We had a small but difficult yard and a tricky pool design. Jim Batts came in and got it done. He coordinated the subs so that the work was continious and efficient. And no change orders! We are very pleased with our pool and very glad that we chose The Batts Company to do the work. I would highly recommend him. He earned 5 stars. Service: General construction

SWIMMING POOL CONTRACTOR This is a long overdue review for the Batts Company as our pool was completed over 6 months ago. Jim Batts came to our house on December 28, 2019 to look at the property, meet with us and discuss our pool needs. The next day, he sent us a 1st draft drawing for the pool. Once we finalized the drawings, he provided the quote and quickly applied for a permit.

Our pool was built in exactly 2 months from the time the permit was issued to the final inspection even if there were issues with poor weather and paver brick delivery. Jim has been working with the same contractors for over 20 years, he is on site almost everyday to meet with them and inspect the progress and ensure all is done according to plans.

We had heard nightmares about pool builders, their lack of response and work ethics, but that's not the case with this company, if you want to get your pool built by professionals then go with the Batts Company! Jim kept us abreast of deliveries, work schedule and constantly communicated with us either by text or personal visits. He would show up at our house at 5am working out of his truck waiting for the contractors.

I have and would recommend the Batts Company to anyone that wants to get it done right the first time! We could not be happier with the pool and the follow up with the minor issues once it was completed! Jim has my vote but most importantly my husband's vote as well who is very particular about how he likes things done and can be difficult at times. Jim came thru over and over again ensuring he was keeping both of us happy. My nephew refers to our pool as "Water Land" and "Paradise". Thank you to Jim, Michael, Bob and the rest of the TEAM for all the great work!

I have an Endless Pools Fastlane and I was referred to this company by Endless Pools because they are the only trained and certified service provider in my area. My unit has substantial rust damage, but was working at the time. Over the timeline of several months, I called them on 5 or 6 occasions to try to get them to look at my unit. Not only did they not come out, the owner never had the courtesy to call back after 5 or 6 conversations with the receptionist.

Of course, I was always assured that he would call back. I sent pictures like he asked for, but never got a reply. In future, if you are unwilling to perform a service for a customer just say so and stop wasting people's valuable time. This company probably has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I just wish there was an alternative to my issue.

Five Star Company! Jim Batts is worth his weight in gold. I don't know what I'd do if he wasn't my go-to company for my endless pool repairs. He has to travel over 2 hours to get to my home in downtown Savannah Ga from Jacksonville. Not once has he ever told me no. He arrives on time and stays until the job is completed, and completed perfectly.no matter the number of hours he has to spend here.

He's always pleasant, professional and prepared. Jim is well aware of the financial investment I have in my Endless Pool and is respectful of this. He calls the company for me and takes care of each and every problem. He has taken the time to teach my yard person simple jobs he can perform to help me w my pool. After working at my home, he always checks in w a phone call the next day to make sure I remember to follow up on the directions he leaves, if that's necessary. I would highly recommend to him to anyone who is building a new pool or already has a pool and needs maintenance or renovation work done. Five Star service

Excellent from start to finish. Batts remodeled our pool and did an outstanding job. The work was done with the highest quality, and the costs were aligned with the initial budget that we set. Any concerns, issues or questions were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. We now exclusively use Batts for any maintenance issues and have, likewise, been extremely pleased. Having dealt with several pool companies over the years, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had a horrible experience. Sales rep showed up smelling like alcohol both times we met face to face. I asked for a budget number that was supposed to be well over the actual cost. My wife and I refinanced the house to obtain the budgeted amount. When I got the real numbers it was 7k higher than the budgeted number. I told the sales rep this was not what we agreed on.

He said we can build a smaller pool. I said well that's not fair. He said F you don't get smart with me, and hung up. I tried to call the owner and I told the office lady I had just been cussed out by a rep may I please have his cell. She said she take a message. Maybe he will get this message. Do not hire this company.

I don't know why Quality shows up as 3 on this review but they get a 10 out of 10. Batts Pool Company is excellent. They built my pool this summer/fall and provided EXCELLENT, flawless service. The employees of this company were conscientious at every turn; when original equipment upon being installed was found faulty, it was replaced without question or delay.

Pool technician Scott was patient and took extra time to teach me to care for my pool should I choose not to use their monthly service so that I can contain costs. Due to his patience, for MY benefit and not theirs as a business, I have had no trouble easily maintaining my pool by myself. which as a first time pool owner could have led to trouble. Batts Pool Company is extremely highly recommended. Jim, the owner, was on site innumerable times to make sure things were completed to the highest satisfaction and highest standard.
