We had a custom pool designed and installed by Ferrari after exploring several options. They handled all of the permitting, inspections and subcontractors, so it was seamless experience. They also constructed a fire pit and stone seating area. All in all, this exceeded our expectations in how the pool came out. Its very hard to visualize a mark on the ground, but Jason Ward has a great eye for it.
We also use Ferrari for opening/closing and service during the season, and their employees are knowledgable, meticulous and professional. Pool always looks great and water is clean. Highly recommend for both design/installation and maintenance.

Had our hot tub installed today. Wes and his crew were OUTSTANDING. Arrived on time, professional, courteous and the electrician even swept our deck after his installation! Wes (and Matt) spent at least 45 minutes going over everything and patiently answered all of our questions in addition to their valuable instruction, tips and info. Personable and EXTREMELY helpful.

RUN don't walk from Ferrari pools. They built our pool 5 years ago. We had issues from construction through to service. They also did not honor the warranty on our tiles when several tiles on our spa popped off. They confirmed they were under warranty but promptly refused to come and fix costing us thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket cost to fix on our own.
The communication and unprofessionalism runs rampant in all areas of the company up through the owner, who has been terrible and completely rude to us, his customers. Most disappointing company we have ever done business with. Save yourself a huge headache and find a pool company that values their customers and stands behind their work and warranties.

Horrible customer service. No one calls or emails you back. If it weren't for one particular employee there I would have given zero stars. We were constantly being told our pool would be installed a particular month/date only to get close to that time frame & after calling & emailing several times, daily at one point we would finally get a call back & at times just an email letting us know our dig date was pushed back yet again.
After this happened for quite a few months & another season would pass with NO pool we were given an even later start dig date once we harassed them again asking when the equipment was to arrive because it was the week we had given for our newest date. There are many other options out there so I would defy take this company off my list if I were considering any work be done by them. Once we finally said we had had enough so many people came forward with horror stories regarding this company. Keep your sanity & find another company!

Stellar experience with Ferrari purchasing and installing a hot tub at my home. From the great guy who educated us and sold the tub in a no-pressure manner, to the scheduler who organized the installation, to the great crew that efficiently built the stone platform, to the great electrician who wired the tub (all during the middle of winter).this was a smooth buying experience.
Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with, communicated with me well by phone and email, and explained each and every step, including how they can help me if any questions or issues arise in the future. Highly recommended!
