EVERY YEAR I set a date to have my pool opened and they NEVER SHOW, & DON'T even have the decency to call (can't blame it on COVID, because this happens EVERY YEAR) I DO NOT RECOMMEND "Johnson Pools" AT ALL! I am looking for a reputable and reliable company to open & close my pool. Johnson Pools in Flushing, DEFINITELY is NEITHER!

Very knowledgeable and honest staff. I have spent a small fortune at other local pool supply companies that do not have the equivalent knowledge. I went here to test my phosphates and they fixed my chemical problem overnight. Apparently my chlorine was "locked up". They sold me 2 bags of chlorine free shock and algae killer. Boom! Crystal clear overnight. Chemco and Macksoods sold me metal free, staintrine, algae preventative and phosphorus free. All the wrong stuff, trying to be helpful. Johnson pools has an elaborate hi-tech computer tester that the other companies do not. I highly recommend Johnson pools.

I called about getting a loop loc cover installed. My pool is a fiberglass free form pool so it is shaped like a peanut. I had them measure for a custom sized cover. It was going to be over $4000. Mike said a standard rectangle would fit at 1/4 the cost. Had him order it and it was installed the next week. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and they did a great job and were very quick with the cover installation. There were 2 spots where the anchors wouldn't fit on the cement and they were back first thing the next day to install a couple pipes in the ground and finish the job.

Outstanding service and fast response. I had to have a new pump installed this year, and all of the plumbing and valves replaced. NO MORE LEAKS, and I don't have to baby the prime basket any more. And the guys answered all of my questions. Time for an adult beverage while floating on the noodles. Thanks Johnson Pools Supplies!
