St Cyr's Pool & Spa

We needed someone quick, and Ann at St. Cyr was able to get us on the schedule for weekly maintenance. Steven showed up and did a wonderful job which was great because we just had our pool replastered and it needed a good cleaning. Very thankful to find them and they were willing to take us on.

Unfortunately they are overpriced and did not do as much as I expected. To remove the cover and add chemicals shouldn't cost me $500. I had to fill up with water and run my pump which turns out is leaking. I called again for servicing and can't get an appointment for weeks. I'm rather disappointed this happened and will not be using again. Being a new pool owner I was quoted for up to $300. Be more upfront with your pricing as this is outrages. If you serviced everything I expected the price would be fair but that did not happen. Very disappointed

Exceptional service! From the day I first called them they were very helpful and easy to work with. They kept me updated and did the install exactly when they said they would. Sam has been awesome and went above and beyond to make sure the new pool liner is installed perfectly with no small objects trapped under it. Would recommend St. Cyr's Pool & Spa to anyone!

Anthony came to open our pool, and as first time home owners/pool owners I appreciated how helpful he was. He took the time to walk me through how to change the filter cartridge and answered all my questions. Will be using them to close our pool for the first time at the end of the season!

I believe that are overpriced. They charged my elderly parents over 300 dollars to take the cover off and put some starter chemicals in. ALL the leaves that were in the cover were allowed to go into the pool. I do the cover every year up until now. I've been scooping leaves for a week. Still not done. Wish I did it myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Then they told my parents they couldn't come back for 6 weeks. Half the summer will be over.

They opened our inground pool and spa competently and professionally. The staff were helpful and friendly. We wanted to employ them for pool maintenance but they have too much work right now to take on new customers. It is a pity about that.

Horrible customer service, lazy technician x2 (Zack) and way overpriced. The pictures are from the opening and TWO cleanings. Still has algae and leaves leftover from last season. The yellow in my grass is where they drained the chemical filled water, even after we pointed out the drain. Now I have to pay to get it fixed. Owner (Jay) is unresponsive and does nothing to rectify the issues. Had to file a dispute, as services were not appropriately rendered. The irony is that I had cancelled the opening and they showed up anyhow. My advice. stay clear of st. cyr.

Professional as Service Provider and Service Advisor. Update at 4 months. Hot tub was retrofitted with a new controller after 17 years. Electric use been reduced by about 1/3. Extended hot tub life and saving $! A win/win from St. Cyr.

St Cyr Pool and Spa provides fantastic service. They are very responsive and get the job done. I had them diagnose a spa pump issue I was having. They came out and got it resolved. There was a small leak after they left, but they came back and resolved the issue with no problems. The technicians were awesome and I highly recommend this company for hot tub repairs on the Seacoast.

I had a leak in one of the pumps that caused all my water to drain out of the Spa outside. In cold temperatures this was concerning but they were over the very next day to diagnose and cure. The heat wasn't working shortly after so they came back and realized that the sensor was pinched and did not charge me which I thought was the right thing to do.

This is who you want for all Spa service needs. This company is professional, reasonable, does quality work, walks you through troubleshooting if need be, and overall is a pleasure to do business with. Josh and David have been A+ in customer service and reliability which goes a long way. They are accommodative and on time.

I was delighted to work with the St. Cyr staff, particularly the remarkable Nancy Perkins who provided sage advice, technical and budgetary. We had to delay our purchase, but when we are ready to install our backyard hot tub, there is no one but Nancy who will get us into our new hot tub.

Phenomenal customer service from St Cyr's! I purchased my Bullfrog spa earlier this year and St Cyr's kept us informed of any delays (which were entirely out of their control) and were always friendly and immediately responsive. Communication was excellent and our spa was just delivered yesterday. The installation went great, all of my questions were answered, and I feel 100% confident that St Cyr's will continue to provide fantastic customer service in the years to come. Highly recommend.

The owner came out in March and could not find the leak in my Dimension1 hot tub. He told me the next step would be to bring it back to his warehouse, put it up on a lift to see if they could find the leak. Needless to say this would be costly but I had no choice. I was losing water daily and my deck was going to collapse in time due to all the water surrounding the tub.

It is July and St Cyr has yet to confirm that they are coming to pick up my hot tub and fix it. I have called several times, spoke to Nancy, Jay, Ruth Ann and whoever else answered the phone but have no resolution or appointment. Now they are avoiding taking my calls, everyone is "busy" when I ask to speak to them. I was told more than once I would receive an email to set up a maintenance call but I have never heard from anyone by email or phone.

It is clear to me now that they don't care, are never coming and I am left with a broken tub. This does not meet my expectations for good customer service. In fact, it is the worst customer service I have ever received from a business. To leave a customer high and dry and avoid them is unacceptable. What am I supposed to do with my defective tub?

I can't even get them to take my call. I also have no faith in Dimension 1 spas as I have read about leaks from other customers. DO NOT buy your hot tub at St. Cyr unless you want a lot of aggravation and pathetic customer service.

I wish I knew about these guys when we first got our pool up and running this summer. By far the best pool people I've worked with. They were very accommodating and professional closing our pool and I learned a lot from just chatting Brandon up as he did the job. Highly recommend.

I have a 7 year old spa that was not working. The company I bought it from went out of business. I reached out to St Cyr's to see if they would service a spa not purchased through them and they were more then happy to help. Their customer service was friendly, informative and detail oriented. They ordered the part, scheduled appointment, technician was on time, friendly and got the job done correctly. I would definitely reccomend St Cyr's Pool & Spa!

I have been using St Cyr's for the last three years now for opening/closing my in-ground pool. Their prices are reasonable and the technicians that they send out are extremely friendly and knowledgable. Being fairly new to pools, I always use the questions about the pool equipment and general questions regarding maintenance and their technicians are always super helpful in providing me with the information I need, even though it technically isn't even their job. I will continue to use these guys for as long as I have a pool!

I am on my 3rd Jacuzzi purchase from St Cyrs. #1 was purchased maybe 12 or so years ago. It was great, St Cyrs was great with delivery and any (very little) required service. After about 6-7 years we had a leak in the tub which was determined to come from deep inside the tub, which meant that the unit would have to go back to the shop, have all of the foam insulation removed, and many hours of debugging.

The cost (it was out of warranty) was going to be about ~$2000. We decided it was time for a new jacuzzi. #2 was purchased 5 or so years ago - we bought the identical Dimension 1 Spa and had similar great service and support from JR and the folks at St Cyrs. But after 3-4 short years, it appeared we had another leak (water level was dropping 2-3" per week). St Cyrs worked through the debugging, and it was determined the leak was coming from up inside the foam insulation.

This time, they worked with us and did some of the debugging on my back deck and indeed the leak was coming from deep inside the foam insulation. JR was all over this and felt it was wrong that we had TWO tubs that leaked and we actually only bought the 2nd one because the first one leaked. So JR took it upon himself to call D1 and really push them to just flat out give us a new unit.

He kept me in the loop the whole time (we were without a working unit for several weeks) and ultimately D1 said "no". JR wasn't happy, but vowed to make it right and get the unit fixed. A few more weeks went by without an update from St Cyrs, and I was getting frustrated so I followed up with JR. It turns out he had been working behind the scenes and finally convinced D1 that we deserved a new unit.

The new unit was delivered the next day! On top of that he got us the unit that was 1 step up from our current unit and now had enhanced lighting and a water feature. We were and are extremely happy with everything they have done for us over the past years and really enjoy our new (non-leaky) jacuzzi! Oh, and they have a great customer appreciation day coming up on 11/14/15. Hot tubs filled with sodas and water (canned of course), food and great discounts on chemicals and supplies. Thanks JR and the folks at St Cyrs.
