Andrew and Affinity Waterscapes have been maintaining our pool in Danville for several years. Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about pools and the best way to address a problem. We had many because the company that built it (not Affinity) made some mistakes. Whenever there was a issue, Andrew answered by text promptly (better than calling because he is sometimes out of range) and didn't promise immediate service when it wasn't possible.
He honestly estimated when he or his team could address the issue. The work he did was of high quality. He also gave us some great referrals when the issue was outside the scope of his service. The company is changing the location and type of their services, but he referred me to an excellent pool maintenance company. Also, he has been very available to this new company when they had questions about what had been done on the pool, and the system set up. Andrew also called for a "goodbye" conversation and told me I am welcome to call him for any questions or even repairs. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I was referred to Andrew by a friend. My hot tub had suddenly lost all of its water, and the pump was popping the breaker. I was baffled, and frankly did not know where to start. Andrew determined I had a bad electronic valve, which caused the tub to drain and pump to suck air and burn out the motor. He installed a new valve and motor and had all the parts on his truck.
No running to a supply house. No leaving things torn apart while he orders parts from the east coast. He had everything he needed. He also seems to have a deep understanding of how everything works. I highly recommend him. Oh! I almost forgot. This was the second time I used him. The last time he re flashed my control panel and updated everything so it actually worked properly!
