B & F Pool Service

I had a liner replacement done. Mark and the crew did a fantastic job. Quality work at a responsible price. They also did some wall resurfacing and replaced the dome lite in the deep end. Would highly recommend using B & F Pools. Services: Inground pool installation, Winterization

I understand there's a shortage of pool chemicals but this place almost doubled the price of the chlorine and shock. I know everyone raised the price but I now go to Valparaiso and it's almost half the price!

Knowledgeable, helpful, and had the items I needed. Short wait on phone but expected due to the increased demand for beginning of pool season.

We used B&F pools about 8 years ago to put our inground pool in place. We opted for a 20 x 40 rectangular pool with an automated cover. They gave us advice to place the pool directionally different from where we were thinking and were glad we did. The pool has held up. The concrete around it has developed some hairline cracks but nothing unsightly.

The pool cover only lasted 7 years, had a new one put on this year. Not their fault, just these covers don't last all that long. The installation that Tim from B&F did was great, on time, on spec and on target. We had good pumps and filters installed so the pool maintenance has been kept to a minimum.

Kelly was great. Helpful, informative, and not pushy about selling products.

Critical: Responsiveness I really try to buy local. It makes it hard when B&F will not answer the phone during normal business hours. Therefore, Amazon it is!

B&F installed our pool in 2012. Delightful people. Not sure if it's in the same hands but recently we called for a pool cover issue and they followed up. They had no time but connected us with their Co tractor to get it done. Tops!

I actually had the B & F Pools from Demotte (they are affiliated). Had them do a liner change on an in ground pool. Absolutely the best decision I ever made. They were prompt, professional and went way above and beyond what I would consider a good job. Highly recommend this company. The technician was very knowledgeable, the receptionists were courteous and responsive. The work crew was respectful and efficient. Just a great company to do business with.
