Services
Natural Creations was founded by E. Casey Castillo. After serving in the U.S. Air Force for four years, Casey entered civilian life and began working for various pool builders, learning basic pool construction. It wasn't long before he sought ways to infuse his construction work with creativity. He was fortunate to meet Julian George, a Disney set designer who taught him how to sculpt realistic-looking rocks, trees and lagoons out of cement. Soon Casey was designing exotic swimming pools for resorts, animal exhibits at zoos and theme parks such as Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida.
Whether connected to a pool, built into a deck or standing alone, your custom spa can include a waterfall, fountain, water wall, zero-edge design, specialty lighting and more. We can make your old pool new again with a custom design. We resurface pool interiors, repair leaky plumbing, upgrade equipment and add new features. Keep your pool glistening and clear. Natural Creations can do everything from weekly cleaning to routine maintenance and any necessary repairs.
If you can dream it, we can build it. Natural Creations offers innovative designs and meticulous craftsmanship to create one-of-a-kind swimming pools that transform backyards into stunning vacation retreats. Features like swim-up bars, rock-carved slides, cascading waterfalls, hidden grottos, fire pits, smart controls - we do it all.

Casey Castillo - this man can teach a masterclass in being a sleazy sales person. No I don't want a grotto for my pool and no you don't know what I want because you're too busy pushing your cheese ball ideas of a rock wall, stairs etc. that I don't want instead of listening. ProTip: talk less, listen more. I couldn't wait to say no to this guy just do I wouldn't have to hear his voice or see his face ever again.

Check the reviews - he comes in at a low price and reputable pool companies like All-Star and KrisCo have to finish the job either after his shoddy / no show work or he'll change order you to death. Avoid, but if you must talk to him, you'll soon find out for yourself he's all cringe.

Well I saw these reviews and I'm not sure how the company is to deal with but I have owned a home for 3 years with a NPC pool. The pool is so nice and we have enjoyed it. No issues at all with the pool or mechanics of it. I just wish they would call me back to discuss another home I just bought and a pool I want to install. They must be busy because I'm forced to call other companies now!

We reached out to NCP to get a quote on a pool. After playing a bit of phone tag I spoke with some one from the company. I tried to summarize what we were looking for and and quickly informed me that they don't do work on the Kitsap Peninsula. (Not in a nice way). I asked if he could recommended some one in this area and was about half way done when he stated, "no one does work there" and hung up on me. I get time is money. which is why I'm taking the time to write this one star review.

If you are looking for a lagoon grotto Hugh Heffner bitchin' bikini broth rock pool where people want to "rip off their clothes and go skinny dipping" (direct quote) I guess call Casey. What really stood out about my sales call with Casey is the way he substituted actual information with relentless judgment of me. His website is good at getting you enticed, and so you take the time out of a busy work day thinking you may have finally found the right pool contractor for your family!

But hilarity does not ensue when you say you want something very classic and simple. Casey seems to turn on you, and seems irrationally offended. You briefly wonder why Casey cares so much what kind of pool occurs in a home he does not reside? You keep listening because, in a way, this is way more interesting than work right now. As he blathers on, you stroll about in amused (abused?) disbelief as he lambasts the vision without pause.

He winds it all around to say he doesn't need to work on your basic, boring "mom" Pinterest pool, and he doesn't have to because business is so busy! (Though I notice Yelp is pretty busy too). Casey, you do you. But I just felt a call to flag others and spare them 20 minutes of being breathlessly pool-splained by someone who uses the the word "mom" as an adjective for lame (repeatedly, whilst talking to a mom). (Casey, who hurt you?). Got it. Casey isn't interested (for the 8th time) to build a pool my teenagers will hate and be embarrassed by. Okay, Casey. Oh, ha, also won't forget the first thing he says is to make sure my husband is at our sales appointment. Clearly need to give Casey a break, being from the 1950s and all. Oh Casey! You go on with your bad self and cool, cool, pool. I

Maybe get employees that can drive, so rude not using turn signal and almost hit the car in front of me, no wonder the driver of the car hit their horn so long, then he speeds away, very unsafe.

I saw the Natural Creations Pools truck almost cause am accident on the I-5 near Fife this morning. The driver was racing another car in peak morning traffic. A company that engages in such dangerous behavior is not one I ever want to give my business to.

One of there trucks almost just took me out at home depot, huge truck with decals all over watch out. Speeding threw busy parking lots and forcing there way into parking spaces hopefully doesnt correlate to there business practices.

Employee is a rude jerk who thinks his time is exponentially more important than yours. You'd think one would conduct themselves better when out and about in the community in a vehicle plastered with their business information!

The guy driving this truck almost killed someone trying to get on the Vashon Ferry today! When a WSF employee tried to stop his truck he almost ran them over.in addition to cutting the ferry line. I've never used this business, and you can bet I never will. Looks like this is a pattern for him. Perhaps he should think about how he wants to present his company to the general public.

This company is run by a con guy! I can't agree more with the review below. I feel sorry for people that fall victim to his smooth sales tactics! He made all sorts of promises when he came out to bid the job. I told him I was worried about how long the permit would take since I d had problems with the city. He said if I paid him a fee he d have his permit "specialist" talk to the city.

He did and told me I should put it on my building permit and it d be really easy. that information was not accurate, after paying him a substantial deposit we indeed had to get a separate permit and it took months! While we were waiting for the permit he started digging and putting rebar around and asking for money all the time! I was nervous but I kept paying him!

He said it was just so that when we got the permit it would go quickly. We got the permit after 3 months and then he had an inspector come out, he asked for more money and then stopped doing anything on it! He had all sorts of excuses, but he had most of the money at that point! He finally said it was my fault because of my former problems with the city, the permit took too long and now he was in his busy season!

I said he had no proof the city delayed the permit because of me and he failed tell me if we didn't get the permit by a certain date he would not be able to finish it until after the summer. Once the permit was issued he said his concrete equipment was broken and that was the delay. (He said he needed a part in Germany) I called to get someone out to shoot my spa thinking it would then get the ball rolling again and he accused me of going behind his back!

He gave me several dates of when it would be done and failed to complete it by those dates. I didn't trust him any longer and wrote him a letter of termination. The next day he shows up at my house with 3 guys, cuts all the lines to the equipment and throws it in his truck and speeds off! Claiming I owed him the second 1/2 of the payment for the equipment. (2,500) I d paid 45,000.00 of a 55,000.00 contract and I still just had a hole in the ground! The guy is a thug and a crook!

Our family is so impressed with our newly remodeled swimming pool in Kirkland, WA completed in 2016. We had a 1977 built swim pool from one of Seattle best pool builders that just was old and needed to be modernized. Casey ( owner of Natural Creations ) and I agreed to what I thought was a major project for my remodel. I had gotten bids for a few years preceding and none came close to the excitement of what Casey had in his advice and bid for my remodel project.

He left me with hope for additional work in my future for a larger patio construction job as well. His family that worked with Casey were of the highest caliber craftsmen and was Casey who actually did the handwork and much of the overall work and their skills were proof of the final product delivered on time, budget and professional craftsmanship.

My friends, neighbors and relatives now keep asking to invite them over for a swim in my tropical paradise. They say it's like being in a tropical setting, with my few palms, planters and privacy of my back yard! Thank you Casey and I wish you many more successes. You are such a good person too!

Casey and his crew worked on re-building our Hot Springs pools here at Breitenbush. They were great to work with and the finished product is beautiful. Part of the deck cover delaminated, which happens sometimes, and Casey is planning to come back and fix it for us. I really appreciated that.

I had a great experience from start to finish creating a waterfall and pool with Casey and his crew at Natural Creations Pools. Casey listened well to my ideas, creating a perfectly positioned pool and waterfall that provides just the right welcoming feeling to the entrance of our home. Casey has the creative vision required to make a water feature look like it is part of the natural setting, like it belongs where it sits.

The peaceful sound of the waterfall draws people up the stairs and toward our front door. We are very pleased with the outcome. Casey and his crew were professional and polite. I would highly recommend them.

Casey and his crew completed a pool at my house in August of 2015. I had been wanting to warn people about him ever since and just never took the time. Today I noticed the review from Itrat T. and thought to myself, that maybe my review could of helped this person avoid the drama of dealing with Casey. Sorry about your experience with him Itrat, I lived it myself for 8 months.

The only reason I can give this company a 2 star review is because Casey is capable of doing an amazing job. What he lacks is honesty, integrity and good business sense. Once you give him your deposit, sit back, buckle up and get ready for the ride. If you have the time to be at the job site every day to be sure he's not cutting corners and the desire to constantly fight with him to get him to do what he promised then he's your guy. If not, stay clear.

Total Crook operation! Ripped me off on a pool project! Complained to the Attorney General of Washington and currently in process of taking this scumbag to court to get my money back. Do not trust any Quotes from this company. Casey the owner is a total lier and will say anything to get you to sign the contract. I wish I had seen the negative reviews before and avoid his company like the plague.

Don't you hate it when you are being nice, and someone messes it up? It's like killing a unicorn. On that note I emailed this company and when I got a phone call back, it made me wish I never did. I have a pond that is leaking in a few different ways. I contacted this company in hopes they could assist with a rebuild/repair that was outside of the scope of my regular pond maintenence guy.

I was explaining that we found major leaks in the waterfall, then additional leaking near where the pump equipment went through the wall of the pond, but also some very slow cracks, and some evaporation. This man ended up exasperated and yelling because he could not understand that there can be multiple issues. I understand 1+2=3. I just needed him to be a reasonable and understand there were problems in multiple areas.

Some areas leaked water faster than others. Instead of parroting to me well if the water drops when you do this it's that. Well its all of the above to a degree and instead of being short with me yelling, acting exasperated, like he was so put out. HE should have offered to come take a look. No, that's not what he did though. He got rude as f#@k and acted like a rabid racoon crawled up his arse and died.

So when I said you no what just nevermind, because he clearly didn't want my business yelling at me in this manner when I was attempting to explain an issue, and when he hung up in my face, ehhh he gets a bad review. that's not freaking professional. It's not common courtesy, it's childish, immature, and in the words of Bon Qui Qui "RUDE".

It was so rude I thought about calling him back to inform him there was another way to conduct himself, but let's be honest people like that never learn. If you are having a bad day I get it, just don't take it out on potential customers. ok?
