Delivery and setup of our new spa was perfect. Augie, Dylan and Jose had a timely arrival, put the spa exactly where we wanted it (which was not easy because these units are very heavy!) and did a quick wrap-up of the packing materials. Great crew!

I purchased a new Sundance hot tub from New England Spas in Natick, MA. I am impressed with the professionalism, customer service and genuine friendliness of the staff, from sales to delivery and set-up. The salespeople took the time to educate us about different types and features of hot tubs and guided us to a model that is right for us. The delivery crew was simply amazing. Augie, Nick, Dylan and Edwin made it seem easy as they hoisted our new spa from the flatbed truck to the front yard and then by crane to back yard over the top of the house.

I never doubted them for a moment! They set up the hot tub, packaged up all the wrapping materials and helped me put the recyclable items in my bin. Since delivery, Steve in sales has been very helpful with getting me all the supplies I need. I am very pleased with my purchase so far and would recommend New England Spas to anyone who is interested in improving their outdoor life.

Amazing customer service! We just had our spa delivered by Augie, Nick, Jose & Dylan and they were very professional and friendly. What a great crew! They were on time and set up the spa exactly how we asked. They cleaned up all the packaging and made sure everything was neat and tidy when they left. They even walked us through the initial set up! Daniel at the Natick store was very patient and wonderful to work with (we had a million questions). He helped us pick out the perfect unit for us and we are so excited to finally use our new spa!

Just had our Hotsprings spa delivered and it was an easy experience all around. Our salesperson, Stephen was helpful and knowledgeable and gave a great introduction to using the spa. Augie, Nick, Dylan and Edwin called us when they were on the way for delivery and made sure the spa was in the right spot. They were professional and set up our new spa in no time!

It was a great experience purchasing the hot tub. In addition, the delivery process was excellent. I had to cancel our first scheduled delivery date due to snow but the delivery team was flexible and re-scheduled quickly. The day of delivery the team of Augie, Nick, Matt, and Joey did a great job of placing the hot tub, and provided good information on the operation of the hot tub. Thanks

Let's face it: buying a hot tub is a big deal. It's almost like buying a car. You want to make sure that you are buying something well-built and that the dealer will stand behind their product. I am VERY happy to say that now that I am a hot tub owner from NE Spas, I can tell you that that is EXACTLY what you will get. I have nothing but praise for the people at NE Spas, with a shout-out to Jason, Matt, Tyler, Abby, Patrick, and Dave.

They gave me an estimate of when my hot tub would arrive (knowing that hot tubs are on back-order world-wide) and they were within 4 weeks of that estimate! I have now had the tub for about 2 months and it is THE BEST decision I have ever made. Even though NE Spas has taken the time to show me how to maintain the spa, I am a hands-on guy and I have had lots of follow-up questions for the NE Spas team, and they get back to me with answers and suggestions almost immediately.

The spa is top-quality, and so is the service at NE Spas! If you don't own a spa and are thinking of getting one, just get it! And get it from a company that won't just sell it to you then set you out on your own: get it from NE Spas, where you know they are there for you if you need them!

I had my new hot tub delivered and installed today. It was amazing to see it hoisted over my house and dropped on my deck. The team onsite was terrific and looked after every detail. My end-to-end customer journey was excellent. I had a great customer experience and will be reaching out to them for service now that my hot tub is installed.

Great experience working with the Natick location. From the salesman, Stephen Hanna, to the guys who delivered it, Christan, Dan and Pedro, everything went great. Stephen helped us nail down our perfect hot tub for our house and the guys who delivered it did a meticulous job and explained everything thoroughly. Super easy delivery, no mistakes, very careful with where they placed it and didn't cause any unnecessary damage anywhere at our house. Would highly recommend them from start to finish!

I purchased a hot tub from NE Spas many years ago, and it started acting up. It took me a while to get an appointment (we are in a pandemic after all) but today Dave Groulx came by. I am an engineer and watched over Dave's shoulder as he expertly debugged the problem and made recommendations to fix it and address other needs. Dave replaced the circuit board in 10 minutes and completely resolved the issue. Not a cheap fix but compared with the price of a new tub well worth it! We will be soaking outside again tomorrow!

Shopping for a hot tub was a wonderful experience at New England Spas! Even though I was shopping for an out of state home and knew I couldn't buy there, Rosalie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us so much by getting to try out one of the hot tubs and get to feel for what we were looking into. Thank you!

The worst experience that we have ever encountered with a a service company. They came in to repair a spa, then replaced a part without discussing it with the owner, charged what they charged, the spa was not even repaired. We called again and after many tries, we finally got someone to talk to us. They said in writing that they would send a technician to look at it again "Free of Charge" again we get charged a huge amount and they say that the part cannot be refunded and still the spa is not working. They are a rip off!

Buying our swim spa through New England Spas has been a great experience from start to finish! I wanted to give a shoutout to a few people that have really gone above and beyond during this process. Jeff Meunier has been amazing in helping us with the purchase of the spa as well as any questions at all that have come up during the process. Bruce and his team are incredible (we had a very tight space that we were determined to fit the swim spa and they made it happen!).

After the installation I just wanted to double check the electrical and one of their service guys Matt Bernier came out and was so nice and efficient and gave me great peace of mind. The swim spa has been incredible so far and I'm so excited to be able to enjoy it for years to come!

Was have a issue during my seasonal start up of my hot tub. Explained over the phone with Ellen Levine that I was getting a "Flo Error". She described a couple of scenarios of what it might be. Unfortunately do to the pandemic I had a wait a couple of weeks for the service apt. Ellen told me to keep a small space heater inside the cabinet to prevent freezing until the tech could get there.

Great Idea! Once Nicholas Groulx was able to come, he quickly diagnosed the issue and easily replace the flow switch, and we were back in business. Nick was onsite for maybe 30min. The one negative was the cost of labor. As I stated, the tech was onsite for maybe 30-40 min tops for a quick valve replacement. Labor cost was over $200. My car mechanic doesn't charge that. My overall experience was great, hence the 4 stars, otherwise it would be 3 or less because of the labor cost.

Could not be happier with our NE Spas experience! Jason, Bruce, and also the team that ultimatley delivered the swim spa were all top notch. Jason was amazing. Treated us like friends from the start, had us try out a few of the models we were looking at, and answered every single question we had (and I had a lot of questions :-) I highly recommend visiting their showroom and/or warehouse to try out the type of spa you are looking for.

It really helps you choose the best option for you. And when I visit the Natick store to pick up supplies, Jason and I pick up our conversation like it was yesterday. Thanks to the entrie NE Spas crew for making our pre- and post-order experiences great ones.

We purchased a hot tub from Matt St. Thomas today in the Auburn, MA store. His service was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. He took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure that we were 100% comfortable and confident in our purchase. I have never been more satisfied with a purchase in my life. He certainly deserves a pat on the back - his customer service is second to none! Thank you so much, we are so excited for our purchase and we absolutely have him to thank for it!

Matt St Thomas Was incredible to work with very responsive and hand walked me through the whole entire process. The delivery of the tub was very Seamless and the delivery guys did a great job and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The water care treatment class that we took with Jason was the icing on the cake for tremendous customer service all around. Hoping there's an opportunity for me to potentially buy other items from them in the future.

Timing is everything! We ordered our hot tub at the beginning of the pandemic and Thank God we did. Last Spring I think they had so much demand that it went through October! We use our hot tub almost every night and even put a tv inside in the window frame so we can watch the game while soaking. It has become a ritual for our family for a nightly dip and has become the envy of the neighborhood as we all look a lot more relaxed than we did in the beginning of the pandemic. I would recommend Norm and New England Spas to anyone looking to relax and spend more time with the family!

We had our new hot tub delivered today from New England Spas. Mike, Dennis and Nick did an awesome job! They arrived right on time, had all the tools, obvious experience and expertise needed to assemble and place the hot tub exactly where we wanted it on our lakefront patio. All packaging was neatly bundled for disposal. They were extremely pleasant and courteous despite the bitterly cold and windy conditions. The hot tub looks great. We are very pleased. Thanks so much Mike, Dennis and Nick.

If there was a zero option I would have selected that. Worst service experience imaginable. When you call for service you get an uninformed, unprofessional call service -- and never get a call back. Not what you expect when you drop $14K for one of these. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

This company was one of the best service providers a few years ago, but has fallen on hard times. I had to call 8 or 9 times to get a response, then it took months for an appointment. Started in June for my hot tub leaking with a few lights out. Finally got someone out who charged $300 and fixed something not leaking and said the lights were another call. An hour later, tub was down a foot again.

Literally Months later another service guy returned who charged $1000 to repair lights and fix what he called an obvious leak. When I called to ask for a credit from the first work, they offered to fix the one light that was still out, but no credit. I said I didn't want to do business that way. Two months later, before Thanksgiving, all lights go out on their terrific service work.

I ask for them to fix the lights and they say, it'll be $99 per half hour and we'll only replace the bulbs we put in- which never fixed the problem. I didn't expect every light to fail from their bad repair. Avoid this company! You're reading old positive reviews and their methods have taken a turn for the worse in the last year.

NEVER EVER PURCHASE from New England Spas, if you need service, they won't call you back, schedule, or keep an appointment. Our $15K hot tub has been COMPLETELY INOPERABLE SINCE OCTOBER (nearly two months ago). New England Spas wouldn't return calls, emails, and web app appointment requests. Exasperated, and after several weeks of unanswered service requests, I called and spoke with a very helpful sales manager who apologized and had their service department return my calls to schedule a service call for December 7 (two months after we first began requesting service). Today, December 1, we received an email telling us our December 7 appointment was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled for December 16.

This means, if they keep the December 16 appointment, we will have a hot tub sitting inoperable for over two months since we began requesting service. Paying $15K+ for a hot tub that literally doesn't work and you can't get serviced is a crime.

I had a really tough time with the purchase of my spa. But management was able to reach out to me and take care of all of the problems. Also I had an excellent time with the installers who were quick and professional and when I needed to repair the gentleman who came out was fantastic!

I bought my hot tub at New Englands Spas 1.5 years ago. The salesperson was Greg Cady. He was very helpful and knowledgable but what ultimately "sold" me was that he promised good service. I can honestly say that their service is phenomenal. Whenever we have had a problem with our hot tub, the service department has always been there for us and worked with us to address all of our issues.

For anyone who is looking to buy a hot tub that comes with the peace of mind of great service, I'd strongly recommend New England Spas in Norwell! Special kudos to Stephen Hanna and Jeremiah Belanger who are simply fantastic!

Had a problem with my 10 year hot tub. I was able to get a service call within 2 days. The tech Paul was very knowledgable, diagnosed the problem and replaced the broken part. Paul also gave me some great pointers and advice.

I just finished purchasing a hot tub in the Norwell Store. I was fortunate enough to have Kevin Drough as the salesperson. He handled every little detail with such excellence that everyone going in sales should take a lesson from Kevin. He went above and beyond just the sale. He took personal time to help me measure the space I needed on my deck. He helped me to get delivery when delivery times were next to impossible and then he has walked me through the maintenance and other questions that I have had. Also, he is very knowledgeable about the products that he is selling. Give Kevin a 5 star for sure.

We purchased a high-end spa from these folks - and can't say enough good things about them. Norm, the owner, seems to take it as is personal mission to make sure every customer leaves happy. They were patient enough to explain all of the various decisions to be made. They gave credible and honest information, but didn't push us in any given direction. Indeed, they seemed completely focused on making sure we made the right decision for us.

They recommended the right electrician to do the wiring and consulted with us on preparing the site. The spa arrived quickly, was set up efficiently, and we were up and running the same day. The installation team even cut up the boxes and bagged them, ready for trash pickup. And the spa? Fantastic. We're using it basically every night. And the team at NE Spas has been very helpful in consulting on chemicals, water quality, and the like. Five stars all the way - recommended.

Don't bother trying these people out. We paid for an installation and removal service for a spa cover and received nothing but headaches. We were given excuses for why each time the removal of our old cover was not done. The second time they came to remove the cover they left the remaining bar and trash on our front lawn. We only asked for the respect of what we paid for and this is how this company respects you.

They don't care. They offered NOTHING in return for their late and poor customer service. OH WELL, nothing we can do about it; don't inconvenience us again is their attitude. Stay far, far away from these people. They feel they are the only company around. Do your homework. New England Spas is the worst company out there, PERIOD!

Great store in Norwell. I bought my second hot tub here. They listened to my needs and sold me a great hot tub at a great price. Delivery was on-time and the setup went perfect. They supplied me with the right chemicals and walked me through the easy care and maintenance of my tub and were helpful when I vcalled back with an electrical question at a later date. If you want a tub, stop here and ask for Rob Cotoia. He gets the job done for you.
