Absolutely THE best customer service! Tonya Barrientos made sure she provided the best deal for our Hot Tub and was instrumental in getting everything installed and in perfect working condition. She came on site to provided one-on-one / step-by-step training on how to maintain our Hot Tub so that it will last for many years to come. She also provided customer service for our existing pool and would often respond immediately if we had any questions. Kudos to Tonya, Aqua Spa and the whole staff! I would highly recommend this company!

Tonya was amazing. She knows her products and guided us through the process as first time buyers. She provides excellent customer service and followed up with us to make sure we are enjoying our hot tub. Couldn't ask for more. One of the best retail and customer service experiences we've had.

My 15 year old hot tub just stopped working one day after running like a champ throughout its life. I couldn't get anyone local who was willing to work on a tub that wasn't their brand. I continued to call spa businesses farther and farther away, until I found Aqua Spas, about 40 miles away. They were willing to send someone to diagnose and possibly repair the spa.

The repairman came out, fixed part of the problem, and ordered the new heater for what he believed was the major problem. As he left, he said they would call as soon as the part came in. They sure did! They got the part and he was out that Monday morning, quickly replaced the part and got my spa back up and running. The repairman was really friendly and super efficient. And the cost was far leas than I expected. I could not be more pleased!

I have a hot tub that has been in constant use for more than 25 years. Recently it started leaking water. I thought it was probably time to buy a new one so I started shopping around. I experienced major sticker shock. I thought maybe it would be worth seeing if it could be repaired, fully expecting them to say no. But a technician from Aqua Spas and Pools came out, discovered the source of the leak, and sealed it. Everything is now working perfectly!

We've had a the best experience working with Tonya at Aqua Spas & Pools. Tonya was so wonderful discussing our various options for Spas, and amazingly had what we wanted in stock (we expected a 6 month wait!). After the purchase, Tonya helped us identify a trusted electrician and came to our house twice in a week to ensure delivery went well and that our spa was set up properly with chemicals. Couldn't recommend this team more - and ask for Tonya!

A++ service from Stacy and the team at Aqua Spas and Pools! I originally contacted the store to inquire about recommendations for electrical services in preparation for purchasing a hot tub- Stacy spoke with me for over an hour- assisting me in evaluating my space and providing detailed recommendations. Within less than a week we had a fully running hot tub with all the accessories provided at discounted rates! Couldn't have asked for a better experience from this team! Highly recommend!

I just had some excellent service and advice from Aqua Spas and Pools - Gig Harbor. I moved into a house with a nice hot tub but know nothing about maintenance and care. I called and spoke with Marcus who had me bring in tap and tub water samples, then he explained everything that I needed to do. What stood out was he also had me bring a photo of the care products the previous owners left behind.

This saved me a ton of money in chemicals! I appreciate that his goal wasn't to just sell me every item that he could. Instead, he wanted to teach me how to maintain my hot tub and build a customer relationship, sending me home with a print-out of step-by-step instructions. I will certainly be back when I need more assistance and more maintenance products.

We had a wonderful experience with Aqua Spa. We purchased our Spa in January and Tonya was very upfront about the situation with delivery during COVID and the expected delay's. She was communicative through out the process and gave us timely updates. Once the Spa arrived both Tonya and Jim were amazing and attentive during the delivery, installation and initial set-up. I am confident that the after sale support will be just as top notch. Another reason to shop and support local business and not the big box stores.

We were very impressed with the great service we received from Tonya at Aqua Spas and Pools. We had despaired of getting a spa for the summer as all other places were back-ordered and pushing deliveries many months out. From the moment we walked in the door at the Gig Harbor location, she treated us warmly and knowledgably. She did everything she could to make our spa purchase go smoothly from the shop to the delivery and installation, coming out to our house to manage the filling and treating (all accomplished in about 2 weeks!) She remembered all of our preferences and met them. We couldn't be happier with the results and we recommend Aqua Spas and Tonya highly!

We bought our spa/hot tub from Aqua Spas & Pools about 10 years ago. Through periodic visits to their store for chemicals and accessories (good value), we have established an exceptionally rewarding relationship. For the past year we have invested in the future of our spa by starting the Aqua Spa & Pools Maintenance Plan. Service is offered weekly, every two weeks and monthly. We chose every two weeks, and WoW.what a difference it has made. Since starting, we have rarely missed a day/night in the tub because it is sparkling clean, chemicals perfect and the tub is operating at peak efficiency.

Our maintenance PRO, Travis, has been with us from the start. He always arrives on time, with a smile and he works hard for 30-45 minutes. During this time he cleans and scrubs all surfaces and importantly he removes the filter, examines it for signs of wear, then cleans it thoroughly. After returning the filter, he checks the water adding chemicals as needed.

When we don't have a particular chemical, Travis informs us.offers to use store product or let us separately buy and apply the needed chems. Overall, this service is five stars and has made our spa seem new. During these days of COVID, having a spa/hot tub adds so much value to our quality of life. Aqua Spas & Pools has earned their five star rating. I have no doubt they will continue to do so, day in and day out.

After purchasing a new home in Port Orchard, we discovered the hot tub that came with the home was gray and smelly.disgusting! I called a few different places and no one would help me either because I didn't know the model number or because they didn't service that particular brand. Calling Aqua Spas and Pools was a refreshing experience. From start to finish Stacy was kind, accommodating ans super helpful. Zack made the spa pristine and taught me how to maintain it. If you want stellar customer service and quality work, call them!

We are very satisfied with Aqua Spas & pools services to our indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Jim is very knowledgeable and caring and pay attention to details and take his job seriously and honor his work. You can rely on his thirty years old experience in this field and we wish him health and many more years service to our community.

Even though Aqua Spas & Pools wasn't nearby, we hired them based on their glowing reviews on various websites. They did not disappoint! Jim repaired out hot tub - replaced some sensors and answered all our questions. Jim is a superb technician - he has been repairing hot tubs for 29+ years and is very skilled, high knowledgeable, personable and patient answering our questions. It's hard to find people that skilled these days! We will continue to use Aqua Spas in the future and ask for Jim again!

We have had the privilege of working with Jim for nearly three decades. He is knowledgeable, skilled, hard working, and always willing to go the extra mile. We have worked with Aqua Spas and Pools for almost 30 years. They have installed two large above the ground pools for us, which have provided us, family members, and friends with years of enjoyment! They are skilled professionals, but also kind, friendly and personable. I highly recommend them to everyone! Jim installed our first pool and installed the replacement liner in our second pool with assistance from Steve. They did an amazing job! We are so pleased with their skills, commitment and dedication to going a top notch job! We are grateful!

I usually give businesses three strikes before I write them off completely. Strike one was when I needed a new pool heater installed and Aqua's quote for the unit and installation was $1000 higher than the outfit I ended up having do the work. Strike two was when I needed a small fitting and was told it was a special order and would take two weeks to get.

I was able to order the piece from Amazon for half the quoted price and get it delivered to my house the next day. I don't know what strike three will be, but with several competitors in the area, Aqua will be at the bottom of my list. Two stars because the people that work there seem friendly enough.

We have had our hot tub water tested and purchased chemicals at Aqua Spas and Pools for over 10 years. Last month our tub stopped working and we needed service. The servicemen diagnosed and repaired our tub perfectly! We were really pleased to have it back in service so quickly. Aqua Spas and Pools is the best!

Stacy continues to be an excellent Customer Relations Manager! After we purchased our first spa, Stacy ensured that it was PERFECT from install to daily use and maintenance. Whenever we have a question, she is readily available. We so appreciate her ongoing support and friendly checkups--yes, she calls from time-to-time to make sure we are getting tge most out of our spa. We also appreciate our technician (NR) for his weekly care of our spa!

Stacy is so great with her help and knowledge. She explained the entire fill to maintenance process to help me manage our hot tub. Very friendly and outstanding service. I have been to multiple places and she is the best.

The Best in Customer Service and Patience! As new pool owners we didn't have a clue how to get our chemicals right and did not want to send our gkids (or ourselves) into the pool until we knew they would be safe. Stacy at AS&P was SO helpful, kind, patient, knowledgeable and provided us exactly what we needed to enjoy our pool all summer long! Kyle also provided some much needed education. This was our first ever spa experience and purchase and we are delighted to say that the sales and installation process was excellent. We had visited other spa retailers coming away with marginal excitement. We then went to Aqua Spas & Pools and were given a very informed and honest review of spas and spa ownership by Kyle Simpson. We like the fact that you could order the spa to be made to your needs and wants.

The price was reasonable especially considering the service, knowledge, and long term support that comes with the purchase. We feel quite comfortable giving them a high recommendation.

I used to rely on procuring my hot tub needs online, which was not bad, I just did not know how good this store actually is until I needed to go in. But since going in, for a new hot tub cover (which also happened to be an excellent deal and of the highest quality that I have found in a cover), I only go to this store for all of my hot tub needs. The staff is as helpful as can be, eager to answer any questions and to help any customer.

They are also extremely knowledgeable with maintenance, tracking notes for customer details so that they can expedite issues with answers and also with providing support for whatever my hot tub needs are. Very nice people. The way businesses should be.

After a horrible experience at Clearwater Spas, it was very refreshing to have a salesperson who was knowledgeable and genuinely seemed to care. Kyle was unbelievable and helped make the purchase of our new Spa amazing. We drove all the way from Mukilteo to buy from him because of the way we were treated over the phone. I would absolutely recommend Kyle for anyone looking to be treated respectfully and honest. Great job

Walked in and was greeted like a friend. They tested my water, taught me a few things, and were understanding when I wasn't catching on. They even offered me a cup of coffee. Thank you, I'll be back.

The water testing service was super helpful. My wife and I recently bought a new house that had a hot tub and they got us up and running in a day. A nice lady helped me out and she seemed very knowledgeable. They even paid my bridge toll when I mentioned I lived over in Tacoma, so that was a nice surprise. I'll definitely go back next time I need supplies.

BEWARE!Initial experience was great although I was sold several items for start up I didn't need at all. Test strips are cheaper at Ace hardware and you won't have a salesperson on your like you're at a car dealership. Returned and aromatherapy treatment which triggered and asthma like attack. I pointed out to the unfriendly man that I researched the ingredients and the first one is propylene glycol.

Look it up. It's antifreeze.yes the same key ingredient in antifreeze, de-icer, fog or smoke machines etc. is in this pricey aromatherapy crap. I explained this is POISONOUS and if it were my establishment that product would be pulled from shelves immediately. This guy was a total ignorant rude jerk. According to this health unconscious lummox this is one of their top sellers and he has no intention of pulling it.

I replied to that it should come with a warning label. He towered over me seemed like he was trying to intimidate me. Sorry you don't scare this little lady buster. No longer will be wasting my money on their over priced junk. Amazon prime has EVERYTHING cheaper. BEWARE! Read labels and NEVER pour POISON into your spa. Natural safe alternatives are readily available and reasonably priced.

Great people and very knowledgeable on their products. They were very helpful with my spa chemical issue.
