Great staff great big show room clean good stock and decent on prices. Good for pool and spa supply's.

I can't really say how good they are because me and my friend were just window shopping. But the staff was fine with that and left us wander around. They a really nice display of spas

The folks at PDC Spa & Pool World were fantastic! I just bought a house with an old hot tub that wasn't functioning. They helped me figure out what was going on, corrected the problem and got me set up going forward. They were friendly and helpful throughout and very conscientious of what it cost. This level of customer service is rare today. I plan to go back for all my hot tub needs.

Helpful staff. Answered all my questions and more. Adviced me on how I can save money by teaching me how to do some of the work that they could've done and charged me. The store is big and seems like they have everything you might need to service your pools or hot tubs. I will definitely be going to this store for all my hot tub needs.

Nice place. Free off street parking. Friendly staff. Spa and pool supplies. Large store with lots of parts and chemicals and pool toys and such. Moderately priced items. Clean and well kept.

Lousy customer service! Every time we go in the employees are too busy to notice customers and they cannot adequately answer the questions that we have. The blonde haired lady is rude and seems to overlook customers needs. I have never seen a place that is so poorly run! Additionally they cannot answer first time pool owners questions!

Bought a house that had a PDC spa in it that the previous owner didn't have running for over 10 years. Called PDC to come service it. The service and repair man, Jim, was absolutely amazing. He had to come out several times to work on it and worked his rear off on it. Had to replace the heater, re wire, re plumb, etc. Any time I called with a question he returned the call and answered every question.

He was a complete delight and gentleman. Could not have asked for better service. After repairs we went to the store and they kindly helped with testing the water and set us up with all the chemicals we needed. Will not go anywhere else for now on.

I bought a house with pre-existing above ground pool. Went to PDC Spa and Pool to ask questions since I have never owned a pool. The staff there is amazing. They took the time to awnser my questions which I had a lot. Rob the service installer installed a new liner and went over all the pool maintenance needs. Very professional company in the office and field. Big thank you to Rob for going above and beyond. I'm a customer for life!

We had another company out prior to PDC that basically took $200 from us and never even removed the panel on our hot tub to diagnose a leak and told us the tub was shot and needed over $5k in repairs. PDC Pools came out and the repair man found the leak quickly and the whole repair will cost us about $350. They were helpful, professional and punctual. I highly reccomend them

I'm the maintenance manager at a local industrial chemical sales and rental company. We often rent pump setups to use with our chemicals. Today I needed a pump seal for a pump that I knew nothing about. I called the store and a very eager and refreshingly professional man answered the phone and assured me that he could help. I went to the store with my pump in hand.

The gentleman, Vandell, eagerly disassembled part of my pump and quickly identified the seal I needed without even being able to see it. He even explained how to disassemble the rest of the pump and gave me some tips for reassembly. Thanks to his directions, the repair took only minutes to complete. He also confidently gave me an idea of what was wrong with another pump that we have just by a description of what was happening. I will definitely be returning from now on to speak with Vandell about any issues that I have in the future. I'm taking my other pump to him next week.

Unfortunately I purchased my above ground pool at another dealer in the Lehigh Valley back in June, and after a horrible experience with that store I came across this store. I went into this store on a Saturday morning when they were busy with questions about my DE Filter that the store that sold it to me should of answered and didn't. The lady at PDC was so helpful, she helped us find what we needed, showed us on a store model how to use the pump and gave us a printout on how to backwash our new system. This lady was so helpful that my wife and I will not shop anywhere else. Great store!

First they charge a trip fee which it appears many service technicians do in the area. Second when the technician came out he did not appear to be able to diagnose the issue. After guessing and taking parts back to the shop and unable to find anything wrong they reassembled it and it worked. Maybe it was just air in the line after all. This all was bad but in the realm of it happens I am out $700 for air in the line.

Third and final straw when they reassembled it one of the removable panel's to the tub was screwed in with wood screws, they are usually just held on by magnets. When I unscrewed the panel I figured out why he had screwed it on, the control unit was mounted incorrectly leaning out of the hot top and instead of fixing it his solution was to push it in and hold it with screws. Last but not least, when he left there was a small leak that resulted in water on the floor.
