Paul was great to deal with before during and after the pool construction. Despite some setbacks early on, his guys worked through it and got the job done quickly. We made a reservation early in 2020 for a pool installation in 2021, after a friend recommended B & L the previous summer. Paul's team just finished our pool and we are very pleased with everything. Paul was a pleasure to work with, designing and planning the project. His installation team was very professional. They came when they said they would be there and they did a great job with each of the stages of construction. Watching them build our pool gave me a new respect for this industry.

It took a great deal of work to put our pool in. Each of the teams that came did and excellent job, from Sitework and preparation, to construction of the pool and concrete work, including the electrical systems and plumbing. Then, at the end of construction we had Eli spend time with us training us on all the systems, how to manage the pool and understand how it works, including the heating system and hot tub.

This was a significant investment, but we are happy we choose B & L. If a pool company tells you they can install your pool this season, be careful. Like construction, the professionals that do great work are in high demand and have a waiting list. Being patient to wait for the right installer is probably a very smart decision when it comes to pools. Gary Mello, Swansea MA

B&L has been amazing to work with and goes above a beyond. We have dealt with a lot og issues throughout our project, and B&L has been the one contractor who hasn't been a problem. The guys in the store are great too. Really helpful in learning how to maintain our pool.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They supposedly put a new filter in. I have had sand spitting out ever since they put it in. They put me on a do not service because I kept complaining to them. Wouldn't offer me a warranty on it. B&L designed and installed our in-ground pool and spa. You can tell by the quality and efficiency, they have been doing this for a very long time. B and L pools is by far the best pool company around. Our pool is now 8 years old and I still cannot say enough about this company. We rarely have an issue but when we do they are speedy, helpful and handle everything we need. This past weekend we were having a family party and the owner came to our house to check our filter last minute that wasnt working properly.

He then dropped off a spare filter for us to use in the meantime so our pool would be clean for the party before ours could be repaired this week. You cannot beat the kindness or service that comes with this family run company. We just love our pool and them!

Incredible, we had our 18x36 rectangle pool with stairs installed 17 yrs ago in Franklin and we have had zero problems. The quality of the build is absolute proof how well B & L installs are. After 16 yrs of fun our liner finally needed to be replaced and B&L did it last summer in 1 day. I've heard so many horror stories from people who unfortunately chose the wrong pool company, I'm glad we made the right choice. Thank you B & L

Paul and his crew were great. We put an 18x36 ft. pool in our backyard in August 2015. It looks great. He was true to his word and worked quickly. Our property is slightly sloped so Paul had to back fill around the pool to flatten out the area. I think this is where Paul is better than other installers. We also used his recommended electrical, plumbing, and patio installers. They were good and coordinated everything. Very happy.

Used B&L last year for repair of a "Lakewood" pool installed in our new to us house. The pool was installed in 1982. Although it's painfully expensive to have a pool repaired, B&L was competitive in their pricing and amazing with their customer service. Paul informed me of everything that would need to be done and they were able to squeeze in my repair around other jobs. They came out on a Saturday to complete the job and we can now swim in happiness instead of looking at a horrible pool that came along with our house purchase.
