Good clean installation. Asked the right questions to make sure I'd be happy with the electrical routing for new heat pump unit. I worked at home during install and didn't get disturbed one from noise. Juan and Matt were great to have here.

We had the pleasure of working with Sierra Pacific to have a solar attic fan installed. The team of Abraham and Abraham came out and did an amazing job for us. They were friendly, courteous, professional and patient with us as we had a lot of questions. They also removed a very large swamp cooler from the top of our roof and disposed of it as part of the project.

They repurposed the existing hole in our roof to install the new attic fan, capped off the old swamp cooler chute and the electrical wires. There was a small hiccup with the replacement shingles for the roof patch, but they were honest and transparent about the mixup and came back out first thing on Monday morning to complete the job (the installation was on the previous Friday). Also, Tomika was the individual who came out to give us the estimate for the project.

She was very knowledgeable and also wonderful to work with (she also had to answer a lot of questions). Overall, we were extremely happy with the job Sierra Pacific did for us. We highly recommend their services. And if you've been wondering about getting an attic fan, check it out. We are amazed at the difference it has made in keeping our home cool.

First, they came and did the annual inspection of my solar and turned on the system. The tech found a crack in one panel and I agreed to replace. The second tech that replaced the panel found additional cracks in two other panels. He was very thorough and answered questions. I ordered and replaced the two additional panels. All three were still under warranty, making it affordable.

After replacing the two additional panels, the tech double checked all of the panels. The system is running smoothly. Really glad the second tech double checked all of the panels - which he didn't have to do. Saved me a lot of money.

I bought a new package unit from Sierra Pacific last month. The sales professional and install team were incredibly professional, on time, and great at communicating throughout the process. This week during a heat wave, the cooling feature went out. The Sierra team had David from their service team out to my house within 10 hours of receiving my voicemail, and he quickly fixed the issue. Very appreciative of their excellent customer service.

I am so impressed. From the salesperson to the completion of the job, Sierra Pacific was professional and knowledgeable at every step. I now have a highly anticipated and painstakingly installed solar pool heater. The team that installed, Daniel Alger, Josh F., and Steven H., went far above and beyond. They used my house paint to perfectly match the pipes leading down the side of the house, and replaced all the existing piping in the pool pump enclosure and painted all the piping black for consistency.

The system was explained concisely and will be super easy to adjust and control The team was cheerful, respectful, and efficient. I appreciate how hard they worked for the desired result. Color me happy! Would definitely recommend.

This company was done by referral through Costco. From the quote to the final inspection sierra pacific were very professional and did an excellent job communicating with us. They were always on time and responsive to our questions and concerns. The first day they removed the old heating unit from the attic and ac unit. They made sure we had a heater after the first day.

The unit is so much quieter and effective. We love the new system because it keeps us warm all day and night and be barely know is is running. Getting 15% back from Costco is also a nice reward for us. Highly recommend this company especially through Costco.

The combined price for a new furnace and air conditioner was the best combination that we could find, and the installation was flawless. We are extremely glad that we chose this company to replace our old and worn units. It was the right decision.

Company installed a new solar heating system for our pool. They were neat, efficient, polite, on time and did an excellent job. The crew was careful and polite and the team leader took the time to carefully explain the installation process, kept us updated on progress and carefully and fully explained how the system operates and should be maintained. They were great and I will be using them again for our other HVAC needs around the house. I highly recommend them.

I saw the Sierra Pacific company tag inside my solar pool water heater which suggested calling them for service. Best decision for home-related services ever. Colton came out a couple times and is awesome. I am so glad I asked him about other things that they did since he provided exemplary service. It's been a couple months and we now have them installing solar panels. Dealing with Blake, Mike, and Naomi to get the ball rolling has been painless. Sierra Pacific sent Eddy and Milton out to upgrade the breakers and their attention to detail and their professionalism is amazing.
