I shopped several online pool distributors before choosing a pool from Pool Factory. What sold me on their pool was not only the best price but the customer reviews. Now I know why they have such good reviews. During installation my pool installer damaged a leg. I sent Pool Factory an online request for part replacement (after hours) and they called me first thing the next morning to let me know a replacement leg was being sent to free of charge.

I received the part in 2 days. A couple weeks after installation a small hole developed in the seam of the liner causing the pool to drain. I again notified them through online customer service section and they called me as soon as business opened to inform me they were rushing a new liner to me to get the pool back up and running. They walked me through their simple warranty process and were extremely friendly during both interactions. Other than the original liner malfunction all pool parts seemed to be quality parts and we are pleased with our purchase. I would highly recommend this company.

It's been a year since our purchase of a Salt Water 5000 above ground pool. All of the products have been reliable and good quality. I did call the Pool Factory customer service line and received great technical support from the engineering team within the same day. I have been very happy with all parts of this purchase and our wonderful new pool. Tip: be sure to rent a transit tool to make sure the pool dirt and wall is level before you put your sand down.

I used a level and board but was off by 2 on one side after the water was added. Doh! I had to drain and relevel the dirt and sand then raise half of the wall. I wish I had spent the $75 to rent the tool the first time.

The Pool Factory is easy and a pleasure to deal with. Their products are excellent and the prices are great. Customer service gets back to you very quick and are always super professional! I highly recommend this company for ALL your pool supply needs!

Phenomenal customer service! We love The Pool Factory & highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or pool supplies. Our 30' x 54 Melenia pool is absolutely beautiful. Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

I originally gave a 2 but after the response of Tom I think they deserved a 1. This is not a reflection on the person trying to help us because it was out of his hands. Joe was so kind and amazing with us every time that we called. Joe I see now that Tom was always the problem. Joe, you are amazing, go get a job with people who are great like you.

You deserve better than this place. I mean Joe obviously doesn't listen to you or care about what you think or he would have been aware of the situation. We have spent the past 3 weeks trying to pay this company $10,000 and they wouldn't/couldn't do anything to make it easier on us to buy from them. I recommend making it possible to do a wire transfer in the future.

Or maybe accept checks? Venmo. Cashiers Check.? We live in Hawaii. We really wanted to get the pool from this company. They seemed so awesome and I just wish they would have at least tried to work with us instead of shrugging their shoulders and saying, "sorry. That's how it is." Going elsewhere now. Update: Tom G. Replied with "We don't ship the to Hawaii".

Well Tom, if you talked to Joe, which I'm assuming you didn't, you would know that it was being shipped to California and we were going to ship it from there privately. You shipping it to Hawaii was never the issue Tom. We have been working with your company for months, and trying to pay for the past 3 weeks. Tom G, so your saying that within the company you don't talk to each other?

That our issues and stress of trying to figure this out for months was never widely talked about? You never had a meeting to brainstorm how maybe you could make this work for us? So the company never did take the time to try and make it work. Got it. Thank you Tom.

The pool kit itself was good and worked out but DO NOT BUY a liner from them. First off from my pool installer, quality liners are sold in milliliter vs what they sell gauge. Gauge is not as thick as milliliter and by labeling it as gauge they get away with it. So purchase a quality liner from an independent company. Second after purchasing a 25 gauge liner from the pool factory, I immediately(within the 1 year warranty) after a month of use had several pin hole leaks.

After contacting the company their solution was to send me a patch kit or remove the liner n cut out the pinhole section to have the warranty honored. Really? So your telling me to drain the pool have it removed and then you will determine if it's warrantied? Cmon guys? So of course I was stuck on patching the pinholes instead of losing money n time. Do yourself a favor and do not buy a liner from them.

We purchased the 24'x54 Saltwater Aurora Round Pool. This was a very smooth process for us. The site was easy to navigate and make our selections. The trucking company contacted us as soon as they received the shipment and delivered it on our schedule. All the pool components arrived in perfect condition with easy-to-follow installation manuals. We had no issues with our order and recommend the Pool Factory for your pool needs.

They are great to work with. I did receive one wrong part but they overnighted the right one to me. They were very quick to get back to me with any and all questions I had. If you are looking to buy a pool look no further. This is the only place I would do business with. Thank you Pool Factory our summer was great.

Highly recommend The Pool Factory. Reasonable prices & good quality pools. Received our pool quickly & when we had a question with a installation issue, the on call tech called right away, late afternoon on a Saturday no less! When we have to order our Pool Frog Tender products online they are delivered with no delay & our pool has been crystal clear all season! Our summer has been fun filled!

Purchased a complete pool package summer 2018 and have ordered most of my chemicals and accessories from this business since. Great to deal with and good value for the money. Absolutely love the frog leap mineral system. So simple to use and maintain. Water stays crystal clear. Even with some fading of the dark brown plastic parts on the 27 foot round Melenia, still looks great and have only replaced some hoses from the initial set up.

I was skeptical ordering from here based on some of the bad reviews but we had no problem. delivery was fast only thing was that we needed to pick it up at the end of the driveway. We had a company set it up so I cannot comment on that part. The pool is 3 months old now and I have no complaints other than wishing I bought a bigger one!

From our very first contact with The Pool Factory, our experience has been nothing short of spectacular. During the buying process, The Pool Factory staff quickly responded to every one of our questions with detailed explanations and advice. They really know their products and helped us make the best choice for our big family. After considering all of the available shapes and sizes, we determined that the 33x18 Quest fit our family best. Tom and the team made sure that we picked a great liner and the perfect DE72 pump and filter.

The order was placed, confirmed and shipped within a few short days. Everything was packed and received in perfect condition. During the construction, we had dozens of questions - all were answered promptly. The customer service from The Pool Factory sets a whole new standard! They were absolutely amazing and we will recommend The Pool Factory to everyone we know who might be considering a new pool! Many thanks to Tom and gang for all their help!

The brand new aqua pro equipment has failed miserably. The factory glued pressure hose blew apart within minutes and all fittings leak. There are now rags plugging the water from flowing out of the pool. My week old pool looks like a swamp due to no filtration. I explained I work in a different state so running out back to take a picture isnt an option. Apparenty getting pictures to the company is more important than sending the replacement parts to the mad customer with a muddy swamp caused by defective parts.

So now I get to wait through the holiday with water leaking everywhere so I can return home and send pictures. Then wait for replacement parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR THIS EQUIPMENT!

Customer service is apparently non existent. Whenever I call I just get a busy signal. Instructions for installation of above ground pools are a one size fits all way of thinking. We bought a Boreal oval pool for over $6600 and got the pool but the instructions are vague at best with pictures of what you think is your pool but is actually a pool with less beams therefore causing all of put team to come to the conclusion that they sent extra beams since no where in the instructions does it tell you how many yours take. Adding another set of beams at the end caused our site prep to take another 2 hours to complete. I could go on and on. Bottom line is that IKEA instructions are 10 times better!

Ordered a pool from The Pool Factory only to receive the liner with a hole and covered in scratches. Customer service was incredibly rude, hung up on me, refused to transfer to a supervisor and finally offered to send me a patch! A patch on a brand new pool?!? Avoid at all costs!

I purchased my pool back in July if I'm not mistaken. Online transaction and delivery was fast and easy. I ran into a little trouble after the install. The hose burst from the fitting. I reached out to them and I couldn't believe how fast they moved as far as sending me the new part. Tom apologized and was insanely easy to deal with. We used the pool every single day after that.

When we closed the pool up for the season we discovered it was leaking from under the pool. Something must've punctured it from the bottom. I reached out to them and they sent me a hole repair kit on the house and told me to call back if it didn't work.it didn't work. I had lost too much sand. I called them back and told them what happened.

They advised me on which liner would be best and on top of that gave me a break on the price. They didn't have to do that, but that's just the type of company it is. They actually care about their customers. At least that was my experience. If every company was as amazing as The Pool Factory the world would be a little easier. God bless this company and it's employees.

My review is for Customer Service. Keep the customer happy in hopes of future purchases. I haven't been on the website since I purchased my pool kit. I wanted to get some supplies, I came upon the pool kit that I had ordered just over a month ago. The same kit is now $200.00 less than my purchase price. Most businesses match sale prices so I contacted to see if I could get a refund.

I was called & told that there is a 14 day policy for that so I was basically out of luck. So, if you do purchase anything from this business check the site everyday for 2 weeks incase there is a price deduction to get your refund. SMH. Even a partial or a store credit, something to show they want return customers. The purchases I would have made for chemicals (open/closing) annually will now be spent at another business. I could almost understand if it was 4, 5, 6 months or so later but. Its only been just over a month. Oh well, their loss.

Great experience with buying my pool! I needed replacement parts do to my pool being damaged by a storm and they had everything I needed!

I purchased a pool from the Pool Factory about a month ago; and everything has gone really smoothly. I must say their support is TOP NOTCH. The good reviews they had encouraged me to purchase from them; and I'm glad I did. Fast responses, at one point had a question that needed further explanation and I got a follow up call the next day to make sure my situation was understood and answered correctly. Great company highly recommend. A++++

I have been a customer of the Pool Factory for years. They used to have a warehouse that was open to the public in Bklyn, & I was there often, making purchases and asking questions. The customer service was excellent. I ordered a new filter in the fall, after closing the pool, and did not install it until this spring. There were a couple of broken pieces that I discovered when I opened the box.

I called and these parts were replaced immediately. I then had questions about the installation with respect to bonding and grounding. I called, and was given very good advice on how to proceed. I am so pleased with this company, and will always use them for my pool needs. Thank you again!

First off fantastic customer service. Ordered a 15x26 saltwater. electrical heater.covers summer/winter. foam for the sides, foam coves Second I never install a pool so there were going to be some challenges. I had a few questions about the filter and what went where. Tom is awesome responded quickly to all my questions. Took me like 3 weekend to dig about a foot of dirt out by hand and running all the electrical for the heater and pump.

Everything was packed up nicely and its key to get the lift gate. Some parts were missing for the pump to the filter. One call and I got them the next day. Thank again Tom. Hands down great customer service and support. I would definitely recommend them when buying a pool.

Awesome company. Prices are great. Quick delivery. Excellent customer relations. Was reluctant to buy a pool online but the quality of the product is as good or better than store bought and you customize your package to get what you need. Follow up with company after delivery was helpful and courteous. Highly recommend

Bought a 8x15 semi-in ground pool in March 2018 and absolutely LOVE IT! Customer service was also awesome! I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone! We ordered the 15'x30'x54 oval semi-in ground pool. Great online experience and are so happy with the customer service. We did tons of research prior to purchasing. Originally started at Great Escape and then started looking around. A friend used The Pool Factory so we looked into them. Saved over $4000! Cannot say enough about the positive experiences from customer service. They gave us a military discount and each and every thing they said, they have stood behind.

We are so happy with our pool. We purchased the Intrepid 40 x 18 pool. It is beautiful. The quality is unsurpassed. The installer was extremely impressed by the quality of the pool and all the parts that came with it. We couldn't be happier.

We ordered our Melania 24' round pool in June 2017. After researching local pool companies we found them to be the best price for the product. It came in only a few short days and well worth the extra few dollars for the lift gate truck. The driver wheeled the pallet right into my garage. Even before we got the pool Tom and all the people at the pool factory were very patient and helpful with this first time pool owner.

They even recommended local pool installers. After having the pool installed I had some questions about the filter and chemicals which again they were more than happy to take the time to answer all my questions and direct me. I ordered more supplies and a vacuum from them. Very quick delivery and low prices. I would gladly recommend any one looking to get a pool check them out.

I made my first purchase from The Pool Factory a few weeks ago. Once we received the pool it did take us awhile to get it installed - but it was well worth the wait! Not only is the pool beautiful and seems of very good quality, the customer service team is excellent. They always responded very quickly to any inquiry and were very patient and polite. I will definitely continue purchasing from this company.

I am not cool or wealthy enough to have a backyard for a pool, but luckily I know people who are. Having friends who live in areas like Mill Basin help. As a born and raised Brooklynite, I know there aren't many places to have a pool. And while I didn't have to help them go purchase a pool, helping them insured a) they would actually get one, and b) hard for them to deny me weekend access.

So after some Brooklyn Flea, we swung through to see what we could get setup before the summer hit. Upon entering we were greeted right away and given some excellent advice. The employees here know their stuff and provided us with an answer to every question we had. They even helped us pick out some pool accessories. I really wanted that inflatable swan but whatever, I guess having child friendly tubes is more important for your child's welfare.

Like that's important. We set up the delivery date and time. Sure enough they came as expected. They don't set it up themselves, so you can rely on yourself, some experts, or call a few times if you and your friend realize you should have hired and expert. They were very patient with us, it was appreciated. As the summer draws to a close and I will probably avoid my friend's South Brooklyn location, I wanted to reflect on the summer and say thanks to the Pool Factory for helping make a rad summer.
