Been doing business here for years. I miss ole Thor, the starter-owner, but the family does a nice job. Staff here are decent, friendly & helpful. And I can usually get all the pool parts I need by just stopping in. I don't shop anywhere else for my pool needs.

They need to hire people who are not so rude. Blonde girl with piercings is so unprofessional! I'm done going there. I will travel an extra 20 minutes to avoid it she was that bad.

The material is a faulty product and the store does not stand behind the product blaming it on the water condition. We check our water condition daily with your test strips. So which is faulty, your testing or your product? You need to honor you warranty and word.

I love these guys! I have been doing business here for years! They are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable! Previously purchased from another pool place.big mistake. SPS fixed it and are the only pool and spa place I'd do business with. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Their products are par in the industry. Their Service is the WORST in the industry. If you call for service or repair, you'll get Roger. Roger wants a credit card number from you right away, and they won't schedule your appointment without a credit card. Once he schedules your service appointment "some day next week. won't know the exact day until next week.".

They send out some inexperienced guy who calls to say "hey can you take off the outside covers, I'll be there in an hour.". And I'm out of town on business for 3 days. When I get home the lid is open and one cover is off and nothing has been fixed, with bugs in my tub. No phone call, no explanation, this was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. The next day I get a phone call from my credit card company that 4 attempt has been made at charging my credit card, to 2 local business and 2 online businesses, so they locked my credit card for fraud prevention and sent me a new one. Go somewhere else.

Don't let Emily fool you. She may think she knows what she is talking about and may also sound very convincing but the more I talk to her the more I realize she has no idea about pools. We have had SEVERAL issues with our new pool. And she has told us wrong each and every time. We ended up going to another pool supply in West Des Moines and they have been able to help us a great deal more than Emily.

I don't recommend this company. You would be better off paying more and getting actual help. Once they have your money they no longer care what happens to you. It's also total BS they don't take returns. Every other damn company ever, takes returns. But they won't tell you this at the time of purchase!

Always helpful. Tests my spa water and helps regulate and adjust. Very good prices. Great customer service, had a crack in a skirting piece. Out of warranty but they found me a replacement.

I will never go back to this store. We just recently bought a pool and purchased a pool cleaner for a significant amount of money. There was no return policy anywhere, and when used it was way to big for the pool, as there was no direction given at the store. They would not return as they cant return used equipment. All other stores can return and their return guidelines are located on their website or receipts.

When i called the lady was very rude and hung up on me very cheery when she stated she couldnt return it and they dont need to list the guidelines. Thought i would share so no one would make the same mistake. This will also not be only post about them as well.

Have been talking with salespeople for 2 years and they were extremely helpful and understanding. Not pushy at all and understood it was a very big purchase. We have a 6 year old boy with special needs that loves the water. They were able to find us a swim spa that meets our needs and is an amazing energy release for our son. The store has coached me through the chemical process because I know very little about this. We are very thankful for the professional service pre and post purchase. I highly recommend!

5 stars on service. We also purchased a spa and experience some maintenance needs. The team was on the spot with same day service.
