Artistic Pools

I can't really say enough about this company. I was a November install, which is a tricky time of year, but I was lucky to be put on the 2021 schedule instead of being made to wait until the spring of 2022. My install was done while the pandemic was still at large, and this company had no noticeable issues with staffing, management or ability to complete the task at hand in any way.

Our township has a fairly complicated process for getting permits and Sharene deftly handled all of it. That was an incredible relief. The pool was installed on the day that was promised. The install was one day. Mark, Mike, Mike and crew are a pleasure to work with and absolute experts and professionals. I can truly say that I did not encounter one person in connection with this project who was not genuinely nice, transparent, and obviously trustworthy.

This company did the most beautiful and dramatic 30 foot concrete steps leading up to our pool so that it gave the feeling of being a huge elevated bathtub. That was a big endeavor and the quality of the work was amazing. They also planned with me and constructed the retaining wall with lighting. After I had the landscaping done by another company, the result is just breathtaking.

We now have the backyard oasis of our dreams, and we are enjoying it every day and making precious family memories. This project was worth every minute and penny and I'm so grateful that none of the horror stories that you hear about pool companies came true for us. I am not getting any special favors for writing this review; I'm doing it completely because I want to thank this company. I can't recommend this company more highly and would be willing to give more details if contacted through the company.

Artistic Pools is the real deal. I shopped around with 3-4 places before pulling the trigger with them. They pickup the phone. They respond to questions. They show up when they say they will show up. Their prices are fair. True professionals through and through and my family couldn't be happier. I drew my dream pool setup on graph paper with one of their models and they made it happen.

They even recommended a quality contractor, Ryan H, to assist with my retaining walls. When I had questions after installation, they were still around to guide and assist with township permits etc. Same for when I needed servicing for winterization. Brief version: Hi quality San Juan product. Professional installers with a true service mindset. They made great recommendations along the way. I will personally recommend Artistic to anyone I know considering a pool, and if I move I'll call them again to do my next pool. Long version: We hired Artistic to install a San Juan fiberglass swimming pool.

I researched every possible in-ground pool option, cement, vinyl, and fiberglass and once settled on fiberglass we drilled down on different manufacturers within the fiberglass family. The quality of the San Juan pool construction and warranty stood out to us when compared against other readily available pools, and our experience with Artistic was positive from start to finish.

My wife and I visited the Artistic pool yard in south Jersey unannounced on a random holiday weekend and by chance met one of the owners Mark - who dropped what he was doing to educate us and answer our questions. The Artist salesman was in our home for less than an hour and we signed a contract on the spot. Their contract is a simple, straightforward, all inclusive offering with clearly defined options and all in pricing.

We found it very comforting to see that everything was so transparent and easy to understand. Once a customer in their que Jeanne in their office staff worked with us to guide us thru the permits process while our pool was being built. Everything was fully in order in time for our pool install date once the pool was ready. During covid plastics pricing boomed and Artistic honored our contract price, and when the time came to verify our install date they offered more solutions to covid induced problems (salt sanitizing systems were unavailable, and we switched to Caribbean Clear) and were able to keep our install date in their calendar.

Install day was impressive. I recommend being home just to watch. Their construction team, and their feont man Mike, carefully threaded the needle multiple times to get the job done without damaging anything - from working their huge digger over our driveway and it's Belgian block driveway edge without breaking anything, to hoisting the pool down the driveway between buildings and trees - carefully and craft fully positioned the pool into place - and was dead on level in all four corners. Note: We opted to install the Caribbean Clear sanitation system when we learned that the salt systems were unavailable - and I have to say - this may be the best happy accident that could have happened.

The copper and silver sanitizing system is going to keep our water clean and easy to maintain, but more importantly its going to extend the life of the plumbing and mechanical systems of the pool because the harsh salt and chlorine of the other sanitizing systems are not needed (nominal chlorine but practically nothing compared to a straight chlorine system).

Look into it. They just opened our pool and after months of being under cover and the water was clear. no crazy green funk or whacky chemistry challenges to navigate! Just scoop out leaves, vacuum, and go. Lastly, we had a mason top our decking with porcelain pavers to achieve the final finished look that we wanted, and in the end we have a beautiful pool and yard now and we look forward to decades of trouble free enjoyment. Mark, Mike, and the Artistic Team were great to do business with.

They endured my endless questions and never made us feel like we were a bother. They completely held up their end of the deal and then some. We had a fantastic experience with Artistic Pools. Everything was done professionally and the whole process was very smooth. Our only minor issue was with our concrete work. We were left with kind of a mess of concrete on our fence and existing paver patio. But other than that, we were extremely happy with our planning, install and follow up. A very smooth process! Mike and Mark are always willing to answers questions. We love our pool so much!

Artistic Pools was awesome from beginning to end (but does it ever end?) The salesperson, Craig Schaal, was knowledgable, helpful, and answered all of our questions. The purchasing process was simple and very quick. And the installation process was super. From the pool to the concrete pour to the education on how to care for the pool, I was blown away with the service Artistic Pools provided. Scheduling the winterization and opening were very easy. This pool has changed our lives!

Excellent is the best way to describe our experience with Artistic Pools. From the purchase and design with Mark to the permitting with Sharene to the install with Mike the entire process was very professional. The company acts as one. The all are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They make you feel as if you are their only customer. We got our pool 5 weeks ahead of schedule.

Even with my changing my mind about the details there was no issue that they could not overcome. I am happy to endorse them as a contractor and more so feel like they are my friends. 5 Stars is just not enough!

You can't ask for a better and more knowledgeable crew. The work is first class. The crew are so helpful and polite and dedication to their customers. They all work as if they were working on their own home.

They keep us updated and informed of ever step of the process. This was a 30 year dream come true. We couldn't be more happier and pleased. In today's environment companies promise you the moon and the stars only to disappoint and take your money. Artistic Pools not only delivered what promised but went above.
