We purchased an above ground pool in 2020. We have no issues with the actual pool but the way we were rushed through with very little help is baffling. We knew what style of pool we wanted so that wasn't the issue, it was the literal poor service after the purchase was made. It's as if we were thrown a manual and rushed out the door. Thankfully there is another pool store in my town that has been extremely helpful.

I've been going to Locey's for a few years and they have always been super helpful. Today I went in with a water sample from my pool and my alkalinity was very low. So I was set up with the proper chemicals and directions of quantity and when to pour them was written in sharpie on the buckets. They make pool care super easy.

I've never owned a pool in my life, but my neighbor has been having plenty of problems with hers. Took a water sample with us to get some clarification on what we needed. After a very thorough evaluation, we were instructed on what we needed, and how and when to apply it. They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and a well stocked facility. Will definitely be going there for any future supplies!

The folks at Locey's are fantastic. They do complimentary chemical tests for your pool or spa water, offer great advice, and carry all the necessary items for maintaining pools and spas and also for opening and closing between seasons. They have 10 percent off sales at the beginning of the seasons, so I highly recommend stocking up on chemicals then.
