It is rare these days to ask someone to do something and they deliver on the work, and the timeframe. Throughout our build with Bob's, we would ask them to do something once, and they would do it. Their staff worked quickly, thought on their feet, and were friendly to my family. I am very thankful we used them and if you have any questions or would like to discuss specifics of a pool project with Bob's from a first time pool owner, I would be happy to talk.

Bob's put our pool in almost 20 years ago now. They did an excellent job putting the pool in and we have had little to no problems other than replacing things that wear out, which is to be expected. We have used their services all through the years and have been very pleased. They always respond quickly, are knowledgable, and courteous. I would, and have recommended them to friends.

We will be enjoying our 11th year of our backyard paradise! We can thank Bob's Pool Builders for that! They were a pleasure to work with when we installed. Prices were competitive and their customer service was wonderful. The best part is that customer service has continued throughout the last 11 years. If we have a question, they answer it quickly!
If we need assistance, they make house calls! When we had issues with a part due to a manufacturer's defect, they helped us with the warranty to get us our replacement for free. Bob's has gone above and beyond. We honestly don't need to contact them much. Our pool is pretty easy to manage, not a lot of work and not expensive to run. But when we do, we are very thankful we used Bob's to install!

This was the most pain free project EVER! We couldn't have been more pleased with our partnership with Bob's Pool Builders. They listened to everything we had to say and made our entire pool project just what we were looking for without the building headache. You will not find a nicer company to work with from the initial sales call, to the project builders and contractors to the finished product. Bob's Pool Builders installed our beautiful pool six years ago. They did a fantastic job with the installation and have been awesome in providing us with our yearly maintenance needs. All of their team are very friendly and they are great to work with. Our goal in installing a pool in our yard was to provide a place of fun and enjoyment for our kids and 16 grandchildren. As you can see from the picture - it worked!

We are preparing for our sixth summer with our pool from Bob's. From the initial planning of our project, to the annual maintenance and occasional support calls, the team at Bob's has been exceptional. We love the pool and are about to enjoy our fourth summer.
