Brothers 3 Pools

We purchased the pool and we had installation done this passed Saturday. I can not say enough about Brothers 3 Pools. From the transaction to the installation everything was smooth as it could be. Dan was extremely helpful and accommodating, he was happy to answer each question (and we had a few!) We are extremely pleased and can not wait for the hotter days! Good job guys!

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! Jim took care of us and was great to work with.

I visited a few pool builder locations and Brothers 3 Pools was the best one in terms of service, selection, and a nice showroom. They are packed, super crowded during both times I visited. Brothers 3 Pools has a great variety of products in their store at reasonable prices. Craig was fantastic in helping us choose the best pool for the yard and gave us a quote we could work with.

The pool package comes with all the supplies to last at least one season and he included everything we needed with explanations for pool installation and decking. He was professional, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. The cost of the pool is set at the time of purchase but pool installation date and cost of installation varies depending on the pool installer that is contracted out.

I'm not sure if I'm completely happy. Since pool company is bAcked up due to covid and everyone getting pools. Maybe that's why it's taking a long time to do job. Once pool is up I will be happy but at this time just dissatisfied Bc of all the money spent towards the pool. The prices change as you get install. Modified charges are being charged every week. I'm not sure if these are valid charges.

They seemed to be very high priced in as per a landscaper but I have no options Bc I don't want guys to walk off job and not get done. I will be happy when pool is done but the extra expensive charges. I'm not too happy with them. At this point it is what it is.

Super helpful, friendly, easy to work with, organized, and well informed. Had a very positive experience- highly recommend.

I bought an in-ground pool from Brothers 3 last year. Throughout the process I dealt with Dan Levine. Because of the pandemic I basically had to GC the entire project myself. Dan was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. After all was done ( dry well, excavation, liner install etc etc ) I was not happy with how the liner looked once we filled the pool.

There were quite a few creases. The thought of having to 'live with the pool' looking like this was very disconcerting and worrying. ( the install was not performed by B3 but by an external installer). The only way to deal with this was to remeasure the pool, manufacture a new liner, drain the pool entirely and re-install the new liner ) After speaking with Dan he assured me not to worry about it and that it would be dealt with at the end of the summer season.

Truth be told I was sceptical. But true to his word Dan dealt with this issue 120%. Brothers 3 picked up the 'tab' for both the remeasure of the pool and the new liner for the pool installer, Jack ( he was great too.) to re-install. The 2nd liner is perfect!. We couldn't be happier. So all my worry was for nought in the end! Dan really pulled through and delivered like he said he would.

For this reason I would give B-3 6 stars if I could. They made right what was wrong at their own expense to ensure their customer was satisfied. Give them a shout if you're in the market for a pool ( PS: I also did a lot of research and loved the Radiant Pool that they sell. Lifetime warranty, aluminum ( no rust ) etc etc ). check it out for yourself. Thank you Colin W

I bought my pool here 13 years ago and never had a problem. They have great customer service and are very helpful. I needed a new pump and liner in May the curbside pickup was excellent. They also go out if their to help when shopping in the store. I know this is a tough year for all businesses. I appreciate all the hard working retail people during this crazy time.

I appreciate that you took time to finally respond to me. The only reason why I even posted anything about your company is because I kept seeing it as an advertisement pop up as like you and your company were looking for new customers. You said you find it sickening that someone should go out of their way to hurt your business? Well I find it sickening that you only now respond after I made my feedback posting about your irresponsibility to at least have the decency to call me back, at least call and say that you could not take on any new work, especially after I was told each and every time I called that I would definitely receive a return phone call. Wouldn't it have been easier to tell me that no new customers were being taken when I called instead of just leading me on telling me I would have a return phone call. Don't try and back peddle to make this my fault!

My recommendation stands! YOU GUYS SUCK and I wouldn't use your service or buy anything from your store, you have horrible customer service and that's my opinion! So you guys are the sickening ones.

This place is close to home and they have pretty much everything you need for your pool at reasonable prices. The staff provides good customer service and they honor military discount. So please patronize this business that supports our troops.

We purchased a semi-inground pool in April. Not only did they call us back when they were receiving close to 500 calls a day, but they returned our calls and answered our questions almost immediately, every single time. Once the pool was up and running, (newbie pool owners) Dan explained how to run it and even gave me extra supplies free of charge to help me remedy my start up mistakes. I couldn't be happier with this company. They came highly recommended on Facebook and I can clearly see why.

I called to enquire about a semi in ground pool. girl Called me back very cocky attitude wouldn't give me a price or a quote and I knew exactly what I wanted. she insisted I have to come into the showroom. I asked if they can come to my property and look to give a a quote she said the don't operate like that! Really?!? Ok no problem I'll be taking me business elsewhere no prob your not the only game in town!

Two and a half years ago, we wanted to replace our existing pool. After meeting with three different companies, we decided on purchasing from Three Pools Pools. We sat down with Craig and Jen, and after me being in sales for 31 years, I know how sales people can be. There was no hard sale, they asked us what we were looking to replace our old pool with, and listen to our concerns.

They pulled up a view of my property, and showed us what the pool would look like, once it was installed. They treated us like family and sent a salesman over my house on a Saturday night at 8:30 with 58 people in my back yard, to adjust the speed on the motor, another company would of probably told us to wait until Monday. Josh there head installer was fantastic, the pool came out perfect.

His guys stayed late at night a few days, just to complete the job the right way. Fernando, from a company called Dr. Pavers did all the brick and Pavers with steps around my backyard, and pool. I would definitely recommend them to use if you are considering putting in a pool. Fantastic work. They are treat you like family

The company does excellent work, we love the pool and we highly recommend working with Jim over at Brothers3.

I have been excavating / installing brothers 3 pools for 10 years! They are a family owned business and have the best products on Long Island. with anything you get what you pay for! If your looking for a store to have a relationship with after you buy then I strongly suggest you buy B3 pools!

Update to comment from Brothers 3: Thanks for the response 3 years later! I bought the SAME exact pool you guys tried to sell me. I did my research beforehand, and told you I know the EXACT pool is cheaper at the Pool Factory. I wanted to buy it from you guys so I could have the pool and instillation done with the same company. The salesperson just laughed it off and told me to get it from there then. Okay cool, I did! I'm all for small businesses, but not when they're trying to totally screw over the public.

Horrible experience with the purchase of our pool. Really poor customer service From a younger woman who works there who doesn't care about customers and is extremely rude. We have bought our pool equipment there and have ultimately gotten what we needed but avoid speaking to the woman who works there if you want to be treated like your business is car It's crazy how retailers can completely outright lie on here

I am writing this review because I just read the last bad review, I was also taken by this company all they do is sell you a lie after you pay for the pool they give this sheet for a list of installers that you must use for the pool warranty which is also a lie, everything is a lie and then they blame you for everything, Jim there lovely sales person even called the cops on me and said I was harassing them after there installer they recommended did not install the pool to the proper depth.

I also have spent over 35k and my back yard is still not done from last year. This is a bad business bad owner stay away and pay a couple of extra bucks somewhere else cause it's going to cost you double with them and a lot of headaches. Jim I hope your doing well, I pray you and your family never get taken by a person like you.

I had my in ground pool installed last spring. I cannot wait for the summer to get to enjoy my beautiful backyard now that all the pavers and landscaping is finished. I went to several other companies here on Long Island and I am so happy I decided to go with Brothers 3. It cost a bit more to use them, but the service I got in return was worth every penny.

Thanks to the entire Brothers 3 staff, for making this such an enjoyable experience. I look forward to seeing you all this summer! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do a pool in the future!

After only four years, our semi-in ground pool purchased from Brothers 3 and installed by Sparkle Pool Service collapsed. The purchase price of the Pool was 11,544.65. The price was 2,709 to have it installed. We then spent an additional 17,000 to build a custom trex deck around the pool. After the Pool collapsed, we had to pay Sparkle an additional $550 to remove the collapsed pool and then we had to demolish our beautiful trex deck.

Currently we are out 32,000, and climbing with estimates from landscape companies to fill in the hole and regrade/landscape the backyard at a cost of upwards of 3,000. In response to Brothers 3 comments: After closing the pool in the fall, there must have been a slow leak in the liner. We purchased a new liner for almost $900 from Brothers 3. Brothers 3 told us to call Sparkle to fix the liner.

It took us over a week to hear back from Sparkle as the pool continued to drain and eventually collapse. This is a pool that Brothers 3 claims to be a "semi-In ground, " but obviously cannot be installed at any depth in the ground. Brothers 3 and Sparkle are commenting on an engineers report from our homeowners insurance that they have never seen or read.

Their information is false. It clearly states defective, not up to code installation. All we were looking for was a new pool installed at no cost to us. We are told we have to pay again to reinstall a pool that we paid to have installed once already at a cost of $2,000. We were not looking for anything else. We do not want anyone to go through the same experience.

Paradise!paradise! Purchase an inground pool from Jim @ Brothers 3. WOW. Great! It was little bit of a bumpy ride! But all said & done fantastic! Jim & Howie very very professional businessman and stood behind everything. Resolving all issue needed to be resolved $ standing behind us all the way! Five thumbs up would recommend doing Doing business with them hundred percent! Go & see jim tell him Greg sent you & make your own backyard Paradise!
