Non existent customer service. Ive called multiple times and left multiple messages over the course of a week about a 25,000 gallon pool, water feature, and spa they built 3 years ago and can't even get a call back from whoever "joey" is. You would think a massive contract like this would be worthy of at least a call back.

Sure, Dana Anderson is such a nice friendly guy and designs a great pool, however, BEWARE once your 1 year worthless warranty is up! They don't EVER return a phone call, maybe if you call 10x someone completely clueless about why the heater isn't working or the alarm on the chlorine system is going off or the fire bowls don't light or the jets in the spa aren't working might call you back to further waste your time. Don't build a pool with a company that WON'T SERVICE OR SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCT!
