Perfection Pools

I have been dealing with Dave and Rob at Perfection Pools for over 25 years now. It's very rare that you can deal with the same business with the same owners for a few years let alone 25. That will tell you a little bit about them. They are simply the best. So knowledgeable about every aspect of maintenance, repair, and installations. They have always been able to solve my issues with my pool and equipment.

Very responsive, great cheerful attitude and, for me, the most important characteristic, fair and honest. Won't sell you something you don't need. They stand behind their work and genuinely care about their customers. They even remember my Dog's name and take time to give him a little love! If you need help with your pool, look no further. You will be happy you chose them!

A great example of a company that does not understand the value of good customer service. My situation is unique and the owner David decided to stop servicing my pool without notice because of a debt that my mother had with him. I paid my bill in full and on time every month. Being winter I didn't even notice that my pool was not being serviced until it started to get very dirty.

I went to use some of my chlorine tablets and found that my entire bucket was used up by one of his pool technicians. David denies that any of his techs used up my bucket and decided to ignore me and send ME to collections for my deceased mothers debt. My mother passed away and David apparently could not wait for the estate to be finalized so that he could be paid from it.

The situation with my mother should not have affected my service, especially since I was paying my bill. And now I'm in collections which is apparently his way of trying to bully me into paying my mothers debt. In addition David's lazy technicians would dump my pre-filter over my wall, chlorine tablets and all. Along my wall is a pile of mostly used up chlorine tablets which ended up killing some of my plants. David says he tried to call me multiple times but he was using an old phone number.

Being at my property once a week, having my email address and my mailing address, there seems to be plenty of additional ways to get in touch with me. David was clearly too lazy to try and reach me by another means and perhaps that laziness is the example he has set for his technicians. I respect David as a business owner but he clearly does not respect me as a customer.

I would recommend people find a pool service that knows the true value of a customer and goes above and beyond to offer exceptional service. Perfection Pools is not one of those companies but lucky for us, there are plenty of other companies that are.

They are responsive, super helpful and take great care of our pool. We have used two other before companies and switched to them. We have never looked back. Tammy who services our pool is super sweet and very attentive to our dogs who love her. Anytime a pump fails or we have a leak, they are out here and take care of it. I highly recommend them.

Pack rats ate through much of our pool heater. Perfection Pools replaced the heater and installed a metal enclosure that will prevent pack rats from getting in like the old plastic one. They were efficient and the new heater is working very well.

If you're looking for a pool company who will never answer the phone than perfection pools is for you! If you never want to be able to leave a message because they never answer their voicemails than perfection pools is for you! BUT the biggest reason you should choose perfection pools is because any chance they can find to NOT CLEAN your pool like saying " your dog is in the yard" and leaving a note on your door all WHILE YOU ARE LAYING OUT SUN BATHING NEXT TO YOUR OWN POOL. REALLY? SO YOU CAN SEE MY DOG BUT NOT ME AND MY 22 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER? YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY AND LOOK FOR ANY EXCUSE TO NOT DO THE JOB THEY ARE BEING PAID TO DO! COMMUNICATION STARTS AT THE TOP AND IF YOU WON'T EVEN ANSWER YOUR PHONE HOW CAN YOU EXPECT YOUR EMPLOYEES TO USE THEIR WORDS!

Honest and most reliable pool service. Had no idea how to get my pool back and running after it had started to turn green. Called Perfection Pools and Marie sent Tim out to walk me through what it would take to bring my pool back to life. The next day Tim had the pool drained, cleaned and filled ready to be used by the weekend. Tim walked me through the cost of the cleaning and helped me understand the work it actually takes to do it.

I couldn't have been more satisfied with the work and service I received. It has now been 2 months and I continue to use perfection pools as a service. The pool has never looked this good. Thank you Tim and Marie.

Husband was gone for a long while (military) and he always takes care of the pool, long story short our pool and Jacuzzi started turning green so I freaked out and called Marie first impressions are everything and boy was she a sweetheart she passed my name and number on to Tim who was at my house within the next hour! He diagnosed the issue gave me price ranges and offered to walk me through a few things that needed to be done AFTER I resolved the initial issue. all I can say is amazing customer service and some honest and professional people working for this company! Their weekly service is why I love Perfection Pools (past competitors would only do bi-weekly, which doesn't cut it for us). Our technician is dog-friendly. When our filter needed to be replaced, they recommended a DE filter and now we have the most sparkling blue water. Our pump recently went out and they were able to replace it in a timely fashion at a very competitive price. I am impressed by their customer service skills, especially with how prompt they respond to email messages. Highly recommend!
