My wife and I bought out home 2 years ago. First time either of had a home with a pool. Well after 2 awful experiences with other area pool companies these guys came to the rescue. Constantly professional knows their product. Prompt service and show up on time. Would recommend to any who has a pool or spa.

Blue Water Pools has been fantastic to work with. The last pool company we had was difficult to work with and we called Blue Water and Molly quickly helped us out on getting a problem fixed and our pool closed last fall, and they just installed a new cover and did a great job at a fair price. They also took time to educate me on salt water pools, as I'm a new pool owner. Last company wouldn't take the time to help me out.

Contracted this pool company to clean and service our saltwater pool. I was home on their first visit. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company based on the following: 1) the service person who cleaned the pool, didn't. He vacuumed yes, but did not clean to the advertised cleaning. Leaving out several steps. 2) the chemicals that were put in the pool were the incorrect ones (we are thinking he must of thought our pool was a chlorine pool). 3) after my wife was told we would be reimbursed for the terrible service, they charged my cc anyway. Then refused to answer my calls or even respond to an email. Worst way to build a clientele list. And I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I could. Not recommended 100%

Received notice stating my bill was paid. Two months later they threatened to take us to collections for not paying the bill. When we tried to pay on the phone the customer service rep got belligerent and hung up on me twice and would not admit they had any hand in the confusion. I've never worked with a more disorganized, unprofessional company and have NEVER been treated with such childish hostility by any customer service person before. I would rather fill my pool in with cement than work with this company again.
