I had Nick help me with some pool equipment repair questions over the phone and he was very helpful. I also had him come out and go over my pool equipment with me over here in Granite Bay. He is very knowledgeable and patient. Went above and beyond in my opinion.

I was inquiring on a few items on Facebook marketplace with the owner of this establishment, Nick Chaffee. After offering a price I was told by Nick that he would agree to my price as long as I would leave his company not 1, but 2 5 star ratings. Wow. After inquiring what kind of business is was I let him know I wasn't able to accommodate that as I don't have a pool.

He was fine with just a 5 star rating at that point. Don't worry buddy I made sure to leave the honest review. If someone is this shady over a couple of old used balance bikes, I would not trust them with my multi thousand dollar pool. Be warned. Pictures of the conversation upon request.

Great pool tile cleaning and pool inspection in Folsom. Did excellent in repairing my pool, like I'm really impressed and would totally recommend! Good price, good work.

Very very bad service! Threatened me to give him a good review to get a invoice to get a warranty repair done on the brand new pump they just installed. After talking to many people in the industry. I have been told he is unpleasant person to work and deal with.

Tech was sent out today to install my new pool pump and this was the best service I had with a pool person ever. He went above and beyond my expectations. He made sure everything was installed correctly, went over everything step by step with me, answered all my questions, and even got rid of a small wasp nest for me lol and he did all this in the heat. wish he serviced my area because he would definitely be my permanent pool guy. Thanks again for your great service!

I just used this company based on a refer all for some pool equipment repair here in Sacramento / Folsom - Very much enjoyed their professional work

After giving Nick pictures of our non-functioning sweeper, he sent out a technician. When he left the pump wasn't working. Nick sent out his "mechanical guy" who overcharged us for parts and left without fixing the problem. We are still trying to get our pool working, and no word from Nick. We've had a really terrible experience with this company.

My Husband tried really hard to Open our Pool this Year. Everything was fine, till we realized, We couldn't vacuum it the pump on the filter wasn't working properly. I tried a lot of Pool businesses with no help. Then I Got to the App for Dynamic Pools & Service. Owner Nic knows what he's doing. We thought we need a New Pump, but Nic said he thinks it needs to be clean out.

He sent us pictures of how to do it. Nic wasn't thinking about how much $ he could charge us. He's just an honest guy that wasn't making a dime to help us. Trust is important when your Buying a Pool or having Service done. I would definitely pick Dynamic! Robin Gray Alexandria Bay, N.Y.

DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION. Have a 3 month contract--Mid June until Mid September. Mid August, noticed pool filter no longer running. Have asked for information, direction regarding what is necessary. NO RESPONSE. Asked that service person leave note/card/sticker. SOMETHING.to indicated they had been here and serviced the pool. THIS HAS NEVER BEEN DONE.

Have left more than a dozen phone messages and as many e-mails and there has been no response to any of them. Contracted for the pool service so granddaughters can use it during vacation.three weeks of which have now been wasted! School vacation almost over and filter problem still hasn't been addressed. THIS IS POOR SERVICE AT BEST.THIEVERY AT WORST. One star rating is generous!

Dynamic pool services has been regularly doing pool service on my pool for about 3 years. My pool always turns out shining! i dont know a better pool man ind this is some quality pool service! Also very experienced at cleaning the tiles on my pool, they are timely and have good prices, i havfe always been very satisfied with their pool services.
