Leak Professionals is a family owned and operated Residential and Commercial Swimming Pool Leak Detection and Swimming Pool Repair company, serving the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Texas Metroplex since 2004. We are committed to providing quality, reliable swimming pool repair service at a reasonable price.
We use state-of-the-art, noninvasive equipment to locate leaks in the plumbing lines and/or at the equipment, and use a specially formulated dye to locate leaks in/at the structure. Mark explained the leak detection process to me on the phone and then again when he arrived at my house. He was professional and friendly and he found and fixed my leak.
Some water loss is expected and normal. Evaporation, wind and splashing can cause up to 1/4" to 1/2" loss of water per day in the summer and 1/8" to 1/4" per day in the winter. You can perform a simple test called the "Bucket Test" to help determine if your pool has a leak. Mark the level of the water on the OUTSIDE of the bucket (with tape, a sharpie pen, etc.).
Enjoy some photos and videos showing our Swimming Pool Leak Detection and Swimming Pool Repair in action! We've also included some photos and videos of various leaks we have located and repaired. Check out the Don't Hire Us. Yet! photos to see some pools that needed attention before an accurate Leak Detection could be performed.

Had a leak underground near our pool equipment. Mark came out and before performing any tests evaluated the situation. He determined our leak was from some other source rather than the pool plumbing. Another company might have performed the pressure test regardless, charged me for the service then told me no leak found. Mark showed himself to be a trusted source, truly professional and honest. I would recommend him for your leak detection needs. My leak ended up being in a sprinkler valve located in the vicinity of the pool filter.

I can't say enough good things about Mark! He came in with me thinking my leak was one place and found out it was somewhere else. He was on time, checked everything until he found the answer and cleaned up beautifully! Mark was kind, professional and accurate. He had no problem with me asking questions and showed me everything he did. Use him. You won't regret it!

If you have a leak in your pool, Leak Professionals should be your first call. Mark was great to work with and offered advice on how to isolate the problem (and save some money). He then came out and quickly found the problem and scheduled a followup trip to fix the problem. Leak Professionals are trustworthy, honest and great people to work with.

Mark is awesome! If you think you have a leak in your pool, you should hire Mark. He found our problem in literally 10 minutes. We have a structural problem he could not fix (will require we hire a pool contractor) but he did a temporary fix that will allow us to keep swimming until winter. He's amazing - hire this guy!

This company is SUPER. Mark is VERY knowledgeable and knows how to communicate what he finds. He documented the findings in a report. He provided a hand drawn pool diagram and equipment diagram, identifying the problems. He pressurized the piping and found no line leaks. I would not have know if this was accurate or not. He could have told me there were piping leaks but he didn't. Very honest and professional. He gave me solutions on how to fix the leaks.

Mark absolutely knows what he's doing. He's a practical "engineer" and absolutely understands his science. Great to watch him work, which he absolutely welcomes. He explained what he was doing at every step. Honest and professional. He confirmed that my pool was fine using dye test, and pressure test of every possible line. Thanks again, Mark.

Had a leak in my pool and suspected it was around the fountain. Based upon reviews decided to call Mark. Adel term I explained my situation to him, he was kind and honest enough to tell me that he leak was most likely not a pipe but due to a crack and save myself some money by not hiring him and try a pool repair company first. As it ends up, he was correct and the pool is getting repaired. If I ever have leak issues he's the first one I'll call.
