I am a retired Veteran, humble and kind. We purchased our Spa 3 years ago, paid it off n 8 months. Prior to the 2 year sound system warranty, I informed them I was having issues and when I finally had a chance to have fixed, i was 2 months over the warranty. ok, my bad. 2nd: reported 2 jet pack knobs were broken along with the filter flipper mechanism which broke.
After going i to store, showing pictures I was informed they would be ordered. I followed up a month later and was told they were not in and that they would contact me. After 2 more months, I called again. nothing was ordered. was told they would be in soon. called 2 weeks ago and was told the 2 jet packs were not ordered but filter flapper was in. 12 Feb 22 i happened to be in Toledo and stopped in to pick up part.
No one knew anything. I started reminded Don.he brought the flapper to counter and told me i had to pay 85 dollars.he said i did not have the broken part with me so an 85 dollar deposit was needed so he could take pictures and submit to corporate. I informed him that I had submitted pictures in October and 2 weeks ago. I kept my cool and was respectful.
I did not feel important to Mossing spa. I guess once you buy the spa they really do not appreciate or respect you as a customer. Additionally, the two jet packs with broken knobs: they told me to pit super glue in the knobs and press them in and hold until you hear a click. After I return with the broken piece to exchange, we will not be doing business again with them. We were going to look at purchasing a pool from Mossing, not anymore. Friends and family have been warned. I humbly do not recommend.

My pool guy retired so after looking and trying out other pool companies that turned out to be unreliable or just plain didn't answer messages, I'm pleased so far with Mossing. They were able to schedule us in for a closing. They arrived right on time (even a minute early ). I'm not used to service people coming when they say they will! They were fast/efficient to get the pool closed. So far, I'm happy with the service. Hoping they work out for all our pool needs nexr year as well.

I had a leaking hot tub and called Mossing first because the hot tub was purchased from them 6 years ago. The appointment was scheduled at 10 am and no one showed up until 10:15. Called them again and they showed up 20 minutes later. They spent 45 minutes here to check the tub and said they could not find the problem and need to take the spa to the store to repair.
I paid $100 + tax for the visit and they quoted me over $1000 to repair and the shipping costed about $250 one way. I was told they would come to pick up the hot tub one week later, and 4 weeks later, no pickup, no phone call.

We hadn't used our spa in about 8 months and although the water was crystal clear we thought it probably needed some extra attention before we used it. So my husband decided to go to Mossing because they are conveniently located and also we wanted to support local. After selling my husband almost $200 worth of product and instructions to clean the spa my husband headed home.
He spent ALL DAY cleaning, draining and refilling the spa with the prefilter they sold him. We have a well but all of our water goes through a water system and has never been an issue. There were no instructions that came with the filter. When we refilled the spa using the prefilter the water was a clear YELLOW and both the sides of the spa and the brand new filter was covered in brown gunk. (I'm assuming iron or some other metal sediment) Mind you before using these products the water was crystal clear and no film.
When my husband returned to the store thinking that he would get some help figuring out what happened he was met with defensiveness and was actually accused of lying about the situation. Needless to say we will NEVER give our business to them again.

They put our pool, built in hot tub in our last house and did a fantastic job. We had no problems with them and their service was fantastic When we moved we bought a hot tub and they did a great job installing it and helping me find people to wire it properly. I go back to the store to buy chemicals and they analyze the water and what and how much to make it perfect again

My sister and her husband have spent ten years' pricing and checking out hot tubs.so I finally said, "Enough!" I think I shamed them into purchasing a great one from Mossing. They got one that someone else had ordered and changed their mind on-it has a sapphire liner with a weathered grey exterior. They got a wonderful deal and the best part was that they didn't feel ripped off or cheated! The tub looks great in the yard and they use it everyday!
