Critical: Professionalism Not sure which driver you had in st mary's county on June 18th but he needs to be fired. What was the point of honking at everyone who was in front of them to get them to move off the road. I was doing 55 in a 40 but apparently I was too slow.

McConnell Pool has been servicing my pool for over 5 yrs. They always do a splendid job and are patient with all of my questions. My husband and I really like this conpany and would recommend them to all of our neighbors.

Knowledgeable and friendly. Recommend going to them and not the other guys up the street.

I don't recommend this company to anyone! Our pool is only 5 years old and the tile is messed up they didn't caulk like they were supposed to the plaster is messed up they use silicon for the plumbing parts don't hold their warranties and the customer service is horrible! Absolutely the worst pool company there is! Our entire pool needs to be completely redone!

Just got off the phone with a charming assistant who was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. She pointed me in a good direction. I will remember this company for their specialty of higher end work.

We bought a house with a pool this year. However, when the cover was removed it was a total cesspool. McConnell pool company brought our pool back to life and we were able to enjoy it before the summer ended. They talked with me and my husband about options that would be cost effective and taught us how to maintain the pool efficiently. The work was done in one day. I just went into McConnell to talk about getting a quote. 1st, 2 people looked at me and walked away. but hey maybe not there job. ok. 3rd person asked how they could help and when I said I wanted a quote, I was immediately told they were not providing quotes. maybe in the fall. A quote! You have no one to provide a quote? Not buying it. because at a minimum you could have given me a brochure or something to go home.with.nothing and I even tried to PROMPT for something to look at. at least schedule one for late August/September. I guess you don't need business.that's good. I would rather help a company that needs more economic support.

Critical: Responsiveness After 2 month of almost begging to get a written estimate on my pool repairs, they send me a quote that was twice the amount offer by competitors. Poor communication and the worst actitud, I'm glad that I didn't use them.

We have had the pleasure of being McConnell customers for over 12 years. They provide top notch service with a smile. They have provided us with services for our in-ground pool and have been professional, reliable and always courteous. Thank you for the great experience!

My husband and I love this company! They have the most amazing customer service that's undeniably genuine and refreshing. Being new pool owners, we had some anxiety about how to take care of it. McConnell takes all the fears away because they truly take care of their customers from the open to close of the season. We recommend them above the rest in our area.

A guy who answered the phone call was very arrogant and demeaning after I got the bill in the mail and explained to him that the tech used my products. I had McConnell Pool come out to take a look at my pump and pool. I was informed that my pool PH was good and he wanted to add some additional products to the pool, for algae. One of the techs, added the products that I had outside (because he only had a small amount of chemicals in his truck-so he used mine) and I was charged for "their" products.the pool tech told me that he wasn't going to charge me since he only had a small amount of product to put in my pool.

Well when I got the bill in the mail, I was charged for a product that "I" bought and their tech used. No apology, just attitude from the guy who answered the phone. So, I won't be calling them anymore! Oh.the best part is, the tech told me that my pump was fine, guess what? It's not! Thanks for NOTHING!

We are so disappointed with McConnell Pool. We need to have some repair work done on our pool. We stopped in the McConnell Pool shop a few weeks ago and talked with the staff about the repairs. When we stopped in, the staff was friendly and professional. We made an appointment to have them come out, look at our issue and get the estimate so we could scheduled a time to get the work done.

The day of the appointment, we called to see when they will be out. We were told they won't be out. I asked if they wouldn't be out that day or at all and they answer was "not at all." I can't imagen worse customer service! They showed no respect for our time and didn't even bother to call and say they weren't coming. I can't speak to the quality of their work but their customer service is horrible. No phone call saying they would not be coming out, no attempt to make a new appointment, just "We won't be out at all."

These folks are wonderful -- friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They will test your pool water for free, and they never tried to sell you chemicals or equipment that you don't need. In fact, every time I have brought a pool water sample to them, they have tested it and said the chemicals are fine and we did not need to get anything. And they are always very friendly and cheerful about helping people. I would never go anywhere else for pool advice.

McConnell Pool helped us get our pool back in working condition since when we bought our home. It was a complete nightmare and they repaired the liner, re-plumbed the whole thing and have serviced the pool regularly since. We also purchase any needed products from their store. Great and reliable company. Thank you so much!
