This is the best place for pool supplies that has been in business for years. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with any issue. You can preorder pool supplies for layaway over the winter which is really helpful to spread the cost out.

A very helpful staff that can explain everything you need to know about your pool or hot tub and can make recommendations. They carry everything you need to maintain your pool or hot tub.

Kelly was extremely helpful in helping me solve my pool issues. She showed me where all the plugs should go and different ways to troubleshoot the problems I was having for several weeks. I came home with the chemicals and parts I needed and did what she told me to do and the pool is now filtering properly, not leaking and the water is crystal clear. I will most definitely be a loyal customer to Countywide from here on out.

Wow I don't know much bout this company, but after seeing what i just saw I would never let these ppl touch any pool of mine. I was in laplata 9/24/2021. This tall spikey hair dude was in a pick up next to me with some1 else and they were in a countywide pool truck but first I saw him lift a rose smoking crack right in the middle of 301 not caring who is looking at him then the other guy in the truck hits it then they lean down and sniff something it must be strong whatever they sniffed I swear they looked like t.hey were bout to nod out I cant believe they have people working for this company and doing that, I wouldn't be surprised if they were losing money and customers

We have always and only dealt with Countywide and have always been very happy with service, advice, customer support. Staff is wonderful!

County Wide Pool are awesome! Very helpful and patient with people like me who are new to owning a pool. Always have the supplies I need and will tell me what I need to get after testing my pool water.

I'm new to the area and had my pool opened by the previous owners suggested company. I had to go there because our pool was not clearing and I was basically told to have patience, but not explained anything about what was going on and as a "noob" I need to know those things. Went and saw Kelly and spent almost 45 minutes there and she put me through a "pool school" crash course, told me what was causing my issues, sent me home with a regiment and explained things to me so I could understand. I'll continue to use them for as long as I have this pool and they are open!

Very helpful with getting your pool up and running. Well stocked with pool supplies. Store is well organized. Great customer service. Had new liner and heater installed. So far, so good.

We have been using County Wide Pool services for the last five years. We have always had a wonderful experience with them. They always call So let me know what day they're coming so I can have things readyThe pool service guys come in and get the job done. They are usually in and out before I know it. If I've ever had any questions they were more than happy to answer them for me.

The owner has always been very helpful to answer all my questions regarding water treatment as well. Certain times of year they are very busy with opening and closing but they have always done the best job they possibly could.

Cheapest pool opening & closings around. They always do a perfect job. Deffinetly sticking with Countywide.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had them come out to open our pool, no chemicals were put in the water to treat, as they said they put in and they never called that they were coming that day as I asked since I wanted to be there to open the back gate etc. So I VERIFIED this by taking a pool sample the next day to another pool company to get it tested and they said no chemicals were put into the water.

I asked for my $300 to be refunded, and they acted completely unprofessional and the OWNER was honestly the trashiest person I have ever spoken too! Not worth dealing with this trash of a company!

The staff here is courteous and professional. They do pool openining and closings. Some of their field staff seem like they dont care too much about their work. I was disappointed with the last couple of time work was performed. Called and Kelly and she seemed to care about the issues but I never received a call back to set up an appointment.

Very friendly workers; water analysis and recommendation. Courteous accommodating workers. Allowed me to purchase and save the purchase for someone to pick up due to its weight. Five stars not given as worker could have carried the package to my car. I said I would send someone to pick up the package unless it could be taken to car (said very low, so the two women may not have heard me).

It was 50 pounds and I have a weight restriction due to a medical condition, of course they didn't know that. It was also just two women one younger the other older, so possibly they couldn't lift 50 pounds either. Offering though would have qualified them for a five star rating for excellent service. It possibly could have qualified a three rating, but I gave one extra star due to their friendliness and instructions provided after my pool water was tested.

My family and I have been using this business since they opened in the 1980's and are yet to have a bad experience. The friendly customer service and exceptional aptitude is enough to bring anyone in. CountyWide Pool is a locally owned and operated, small business, dedicated to the fair treatment of all customers and pools, and is more cost-friendly than the local competition. I highly recommend CountyWide Pool to everyone in the Southern Maryland area!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Was lied to by people that answered the phone and everyone working there. Called off from work to meet with the people that were going to come (since they told me they were going to walk me through everything). Never saw them, never called or knocked on door. When I called they said that their pool guys are antisocial so they don't want to talk to people.

They come and leave quickly. WTH! That's the type of people they have working! Pool was still green/black even days after they "supposedly" treated the pool. They offered for me to bring in samples but who would want to after this type of service. I went out and bought shock and chemicals myself and You Tubed it myself! They charged my credit card for over $300 dollars and after disputing it they were able to lie their way to get it back on my card.

I regret calling this place and I'm actually contemplating in taking them to court so they don't think they can do this to customers. Never really do reviews as you can see but needed to let people know of my awful experience. Especially to a new customer! Please if your look for a place to work on your pool stay away from these people!

County wide pool service is a great locally ran business that really knows how to take care of their customers. The employees there always remember a face and will always treat you as a "part of the family". They offer a wide range of services and products with which they are extremely knowledgeable about. They don't look to take advantage of the uninformed customer.

Instead they educate them to help get your pool nice and clear. I go here anytime I need advice or get my pool water tested. I would whole heartedly recommend this place to anyone who asked.
