We have purchased a lot from this store over the last few years. The store is conveniently located close so it is just easy to go there. One problem though is that they are way over-priced. This past week I purchased a 10 gallon container of Jacks #2 for $105. That product is $85 or less all over the web with free shipping. I feel like they took advantage of me. An extra $10 I could understand, but $30 or more? I am going to be shopping more on the internet, and less at Pools and Spas a go-go.

Bad experience, very old and worn display item being sold as new, price quoted at one location but item not in stock resulted in a long drive to a different store location (Berkley) where a young salesman increased the sale price of the item on sale being held for me more than the sale price at the other store, for what was heavily used display. I felt like bait and switch was happening, representing what was a used item as new then boosting the price from what had been a new sale item at another store for a worn item at a higher price at this location.
I tried to reach my original salesman to say that this worn item was represented as new when clearly it was not, and to ask that he order me a new item and to say I was upset at this shakey way of doing business, only to have this young man at the Berkley store try to intimidate me, and then tell me that I had to leave the store. There are plenty of other places to buy. People wonder why stores are closing in favor of online buying, this is a prime example. I won't be back.
