On new pools the tracks are built into the side walls of the pool or set flush into the deck around the pool. On existing pools the tracks are installed on top of the deck around the pool. The tracks are a little over two inches wide but only about a quarter inch high, with a rounded top surface. By no means!

Go figure on the first 90 degree day of the year our cover would not open. I was panicked and assuming with this being the busy season getting them to our house ASAP would not be an option. Well i was wrong Tina was amazing she was able to adjust schedules and get the technicians out that day! The technicians were so nice and fixed the problem fast.
Being a business owner myself i know how hard it is to manage customers and crews, and superior pools covers nocked it out of the park! FYI they also installed the cover in 2018 and we had a similar experience five stars.

Best company ever. Had an issue over the weekend and our rope became tangled. My wife called and begged for a quick appointment to fix the cover. The kind lady said she was booked for 3 weeks BUT she said she will see what she can do. Later that day, their technician arrived at our house and said he had a opening.we accepted! They were very kind and professional. We love the product and we really like the people!
