I have had wonderful experiences with Pure Water Pools for over 5 years. They refurbished my in-ground pool, open/close my pool, service the mechanics, recommend pool treatments to maintain water quality, and more. They have always been professional, personable and pleasant! I always recommend this pool store!

Amazing work by Owner (Jim) and his team. The coping and tile work is flawless, looks better then when it was new. The whole process went like clockwork, almost complete waiting for the coping and tile to fully dry and then finished with a seal around the pool coping and cement. I would give them 10 stars if I could, thank you Pure Pool! Very helpful and friendly at the same time upon visiting his store today. Hard to find those types of people these days. I'm having them come out and quote the job. Thanks!

Jim was WONDERFUL! I called thinking I needed a new pump, but after 30 minutes on the phone with him, he educated me more than I ever could have expected. The more info I gave him, the more he took me down a path of looking at a simple $12 part on my chlorinator. When I got home, I started with the "L" on my chlorinator and sure thing, it was the cause of my pool never having chlorine. Yeah! Thank you SO MUCH for all your information on the phone. I'm flabbergasted by the low reviews on this site- because you were AWESOME!

So bought a new house with an old in ground. Asked pure water to come out and give a repair estimate, they said they would try and open the pool which i knew was a mistake becuse the pool needed a lot of work. So they come out charge me 200 dollars lift the cover and say oh yeah we cant do anything with this we'll send out our "specialist". I waited 2 weeks for the specialist who never showed called several times and was told he would call us to schedule of course he never called. No one from purewater ever did anything other than cash the 200 dollar check they did NOTHING to earn. Purewater i want my money back.

I was very happy with the service PWP gave my tenants for years. However they made me very upset when they put a lien on my property because a tenant didn't pay her bill for some time. I didn't have a contract with them at that time, my tenant did. They never told me about the lien and most upsetting didn't remove it when the tenant had moved out and finally paid all open bills. This is in my eyes not only unfair but illegal too.

They came to open my pool in the spring and did not do what they promised they would do. They threw my winter cover in the trash can, without my consent. They left the water running and the hose fell out of the pool; I had been out of town when they came to open it. And not enough chemicals were put into the pool. There is a serous lack of experience with pools with this company. There are better pool stores in the area.

I had my 25+ year old Gunite pool restored by Pure Water pools, and they were great. Jim, is a very knowledgeable guy, and his staff is as well. I knew nothing about pool restoration, and had many questions; Jim and his staff were able to answer all of them and showed a lot of patience with me! When dealing with pools, and pool company's you have to learn to be patient, weather causes schedule changes all the time and not understanding this can lead to frustration and anger.
Being in the building trades at one time I understood it well. I knew anytime there was bad weather, the job would be delayed, and anytime there was a delay I would get a call. At no time did I feel neglected, or put-off by Jim, or his staff. After the pool restoration I purchased a Heater. I had done my research, had one in mind, and headed off to the store. Jim again being very informative showed me another option, (a less expensive option) but a high quality unit.
I'm happy to report that I have not had a problem with this unit in the 3 years. And it heats my 27, 0000 gallon pool really fast compared to the previous one. My latest purchase was two years ago; I bought a mesh safety cover. Again I thought I knew what I wanted and Jim briefed me on the different covers, pro's and con's etc. With that knowledge I was able to get the cover that suited my needs.
The last thing Jim mentioned to me relating to the cover was the springs that attach the cover to the metal lugs in the pool deck. He told me that he recommends the thicker heavy duty springs because they hold up better in windy conditions when the cover is being stressed. I can tell you with 100% certainty that I'm very happy I listened to Jim and got the bigger springs.
This past winter we had a few super windy day's and I lost shingles on my shed, tore down my plastic fence around my filter, and knocked down 80 feet of wooden fence. The only thing that didn't get torn down, or ruined is my pool cover. Thank you Jim for convincing me to purchase the heavy duty springs! I live about 10 miles from Pure Water Pools, and pass several other pool stores to get there. But for me and my needs it's worth the extra miles! Sincerely, Dave

We had sand blowing back into our pool. The tech came out and not only fixed it, but showed me what was involved in the repair and educated me a bit more on our pool. (we're new pool owners) Very nice, very professional and left the filter and pool equipment looking professionally finished. The best part is that there's no more sand blowing back in the pool.
