What can I say about budget pools the costa brothers are great good job guys thanks for all your help, if you need pool supplies go to budget

You may pay a tiny bit more for some supplies but you will not find staff that are more knowledgeable and all around nice folks.

Staff was attentive and quick. Walked in, told the staff what I needed and I was out the door quickly. Great place for pool and spa needs for sure.

Except for Mike, poor customer service when it comes to their delivery and repair services. My artesian spa has a leak and it has been at their store for a month. When they first delivered spa, they didn't install the cover and it was not even the right cover (St Cyr spa did a great job on making that work) Every time I would call for updates, I got the run around "next week". Yesterday, I spoke with the head of service department and she said that spa was going to be delivered tomorrow.

Then today, she asked Mike to call me to let me know that again, delivery is delayed to next week. Why didn't she call me? I find it very odd for a supervisor to hide and avoid dealing with customers. St Cyr pool and spa has much better service.

Budget Pools service center is remarkable. They are like a 'private detective' asking all the questions to insure the proper parts are provided. Never over sold!

I would highly recommend budget pools. They are professional, helpful and always available to help you and answer any questions. I also highly recommend Mike McGrath for installation. Mike also was professional and very helpful in answering any questions I had since this was my first experience with a pool. He came with his crew when he was expecting and called the day before to remind me, which I appreciated and found very helpful. Budget pools recommend 3 contract and I'm glad I picked Mike.

I delivered Spas here, and they were very courteous. Plenty of room to move my 18-wheeler around. Plus they have very beautiful Spas "Awesome Place" to shop and deliver.

I needed a new pool liner for my above ground pool bought here. I was given the name of Craig Greene. He prefers texts. I texted. He said he'd be here Monday or Tuesday. no show, no text, no call. I texted again. He said he'd come the next Monday. Nothing No responses. Horrible business ethics. Won't do business with budget!

I waited in line for 20 minutes to get into the store only to be told that only 1 person can come in at a time. I was with my 4 year old son and told to basically leave him in the car. I have never been more offended by how rude the person at the door was toward myself for implying that it was ok to leave a 4 year old in the car because company policy states 1 person inside at a time. This store should be ashamed of themselves for even suggesting leaving a child in the car. I'm a business owner and I would never implement such behavior.

I've been going to Budget Pools for years and wouldn't go any place else! Some people complain for some reason about their pricing but the quality of the products and help you get is more than worth it!

Have had our pool for 30 years without any problems. until last year. Budget Pools told us Soft Swim was replacing Baquacil, and sold us products that completely destroyed the clarity of our pool water. We spent 3x the amount we normally spend in a year to maintain our pool. And they still couldn't correct the problem. This year, we returned to them in March to check our filter, pump, etc.

All was fine. Started up the cleaning process and again was troubled with excessively cloudy conditions. Already into the hole close to $200 with no change in conditions, we decided to go to a different pool store. Best thing we ever did! Our pool is now crystal clear thanks to someone who listened to our issues, made us feel like a valued customer, and completely cleared up our pool water within 2 visits!

This is hands down the best customer service you could ask for. They do whatever it takes to solve problems with your spa or pool! Water testing done as well, I just can't say enough about this company, and the service people who come to your property! Even calling to schedule service is comforting. Do yourself a favor, next time go to Budget Pool.

This is the place to go for personal, knowledgeable, PATIENT service. Budget's staff has helped me many a time in very frustrating new pool owner situations. It's important to bring a pool sample for the most efficient service.

I always use budget pools for the 2 pools I care for. Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff that dont pressure sell you or sell you unnecessary items. Their water analysis is free so you get your pool ready to open without running back and for to the pool store over and over. Highly recommended.

Great store with amazing selection! I wish I had shopped there earlier in this Christmas Season, as there would have been more of a selection of decorations. Being there when I did go, however, did net me a 40% savings!

Budget pools is the best pool store I have ever been to and I have lived in three different countries. Cumulatively, I have been a pool owner for almost twenty years and the service I've received at Budget Pools is absolutely superb. Everyone working in the store is extremely friendly and approachable and the store itself is tremendously well kept, clean and organized. It is clear that there is a lot of care and dedication put into running this store and it is demonstrated across the board. Best pool service around!

The staff here has helped me figure out how to manage my above ground pool for years. We were able to diagnose that my filter wasn't powerful enough for what I had bought. They even let me have a loaner so I could clear up the water for the last few weeks of the season. Next year I will be buying a better filter from them! I actually have a pool store at the end of my street but quality and service matter so I take the drive to Budget. Thanks guys

This was the year we were finally going to get a pool. We had so many questions and I feel like we were calling there every day in the spring with a new concern I had. Everyone I encountered, and I mean everyone, was very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions. There is a lot to organize when you put a pool in.the electrician, the pool installer, yada yada yada, but they reassure you that it will all turn out fine, and it did.

It is a bit overwhelming learning how to take care of your new pool and filter, but everyone there is so great at explaining exactly what needs to be done. Everyone there is friendly-genuinly friendly, not slimy salesperson friendly, but honestly friendly. The store is very clean and fun, my kids love it there. They have lots of spas on display. It's nicely done.

From the first time I visited Budget Pool about 6 years ago they have been extremely helpful. At the time being a new home owner with the first time owning a pool (that looked like a swamp) they took the time to walk me through every step to have success. I continue to drive about 15 miles to this store because of their customer service, knowledge and helpfulness.

The staff is honest and quick! I love going here because it is so well run. They always figure out what I need when I cryptically describe it or try to imitate a sound. The service desk always asks questions to clarify what i need and get me the right part or chemical.

After an extensive search, on-line and at several spa stores in and around Boston, we visited Budget Pools and Spa, Pool and Hot Tub Specialists in season, and also Christmas Eve holiday store in the wintertime off season! We dealt with Mike Costa, but all of the staff were very warm, helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sold. This was a large purchase for us, and Mike helped us with wet testing the spas in their showroom, advising us on all the details about the products, their use, warranties, materials made from etc.

He was an amazing resource, and such a positive person. If we could have we would have bought two spas from him, and we will definitely be a repeat customer and use them again and recommend them to our friends and family, based on the positive experience. They helped us plan and do the install, they help us to this day with parts, chemicals, and advice on getting the best experience out of our tub, we LOVE it, we LOVE Budget Pool and Spas. Thank you and please give them your business, they deserve it!

Have an above ground pool from the chain up the street. Switched over to Budget three years ago, their customer service is outstanding. They are always helpful and spot on. I especially like the individual attention given to each customer and the chemistry lab water analysis. For example, I had a green pool three years ago. The vendor up the street sold me hundreds of dollars worth of chemicals and equipment to solve the problem.

No lab there, just dip sticks, I could do that myself. My pool remained green. After the lab analysis at Budget, they helped me solve the problem by correcting the imbalance in my pool water. Last week I went back to the vendor up the street to replace a skimmer part ( from the original pool installation) after waiting in line for the two sales people to be free and the thirty customers in front of me, I was told it wasn't manufactured anymore.

Imagine my surprise when Budget pool staff, knew exactly what it was and the part was in stock. Budget may not be the most inexpensive, but they save you money by giving you good advice, the other pool vendors would do well to follow their model.

I have been going to budget pools since we put our pool up. They have been awesome at training me how to do everything that's needed to keep it open and safe. They are a great group of smart and professional employees. I wish all the companies I deal with were as good!

Had the pool installed, just writing review now. All I can say is that the same professionalism and service that I got during the sell was the same I got from budget install sub contractor. Neat, fast and a great experience, the crew was missing a part and Tom came out from the store and gave it to the crew, he also gave us 4 new floating tubes for the trouble of the missed part which was not needed but greatly appreciated by my 4 kids! Great job budget pool!

I went to the store to look for a replacement for my existing pool. The service was good. Mike explained everything in full detail, however the pricing is thru the roof. You will pay at least 3x more for a pool than anywhere else. If you are looking for a reasonably priced pool and or accessories this is definitely not the place to go. Their chemicals are also way more expensive than all of the other stores. Unless cost means nothing I would highly recommend not going here.

Been going to Budget for 7 years for supplies, routine pool items and the occasional panicked "WHAT DO I DO!" question. They are consistently AWESOME. Most helpful store that I have come across for pool advice and assistance. While you may pay a few more $ for accessories and supplies, it is so worth bc of their level of customer service. Merchants like Budget are far and few between - helpful and take pride in being so. Highly recommend!

I bought my pool from Budget back in 2004 and have been buying all my chemicals from them ever since. I still have all the original equipment (so you know it's quality) There is a focus there, it is something that most retailers lack-Customer Service. Everyone there is friendly, polite and professional. The guys who read over the water test results explain exactly what you need to do and here's something else.they don't try to upsell you on chemicals you don't need!

In the 9 years I have been going there I have never had a complaint. Even the guys that bring your purchase to the car (who does that anymore? Budget does) never complain even in the hottest of temps.and you'd be surprised how many people I've seen Not tip them?! I highly recommend budget!

These guys are really great with customer service! I have to say that we left Crocker Sales SO disappointed at how we were treated looking for a spa. These guys are great! I'm afraid our decision to not buy a spa there is monetary and they only sell jacuzzi brand spas. But they could not have been nicer! They let us do a wet test, after hours, the same day we were looking.

No appointment needed, whereas Crocker we would have to buy the spa first without ever trying it. If you are looking in the 7K and up price range, why wouldn't you come here and be treated great? Don't waste time with other guys.

What a night-and-day difference from Surfside in Chelmsford. Budget is professional, friendly, proactive, and all-around top-notch. A real stand-out.
