I've been a customer since buying my house in 2009 and haven't switched for a reason. The owners of Allied Aquatics have taken care of our pool through the worst of Texas weather going above and beyond. Most recently they offered DIY instructions for fixing a problem (and buying the part!) to help me avoid a service call (charges they would have benefited from). I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and quality.

The water pump to our pool developed a leak. We called Allied Aquatics and scheduled an appointment. When the technician arrived, he assessed the problem and suggested a remedy. Aaron from Allied Aquatics came to our house to diagnose some problems we were having with our lights and heater. We were happy at the time and thought we had finally found a company that was going to be great. He diagnosed the issues, gave us the pricing for the parts needed, and said he ordered them and would get back to me when they came in. It's been two months now and I have heard nothing and he will not return my attempts to communicate. I'd avoid doing business with them.
