It is actually all true what is written. Delivery time awefull, bad reputation and not solution oriented. By the way: Visp is 700 meter above sea level and not 2000. And isolation will not help, as a pool looses heat mainly over the by far bigger walls. This is physics, the basics you learn at school. Thats why normally you buy at these hights a so called hot-pot. But as this is not in the programm if intexpool he tries to sell whatever he has.
