I had a pool cover replaced by Craig K. Without question he was amazing. The best customer service and competitive pricing I have ever seen and experienced. He was on time, went above and beyond, and most importantly was patient with all my questions. I absolutely recommend this business for all your pool needs.

Walked in to this place today with no expectations. Wasn't even sure I was going to buy a spa. But I met Glen and he walked me through all the ins and outs of owning and maintaining a spa. I've had an inground pool and they take a lot of work. I've never had a spa but Glen explained the differences and assured me I could own and enjoy a spa with little or no worries. I've also dealt with high pressure sales people in my life and Glen was the furthest from the stereotype.

He listened to my issues and concerns and was ready to answer questions and put my mind at ease. Very personable and relatable. I walked out of this place with a new spa on schedule for delivery and couldn't be happier. No regrets!

Great People, Great Service and what they don't stock, they can get it for you. Just wish they build pools, as my pool builder (clue: on Augustine Ave.) made a mess of my pool. Now using them to service my pool.

Great staff for all needs. Bought a hot tub at a home show in El Paso years ago. We bought all our chemicals and needs from them. They moved it when we moved houses for a reasonable fee. They deliver and set up. We are in the process of buying a new one as we had a momma raccoon have her babies under our hot tub. To her it was warm and she had plenty of water.

We had them come out and they recommended just buying a new one. They are giving us a decent credit on ours toward price of a new one. We just learned we need some panel upgrades before we go with another one since we just got a solar panels. They gave us a refund with no problems To me it speaks volumes about a business. When the meet deliver expectations and Service expectations They have been in business a long time. Worth the price

Colton was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me with the chemicals needed for a 200 gallon Spa/Hot Tub. He gave me some great tips on how to apply the chemicals and when to check the Bromine, Alkalinity, and pH levels. If you're in the market for a Spa, you need to check this place out - they have all types and sizes. They support their sales with installation and service.

We walked in not expecting to buy a Hot Tub / Spa today but walked out with not only a new purchase but even more importantly a sense and belief that Kolten will be there to support us in any way he can for the rest of our lives! Today, I want to talk about our set up, delivery and installation experience. We had two teams involved in this, the electrical hookup provider, Amps Electric led by Joe Molina, and the delivery team led by Jonathan.

We have lived in the Southern New Mexico / West Texas area since the Jan 1st, 2017. In all of those years, we have NEVER had the pleasant experience of interacting with two teams that were so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, communicative, considerate and punctual! NEVER! Obviously, we cannot praise Pool Tech Plus and everyone associated more! If you are looking to add a hot tub / spa to your life, this is the place to go!

Super great experience. Kolten is an excellent salesman who knows his product. We were able to close our deal, get our pool delivered and each step happened just as we were told it would. Great delivery people too.

Knowledgeable staff. They were friendly and helpful. We visited to deal with an existing swimspa issue. They set us up with an appointment for home service visit, which diagnosed the issue. The gentleman who came to the house was polite, knowledgeable and very informative. We learned some things that we were not educated on when we purchased the swim spa, that it would have helped immensely.

I checked out three other locations in El Paso prior to calling Pool Tech. The individual I spoke to on the phone was very knowledgeable and courteous. He told me that his boss Jay was actually set up at the Home and Garden Show in the Convention Center and that there were some really good sales going on. Upon arriving at the convention center I spoke to Tom, who is a regional Master Spas representative.

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and did not try to push the sale nor did he try to push any particular brand of spa or type. He truly was listened and just explained everything thoroughly. He then introduced me to Jay, who is the owner of Pool Tech. Jay is also very professional and down to earth. After asking them hundreds of questions, since this is my first spa purchase, I told them I wanted to think it over and they told me to take my time, once again these guys seem to let the product speak for itself.

After probably only 20 minutes of talking it over with my wife, we decided that this was a combination of the nicest people, the best product, and the best price. We decided on the Healthy Living 8.5. After going back and letting them know we made a decision these guys went above and beyond. We wanted a different color combination than the one they had and they special ordered me one from the factory at the same sale price which was a huge discount.

Then once these guys found out I was in the military they even through in a free cover lifter and gave an additional military discount. After doing hours of research online, speaking to three other spa and pool dealers, I believe going with a Master Spa through an awesome local dealer who has been around for a while was the best option for me. Pool Tech Plus is in my opinion the friendliest and most knowledgeable dealer in the area. Can't wait for my spa to arrive and I am confident that this shop will continue to impress me throughout my years of ownership.

I have been a long time customer for all of my pool supplies and chemicals. When I was in the market for a spa, I went to them first and was not disappointed. Mikey was very helpful during the selection process and we ended up with the perfect spa. Great quality spas, and great service!

We purchased a spa 2 years ago and have loved it. Install went without a hitch. Very competent, courteous and professional installers from Pool Tech. They were very responsive and helpful when we needed some help to switch from 120v to 240v. Highly recommended.

GREAT SERVICE! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Plus it's locally owned. The entire staff is knowledgeable and willing to help in any way they can. It seemed that everything that could go wrong with my pool/equipment has gone wrong within the past few months. They quickly came to my aid, diagnosed my problems properly and gave me the solutions I needed to have an awesome summer by a beautiful pool.
