executive pools open it the second year ( a terrible job opening) I decided to get a second opinion. We had the pool drained and properly addressed the issues with a different company. I am a happy pool owner now.

This is a family small, family style pool repair company that has cared for our back yard pool for many years. We enjoy their quality work and caring support staff. I am not in agreement with some of the other reviewers who down rated them when they sent a contract out for work before completion. This company can be left alone to manage and correct any problems with out my supervision. On a personal level we feel very comfortable having them come to our home.

They came out multiple times for my heater. I was very clear to the person scheduling I was not going to pay anything again I just needed the heater situation fixed. They quoted a whole new problem and sent me a bill for $95. I told them I was not paying the bill and I needed some time to figure out how many times they had been out and not fixed the problem.
They then left a nasty threatening voicemail because I wasn't prepared to take the call at the time. Never a good idea to threaten a woman over $95.00. I would recommend you avoid them at all costs.

Pretty much what other people have said here in the reviews, in that they are a unprofessional company that just doesn't seem to care. I have used them for three years, and each has been worse than the last. This year they found an issue with the pump motor which is no more than 2 years old. I had them come back out after the opening since it needed to be fixed and the pool was not running due to the pump seal leak.
They sent someone out who fixed the leak and took it upon himself to replace all the pump's plumbing that was not needed nor authorized. I received a 450 bill (not including the 350 opening) for something that should have only cost 150-200 tops. They barely worked with me to get that price down (75 off) even after to admitting to doing unauthorized work and lying about an additional leak that wasn't even there.
They are unprofessional. Every time they open my pool I have to buy new jet plugs because they take them. I bought extras last year and those are now gone from my shed. I found the winter rubber filter plugs across my yard in a pile of mulch, and other parts dropped in my lawn and forgot about. They have previously left the gate to the pool wide open after leaving. Their prices on chemicals are very high, as I found out yesterday because I didn't do my research before hiring them. I'd stay away from this business.
