They 'manage' tahoe village pool but they just show up to check on the equally as mismanaged lifeguards. All of them do not have proper lifeguard certifications and the management allows this. Management is full of ex-cons. The pools they 'watch' are green and disgusting. They hate their customers and are borderline sexual predators by circling a picture of a patron, who was photographed in their swimsuit at the pool, around their employees and other patrons at the pool.
Not to mention children who are in their swimsuits. What kind of a sad excuse for a Pool maintenance company needs to make their patrons feel uncomfortable by taking pictures and circling it around and allowing other people to take pictures of children. Extremely unprofessional and borderline criminal activity from this company. You will save yourself a lot of trouble if you avoid the psychopathic behavior this company projects on a daily basis.
Ask for Pat or Moe and you'll see the type of people who work here. They have an absolute disregard for anything or anyone. Pool Watch? More like Pool Look Away. Literally anything is better than this company. Whatever service you were looking to purchase from these people you will not get. Go anywhere else, and I mean anywhere. This is the bottom of the barrel in terms of service for anything. You're better off doing it yourself.

This company "cleans" pools or supposedly "manages" the pool at Lakewood grove. They hire the employees to work at our local pool in the development. 75 percent of the employees gave horrible attitudes, unprofessional, swear and I would never hire a group of people like them. Talking to the board of directors at Lakewood grove to have them terminated and a **PROFESSIONAL** company hired!

Absolutely unprofessional company. We have this company operated our community pool for couple years. For this time of period our pools became complete disaster. No water quality check, No clean up of the pool area. Leaves and debris are lying on the pool deck and on the water. Absolutely no attention to people safety and horrible attitude. The lifeguard yelled! at me and my kids which makes them cry and be scared so they scared to visit the pool ever again. This company is the worst one we ever had in our community.

Spoke with Shell Hask, horrible attitude. I called here at least 3 times in regards to the horrible service on my pool. Her response was if "you don't like it, go somewhere else." when you send this amount of money on full service you would expect that at least returned your calls or find a solution to the mistakes that they made in a reasonable time frame
