Majestic Pools Majestic Pools has been building inground pools for over 30 five years. We are the biggest inground pool builder in Western New York, with over 5,000 pools built. We own our own 70,000 square foot facility, 0n eight acres with two full-size indoor pools, warehouses, store, and a service area strictly for pools and related equipment. We have been at this location for thirty five years.

Loving our new hot tub! Service has been first rate from sales to delivery and the start-up visit was a fabulous way to get us up and running. They know their stuff!

Tim (technician) was awesome! He spent a lot of time with me to show me how to care for my hot tub. He went over precautions so the tub is clean and my family is safe. He answered all my questions! Tim also took the time to install my cover lift after he realized there was a connections error from the electrician. Thank you, Tim!

Just awesome. I went there for parts for a hot tube that was gifted to us. Mike their parts department was outstanding, very knowledgeable he was able and WILLING to share so I could get my hot tub up and running. Rosalie was great she helped with all the add ons I needed As for the review I read saying prices high. The great service is worth it!

Purchased a spa that was "in stock" so we wouldn't have to wait extra time for it to come in. Paid in full. Was told someone would called in 4-4.5 weeks to schedule delivery. 5 weeks- no call and no spa. I call. No return phone call. 6 weeks- no call and no spa. I call. No return phone call. 7 weeks- no call and no spa. I call. No return phone call. 7 weeks & 2 days- I go into the store and ask what is the delivery date for the spa I have paid in full for and is now three weeks late?

They state they don't have the schedulers log that they promise to have someone call me. (Insert eye roll here.) I said I've tried that already. I said I need to know when it will be delivered or I need a refund. The man I was speaking with said give me your credit card. I said okay and received a full refund right then and there. No apology.

No attempt to save the sale. Our salesman did call the next day to say sorry and try to save the sale. I said okay when would it be delivered? He didn't have an answer. I said exactly. The correct decision was made here. Thanks anyway. We are sad we won't have a spa this year but not sad about not having to deal with this company any longer.

Called and they said someone would call me back. Then they show up unannounced and leave a note on the door (we're not moved in yet) so I call back and say they never called and we're not living there yet. Someone will call me back from service. It's been over a week. Terrible service and scheduling. I finally received a call back and TBD if they call again and show up.hate being left in the dark!

Unbelievable. Won't service a pool (expensive pool) that they installed. Worst phone manners and follow up ever! Cannot speak to the boss (probably tired of all the complaints)? Who is running this circus? Don't bother with Rick he won't call back. Cathy won't return calls. Don't waste your money!will not support what they sell!

Didn't have a great start. I think he though we were pulling his chain when we said we were buying and taking it home today. But once he realized we were it changed and the experience was great. Had it bought paid and loaded in an hour. Owner also explained maintenance, set up, and safety for our kids.

Bob came to our house and was very respectful. He walked us through everything we needed to know and was so patient. He did such a great job. Would highly recommend Bob 10/10 for any service needs.

What a terrible experience. We visited 4/25. When greeted at the door we explained we were on the market for a hot tub. Salesman who was clearly commissioned based was less than interested to help us with the advertised model. He had to go " check something " and never returned. After tracking down another "salesman" who was clearly into hot coffee than selling hot tubs he also didn't have any information.

I know it was only a $6000 budget we had, but we had no problem walking out the door. If sales department is that difficult, I can only imagine the service department after the sale. How do they even get a sale? And. reviews from there own employees. wow You are right. It was frustrating to be chasing down a salesman for some help. That should have been the sign. "In stock" was never a deal breaker but we never had a opportunity to discuss options with anyone. Thank you for the reply

Recently had Majestic over to give us a quote for a new filter and replacement header for our heater. We were told they would be able to return for the fix within the next 2 weeks. 6 weeks later after us calling 5 times to try and schedule our service, Majestic never returned our calls. We have decided to look elsewhere for service.

Our local dealer could not get my family a Spa for 3-5 months! As soon as we walked in we were greeted very quickly, Our sales guy Larry was a blast too deal with and stayed after hrs to get the deal done the day we walked in! I am extremely happy with everyone's friendliness and help today. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again!

Ordered a hot tub in August owner Tim was nice to my husband while he was taking our money. Owner and sales team lied for several months about status of delivery of hot tub. I finally got in contact with the manufacturer to find out what was happening and Tim the owner got mad because I went over his head and spoke with the President of Cal spa and is now refusing to give us our hot tub that we waited for 5 months for.

If you are in the same position or have not gotten your tub we have already served him with papers from our attorney and contacted the attorney generals office which is investigating him now along with contacted our credit card company if you used them to try and get our money back. BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY! Very dishonest CROOKS!

Rude.rude.rude. Let me tell you about our experience. Walked into the location and purchased a hot tub same day. Set up the delivery, delivery did not show up during the time frame. Called the location. long story short they wanted us to accept via text message "Is the job substantially completed? Do you authorize Majestic Pools and Spas to charge x dollars to your account?" Majestic said we HAD to agree to that before they would deliver. So, since we wouldn't respond "yes" to those questions BEFORE we received the product, they wouldn't deliver. Not to mention during all of this nonsense, the staff was extremely rude in the process. I am literally sitting here, hours later, in shock at how awful this experience was.

Stay clear! Customer and repair service was terrible. Bought a new pump/motor from them for my built in pool for over $550. They installed it on a very rainy day, then told my wife (not an electrician) we had an electrical problem with wires sparking in the conduit and that the breaker kept tripping because of it. They said I needed an electrician. Called and spoke to them several times trying to understand why all of a sudden I had an electrical problem, as the breaker tripping had not been a problem previously.

Finally called and had an electrician come out, fixed it in about a half hour, for $100 - Majestic wired the hot lead to ground causing the breaker to trip. THEY WIRED IT WRONG! IT WAS SPARKING BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING OUT! When I called to tell them what the electrician had to do to fit it and asked for a $100 refund, the Service manager actually yelled at me that they weren't giving me back a dime. Unbelievable.

I even had my electrician call (3 times) but they would not connect him with the Service Manager. Then I called and left his number for them to call and no one ever contacted him. So unsatisfied with this company. I WOULDN'T BUY CHLORINE TABLETS FROM THIS OUTFIT! DISGRACEFUL!

I have been a customer for 13 years. They put my inground in and for 10 years were fantastic. Then something happened and for the last 3 years they have been horrible. They don't return phone calls and treat me like I'm dumb. I take care of my pool! I was shown how to clean it and deal with it from day one and do everything I was told by the book, so when I call them, I really NEED them, but they are so hard to deal with now.

My opening the last two years has been non-existent. Young guys who barely know what they are doing - put in 2 bags of shock when my pool takes 4; didn't turn on my heater and I found out later it was corroded and wouldn't start. They are supposed to turn it on and check it out and didn't touch it or they would have easily found that. My salt generator wasn't set-up properly for my pool size and one of my jets inside came out hours after they left. They need a serious shake up in service.

I've used majestic for years, always happy, but they recently damaged a friend's driveway and are denying responsibility. My friend was even cursed out by the person they reported the damage to. They'll get no more of my business. Leslie's pools just down the street is also excellent, and they offer on line coupons and loyalty discounts.

This place is amazing, helpful friendly staff, large selection of pools, hot tubs and supplies. They really go above and beyond to make sure that you have a good experience and are happy with their products. I don't hesitate to recommend these folks for all your pool and spa needs!

Majestic sold this umbrella to my friend. It completely snapped off in 10mph winds. They refused to replace it, 6 days after purchase. We tied it to a tree so it doesn't hurt anyone before we torch it later!
