I had recently purchased and moved into a home that had an existing Pool Barrier Safety Fence, likely even before Chris (new owner) acquired the company. I needed some replacement parts and it was well out of warranty, since the warranty is only for existing owner. Chris provided me the spare sparts I needed as well as some spares! If I need any future support or repair work, I'd have no hesitation to going to Pool Barrier Safety Fence!
