Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Pool tech lies about doing the cleaning task. Says he's been to the property to.clean the pool when he hasn't. This has happened 3 times now and I'm not sure how dishonest you have to be to lie when you've been told cameras are watching. Not smart. Services: Filter cleaning, Vacuuming, Wall brushing

They hire just about anybody to work and they don't know what there doing adding way to much chemicals to pool I don't let me kids go in pool they days they clean because the chemicals and 3 days later they get in my son says his skin burns and they just mess with my pool pump almost broke it they want to change the pump and charge me all they see is money at a customer charging for things that are not needed. I don't recommend this place at all

I cancelled my service with Blue Dolphin. In the end, owner got rude and combative ("you seem to know everything. I hope it works out I have only been doing this for 40 years but what do I know."). All I was trying to do was get some accountability because--for the year I was with them--they seemed to do BARELY what it took to keep water clear. BARELY enough chlorine.

No scrubbing or vacuuming. Staining increased during the time I was with them. They were supposed to be keeping a log in the pool timer box about visits: I never saw it. They'd miss their scheduled day; I'd never be told until I called. There was no "striving for excellence" here, just checking the box and moving on to the next customer. Lots of billing errors (told them not to replace filter; they did anyway [although adjusted the price down]; monthly billing errors once or twice). I moved on to someone else and suggest you start elsewhere for your pool service too.

This is my second attempt with this company and for the same reason as last time I'm ready to cancel service. Their pool service is Ok.(quick but have had no algea) but their billing system sucks. I have paid every cent they asked me for and have never missed a month. I even set up auto pay with my bank to make sure. They still have old fashioned paper billing and paying, and nothing is set up on their web site to view your bill or pay. Everytime I get one of their paper bills in the mail my anxiety goes through the roof.

It always says I am a month behind. Which I am not! I even readjusted the autopayment from my bank to send them a payment 2 weeks ahead of billing. It made no difference, they still send a bill to me for 2 times what is due. It stresses me out and their going to loose a customer. UPDATE: We resolved our issues. The billing issue was that they bill per 4 weeks, instead of by the month.

The difference in the days made it look like I was always behind. Also they are accepting my electronic payment that comes direct from my bank. So no more paper billing.now if I could get them to email my receipt, all will be good. This is a very dependable company that can be counted on to come weekly. I appreciate the fact that they contacted me and worked hard to resolve the issues I was having.

We were supposed to receive 1 months of pool service from blue dolphin when our pool was completed, they did come out and do the start up service but never did any of the weekly service, ie.brush pool, skim pool, vacuum pool, check water, clean filter. when I called this company as to why nobody has been out weekly to do what they were paid to do, i was told someone would call me back, guess what?. they never did! I hired another pool service and I would never recommend blue dolphin to anyone!

Pool service is good, they are unable to setup autopay. after 12 months of trying they would call me every three months and I would be hit with a surprise 300-400 bill. They never figured it out and just called me today with another bill. I cancelled my account.

Wouldn't even come out to analyze my pool. Was told owner didn't want to work on my type of pool. I'll be sure to steer my 1400 customers to someone else when they ask for a referral. Must be nice to turn down business.
