Our pool and screen enclosure took 13 months to complete however it turned out better than we imagined! It is beautiful! Keith Evans, "the pool school guy" is absolutely the best! He's extremely patient and knowledgeable and so helpful through our many, many questions! He was always there whenever we needed him and always knew exactly what to do.

This company is not the one you expect! I called today April 28, 2022 to offer our services and not even a proper greeting was given. I work for a company very known in the pool field and the attitude that was given in the phone made us not want to work for this company! I can already tell their jobs are just as worse as their customer service. The senior I spoke to on the phone was very rude and straight up refused to give us an opportunity for an interview. Do NOT bother calling the office because the treatment you will receive is horrible, just save your time and don't bother coming here! If we could give 0 we would! terrible!

Sales guy Tony was great and Krist as well as the Pool school guy Keith. But it took artesian 5 months after receiving the permit to get started and 4 months to complete. I was fine up until the end because everything was COVID but we're still not done. They got their full payment from the bank as they work directly with one another but my pool still isn't complete.

This is not the right way to do things. I'm literally waiting for my two water bowls. They don't even communicate with me regularly to keep me informed. I have to contact them every week. My permits were left outside in the elements and soaked in water. Just don't understand the lake of professionalism or concern for their clients. Just very disappointing! Can we swim, yes but they get their full money and we get an incomplete product while they show no concern

Artesian Pools did a great job designing and installing our pool. We are so happy that we went with Artesian. We look at other pool companies building pools in the neighborhood and they just don't compare. Highly recommend Artesian.

Critical: Quality I would not use this company. The designer does not know what he is doing. He needs to get updated on today's designs. The surface of the pool was not done correctly. There are marks on the bottom of the pool as the finish was not done right. The pool is dark at night. Worst company! Services: Roadworks, Design

Called Artesian for a quote over a month ago, they said someone would call me back for an estimate, 2 weeks later no one did. Called again, this time they said they would send someone out in 2 weeks and set up an appt for a specific day and time. Day of the appt, no one calls or comes by. When I followed up the guy says " I texted you at 8am to confirm, since no response I did not go cause you're an hour away.

And I re scheduled and My calendar is booked 2 weeks out".I did not reply quick enough because I was working during that time. Unprofessional in my opinion. If there's an appointed time agreed upon, then you go to your scheduled appt, that's your job and it's part of the job. Based on other reviews seems others have same issue with lack of communication and professionalism.

Artesian Pools is a very reliable company! So far we have been very pleased with them designing our pool. They are excellent about getting back to us! They are also very helpful, and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company. Before going to Artesian pools, we were looking into to getting a pool through Premier Pools. Premier was horrible, and Matt, our designer, never returned any of our calls. Artesian Pools is extremely reliable.

Also I highly recommend the sales rep that we had which was Greg Simpson. He is outstanding. We have also dealt with the president of Artesian pools, which is Keith Cooper. He is also excellent to work with. We are very pleased so far with this company.

We took our time in selecting a pool company. We designed a pool and then waited an entire year to be sure it was what we wanted to do. We then narrowed it down to two companies and we selected Artesian Pools. We felt comfortable with Tony and felt he was a straight talker. He was super patient with us. He answered all of our questions and all of my many text back and forth.

I have to comment while we were in a "hurry" to get out pool we also wanted it done correctly. We had our pool installed during the Covid 19 pandemic so we understood things might be slower than a normal year. I know enough about construction to know that timelines are guidelines. In my estimation, the pool was installed in a timely manner. We have had the pool for a couple of months and are very happy with it.

They are always kind to answer my questions which I'm sure they have heard a few thousands times. There was a delay on my slide installation, but we were able to swim in the meantime (I do not believe their slide delay was their fault). These are the sort of things that do not upset me as long as everything is taken care of. I should note Julio is the person who took care of our "field" and the installation of the pool.

You couldn't find a nicer more dedicated person. He will answer a text or call anytime and never made us feel like we were a bother. I felt safe with him at our house and he was always kind to my family. This is super important when you have a wife and kids; you want to be sure the person presents well and is safe and Julio is one of the best. Overall, I have to say that I am super happy with my experience.

I was ready for everything to go wrong and we really had zero issues. Everyone in the office has been super helpful and they are quick to answer my emails. If you are going to invest this amount of money you just want someone who will do a good job, fix any mistakes, and educate you. I should also make a quick comment that the two guys who came out for "Pool School" (I can't remember their names) were amazing.

We built a pool with Artesian approximately three years ago. The pool design process was good, they listened to what we wanted and overall the pool is exactly what they need. However, their after build support is nearly non-existent. We were upsold a Paramount MDX in floor cleaning system as we had an open pool with quite a few trees around. After the first month I realized there were two issues: a minor issue with one of the heads was not working properly and I could not remove, and a major issue with the MDX drain not actually doing anything.

I had to call and email probably a dozen times until they finally acknowledge me and sent someone out that did nothing. After more pestering they sent a representative from Paramount who did nothing, said it was because it wasn't installed properly so Artesian accused me of trying to repair it myself and that's why it's not working. I just paid for a 60,000 dollar pool, I'm not attempting to fix it myself.

This went on for months, after having another baby at home and getting busy with work I got distracted and failed to continue to follow up. I tried reaching out occasionally for them to tell me they would send someone out but no one ever came. It's disappointing, I was expecting much more from the company.

My husband and I have had our pool built about 1 year ago. We were very happy with the design and Alex was understanding to my ideas. However, the customer service is very poor. We call and email them with certain issues and we are told By Stephanie that someone came out to the house or we do not receive a response. However, we are never aware of whom and when someone is coming.

Our timer has not worked for several weeks. An email was sent out about 3 weeks ago and we didn't get a response. We went to Artesian and met with Stephanie, I informed Stephanie that we would appreciate a call when someone is coming, she dismissed me and said I have been communicating with my husband. She is very rude when approach and becomes defensive. Also, when we went last week she said someone was coming to the house that day.

Obviously we are not home, to them we do not need to be home. My question is, how do we know when someone is coming. To this date we still have not receive a response and my husband has to manually work the timer. Otherwise it will burn out. Also they subcontract out and our piping was not put in correctly. The painting on the floor was in poor quality, it is already peeling off and the concrete is cracking. I was told that it is settling and if a Nickle fits, then to call them. I would not recommend them. Very disappointed.

Dont bother calling them. We are looking as first time buyers of pool. First question out guys mouth was how i was paying. No thank you.

We had our pool done by Artesian a little more then 3 years ago. After a year and a half some of the pavers in our patio started to sink. This was the company that the sub their work out to. It is Yellow Brick Pavers. They had to come out and figures it was only a 1 year warranty we got charged for them to fix their poor work. Now another year and a half and we are having more pavers sinking. The pool is fine but if you go with Artesian let them build the pool, but hire a different company to do your pool deck because the company they use is horrible.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE my new pool! I've gotten tons of compliments.it truly exceeded my expectations. I can't thank Artesian Pools enough.everyone was timely and professional. Despite my numerous emails, changes and questions. Everyone was so helpful and responsive. Major shout out to Julio.very good guy! Thanks so much!

****This is an update to our original post. At first, we were less than thrilled with this company. The biggest issue we had with Artesian was the lack of communication. Many time we received no calls, no notice and just no show when each pool phase were scheduled. We had to contact project manager ourselves each time just to get information of when they would come over. Positives: Julio was wonderful to work with, pool school person was very knowledgeable and Stephanie and Ginger took over after and were great to work with.

Our pool did come out beautiful. Tony helped my husband and I agree on a design that we both would be happy with. This process was long and since we have never build a pool before can't really compare it. After pool was build, we had a few hiccups along the way with salt cell and spa heater. Artesian has been extremely helpful and sent a company out right away.

Today, marks the completion of our home pool project as we've gotten the landscaping done, and outdoor furniture in place. After we decided to build a pool, I interviewed several well recommended and rated pool contractors before choosing Henry Sutton and Artesian Pools. Not only were they comparably priced, Henry's design vision turned out to be precisely what we envisioned ourselves.

We've learned that when building a one of a kind custom pool, expect a few delays and unexpected kinks (permitting, add-ons, change orders). When these things happen, it's crucial to have someone who can run interference for you and get the parties involved to come through for you. Henry Sutton excelled in doing that and made the project a complete success. We now have a beautiful custom pool area that we use every day. Thanks Henry and Artesian.

We could not be more pleased with our backyard paradise. Our process went smoothly and everyone loves our outdoor retreat. Highly recommended, professional company

I am a neighbor of an owner installing a pool by this company. 1. Neither the neighbor nor Artisian presented the details of the installation or requested permission to use my property for the construction activities. 2. On first visit lawn sod was destroyed including changing the land contour, sprinkler heads were torn off along with cracking the irrigation header at a valve. (Irrigation was eventually repaired, sod took awhile). 3. Informed owner that they did not have permission to use my property as a construction access.

This was passed on to Artisian. 4. Artisian brought in a crew that again used a bobcat and again cracked the irrigation header in a different location, along with greater damage to the grass. 5. Sod was eventually replaced but slopes were not appropriate. 6. After placing markers (twice) to delineate property boundaries, they were removed and then broken so they could continue work. Sod was again damaged.

I cannot speak to the final quality of their pools, but I suggest caution before contracting with this company as their on site supervision is non-existent. They have a complete lack of consideration for the adverse effects they cause on neighboring properties.

We are doing our 2nd pool with Artesian right now and I can honestly say the first go around i priced about 6 different Central FL companies, all w/same requests and Artesian was best price for an even bigger pool. Even with a request like "zero depth entry" where other companies told me it couldn't be done or was a "waste" (even though i wanted it) they made sure i had every detail from my wish list.

The 2nd go around i only had one other quote done again because i knew what i would get - bigger pool & deck for same $$. I also appreciated a discount for being a repeat customer. One final note - I believe companies come and go over the years, but there is something to be said about a company that has been building pools in the same area for decades, in the same location all these years.

I requested a quote from this company and the experience was bad. A rep showed up to whom I explained what I was looking for. I even gave him a design for the pool I wanted as I was looking to compare apples to apples between them and their competitor. One week after, I had to call their office twice to find out the status of their quote so I can make a decision.

I was told they were working on it and it was only after my 3rd call that they actually sent it with a complete different design. Though their price was actually lower I decided to award the project to their competitor "Blue Haven Pools" who not only provided a quote within 48 hours but they also followed up with me several times and offered to work on different options and designs. Artesian Pools never called me back after they sent their quote for a simple follow up. They may do good work but their sales and estimating department are less than what you would expect.
