The service guys are a joke especially the tall one he's impatient and very rude I asked him a couple questions about my hot tub and he seemed like he didn't even know what he was doing and he was very short with me

Very happy with our new spa. Would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a great spa.

This place is a joke.went in for pool supplies and I received no help. I was in the place probably 10-15 minutes and not once did any body offer assistance. Past practice tells me I'm not the only one who gets this kinds service.

Maybe should change name to RUDEbergen. Was referred to them by Thermospas for repair service. Called to make appointment. Put on hold briefly and they came back with " We don't have any appointments available" I asked about later. " Nope. no appts available" Any recommendations? Nope! No reasons. just couldn't help me. I have no idea if they are short staffed or what the reason was.

I called 10:00am on 6/8 for a replacement skimmer. Hannah told me she would call me back. I called back at 3:00pm to check availability. She informed me that they were too busy and they would call me. Update: 6/30 the owner left a message regarding the skimmer. Really! Are you kidding me. What a joke. Also, installed a brand new pool in 2017. I went in the store a month later to tell them that everywhere you walked your foot sank.

I now have footprints and major trenches that make it very difficult to vacuum. They did absolutely nothing. I'll never buy anything from this store nor would I recommend them

Roodbergen installed my pool over twenty years ago and did a great job then. Just last week they installed a new liner. It fit PERFECTLY. The men were very neat and tidy. I heartily recommend them to anyone wanting a new pool, spa, or liner. Jim Bradford

We are into our third year with a Doughboy pool we bought here and I can't tell you how much I continue to be frustrated with our purchase. I had to hire a professional to come help us get our pool back to normal, all the information we were given as far as care and maintenance has proven to be false we have even discovered inconsistencies between what we were told and what the owners manual says. I love my pool when it's operational but it's a constant battle all season long and I can confidently say I would never recommend this dealer.

The absolute worst. We had a hot tub with a leak and had someone came out to look at it and hopefully fix it. It took them about an hour to find the leak at what point, I was told they were going to go back to the store and come back with the parts. three hours later one guy comes back and doesn't say anything to us and is back at our hot tub.

I assumed he was fixing the leak but every time I kept going back there to check in he said nothing to me finally I asked him if he was almost done ( knowing we were getting charged by the hour) he replied that he hadn't fixed the leak and needed the part from the store and we should drain our tub and he would be back tomorrow. At this point I was annoyed but we drained our tub and the next day came and went.

Two days after, I called and no one knew what the deal was. A week and two days after this guy initially came out he came back to fix the leak. again he was here for HOURS. I honestly think he knew almost nothing about hot tub repair. oh and he chain smoked THE WHOLE TIME. The bill was ridiculous. Such a terrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Fantastic service and spas. They treated my family like their own family. They are the only ones in town who can do a complete set up including electrical and foundation. We love our Hydropool spa. Thank you!

Not a good experience with this place. No notice of pool set up, payment on pool before pool was installed. Water came in two deliveries first one we were told we needed to pay for however we presented contract to water delivery person that showed we already paid for water. owner never communicated this to water delivery service. Waited additional 3 days after first 1/2 of pool was filled for the other water to come.

We were told initially told that pool would be done it two days. Not Happy with our experience with the owner and lack of communication we very pleased with the set up workers as they worked with what they had. They was no communication at all we had to keep calling after a month of the pool being paid in full.

Not a good experience at all. I won't say anything bad about the guys that came to install were awesome but as far as communication between the company it's workers and us not good at all
