Luckily I was put in contact with James during this extremely busy pool season. James was very responsive and came out and provided a quote for a new top of the line heater for my pool damaged during the February cold snap. Within a week he had replaced the heater and showed me all the features and was just extremely helpful. I would like to give him 6 stars but I can only give him 5. I highly recommend James and will use him for everything moving forward.
