Sure they are busy, but I was very happy with John who came by a couple of times to measure and was very professional. Nehal though - our installer - was fantastic! There was a mix up with our order - 4 ft fence instead of 5 ft fence was being installed. We realized it and he went back to the shop and stayed late to get it corrected. Checked with me on various spec items as he went and provided some good insight as to where to place gates. Overall he was professional and courteous which seems to be a rarity these days. Thank you to both John and Nehal for the experience!

Austin was fantastic! He got to the problem right away, fixed it and was very friendly. Great customer service, even though I did have to wait for two weeks for service.

The service and employees are terrific and I recommend the electric pool safe covers and my pool service person is recommending them to all his customers helps keep the chlorine usage down and the pool easier to keep cleaner AND SAFER FOR ALL THE GRAND AND GREAT grand kids I have.

Could not get order straight. still waiting for fix/install DATE. we have used this company for about 20 years from initial install plus 3 covers. they now do not respond completely to email requests EVER, you cannot get through to them on the phone, their "technicians" do not report issues on initial estimates, they have our 50% down and after WEEKS we do not have an installation date. BILL still waiting for requested warrantee in writing, details on cover material/manufacturer, and cleaning instructions. this should be a standard practice for ALL cover sales. they did a cheap fix on the enclosure box/cover scraping problem = taped on a piece of cover material. they were the original builders/installers of ours. this problem must have been an issue with others as they now build the enclosure boxes 2 inches wider than ours. Received warrantee and cleaning information. Still need solution to storage box issue.

The 2 technicians who installed a new pool cover were top notch! They were on time, even provided a courtesy call to let me know they were on there way, and highly professional. They preformed their job superbly and were pleasant to talk with.

While we did initially have some issues getting our service scheduled, Tom reached out to me the next day and had a tech come out to fix our pool cover that wouldn't close. Megan from their customer support team was simply amazing and found that reaching her by email was much more reliable than phone. They've been servicing our pool cover for the past four years and have kept everything in working order to make having a cover a worthwhile experience. It keeps our pool warmer than it would otherwise and not as much leaves to clean-up.

Critical: Value Professional repair staff. Provide honest advice. I thought the motor needed replaced but repairmen said it was good. He was able to fix the problem with a cheaper repair. Andrew is very responsive if you have questions or concerns.

It's extremely difficult to find a company to work on your automatic pool cover. I called numerous companies and no one wanted any part of it. I guess we are lucky that the only company I could find that actually works on these things did such a great job. They showed up when they said they would, they fixed my problem, and gave me an estimate to fix the long range problems. The estimate was in my email within an hour of the technician leaving.

I am a Family Practice physician with prior ER experience, so, for safety reasons, I initial declined to build a pool at my home- until I discovered PoolSafe 25 years ago. I have a rectangular pool and an automatic open/close cover which has helped keep my pool warmer, cleaner, definitely safer and it has greatly reduced water evaporation and the use of chemicals. The service has always been excellent. Life expectancy for the cover is about 5 -6 years.

I've been waiting over a month for someone at Pool Safe (I believe it is supposed to be John Moss) to provide an upgrade quote and he doesn't even have the courtesy to contact me as to why it is taking so long. Horrible customer service. I don't recommend this company.

Poolsafe is an excellent company to work with. All the people that I spoke to on the phone are nice and helpful. I ordered a replacement cover and it came faster than expected and the installers were great. They were quick and and installed the pool cover perfectly. I would definitely recommend this company to install or replace your pool cover.

I've been told five times by the office that John will call me back and never does. Then I was provided with his number so I left a voicemail. Still no call back. Disheartening spending 10k on a pool cover and when there's a problem, not having someone return your calls.

Wonderful experience putting in a pool fence for a new house. Product is excellent and installer was very professional, polite and courteous. They even went out of their way to add a second gate for us a few days later after we decided to do so. Definitely would recommend!

I had very good experience working with this company. Ivan (sales rep) and Anthony (installer) were both very patient, honest and easy to work with. Although I wasn't excited about having to put up a fence for permit, the whole experience with Poolsafe was very pleasant. Very understanding folks. Everyone showed up on time with no delays or cancellations. Communication was easy and consistent.

These people are crooks. See the review of Frank. B. They replaced my pool cover on September 02. On September 23, the cover would no longer operate. I waited fromt September 23 to October 2 for someone to come out to fix it. It is under warranty and they stated before they came there would be no charge. Their tech then arrived and informed me that a rope had broken and tried to blame the broken rope on me.

I operated this cover for three years without any operational issues at all. And then, twenty-one days after they installed a new pool cover including a new rope, the rope they installed broke. And they blamed me. They do not stand behind the product they sell, and their customer service is non-existent. Their ploy is the blame the customer for their shoddy products and service.

Do not deal with these people. I wish I had read Frank B.'s review before I got involved with Poolsafe. Think about it. An installation that lasted only 21 days before the rope they installed broke. And they blamed me.

Pullsafe installed our fence to our exact specifications and we were very professional. Ensured cleanup after they were done. We are very happy with our newly installed fence and gate and have piece of mind that it will keep our grand-children safe. Aestehetically pleasing to the eye we are very pleased with our product.

Wreckless driving done by this company. If they seem so careless about hurting people on the street, can't imagine how they lack in the care of their services.

My cover system is 35 years old and no longer has any parts available. However the tech made due and fixed my problem! Another company i had come out just said they couldn't help me.

Fantastic Company. Great Service. Andrew and the Pool Safe team are very professional and responsive. We had them replace our old pool cover and mechanism. The technicians are friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend Poolsafe.

I used this company last year to put a new cover on our pool. They did a good job, they're not the cheapest company, but I was looking for quality this go-around. So, I thought I'd give them some more business this year and get a quote to replace our touch pad for our pool cover. This is a proprietary part made by one manufacturing company. There's one option as far as a low voltage touch pad goes.

My bid comes back at $969.95. (Red Flag) So I decided to get another bid as we always should, I understand that. But when I've used a company once, was happy with their work, I feel like we've established a relationship of trust and loyalty. I typically wouldn't shop my quote if the price was reasonable. My second quote from another pool cover company, getting parts from the SAME manufacturing company mind you, was $335.

Be aware of this company and get your bids. They clearly don't feel like long term customers are important. The choice is always yours, I hope this was useful information.

Had a great experience with Poolsafe. They did a awesome job replacing my old removable liner in my 15x30 pool. I've used them twice now and will call them the next time I have issues or need a new liner.

The salesman, Keith that initially came out was great. Explained installation and answered all of our questions. Estimate was right in line with what we expected to pay. The technician/installer, Michael was supposed to arrive between 9am and 11am. 15-30 minutes prior to his arrival I was supposed to receive a call telling me he was on his way. 11am came and went without a call.

At 11:30am, I called the office. I was told their technician had mechanical issues with his truck and that he had to go back to the office to get parts needed for my job. BS in my opinion because 15 minutes later Michael showed up and provided a different explanation. Michael was at our house for about 15 minutes before he disappeared for over 2 hours.

When he returned, he finished the installation. Overall product is good but commitment to contract and time frame promised is lacking severely. Shame on office staff for making bogus excuses. Honesty is always the best explanation.

These people need to do their homework and advise homeowners that their pool fence is not accepted as adequate fencing for the county of Riverside, prior to purchase and installation! Very costly mistake. Pam H.

Reliable, friendly and honest. I found this company during an online search and I cannot believe how lucky I have been. Professional and prompt, they provided me with a reasonable quote and the gentleman who came to my home was clearly very knowledgeable about their product and all of the options available to me. I highly recommend this pool company.

We just got our 5' pool fence installed today. The technician (Nehal) was very professional. Showed up on time, patiently answered all of our questions and verified with us the locations of the fence and all holes prior to drilling. The final product looks nice. The materials seem decent. He asked us to try to push and bend the poles after installation just to demonstrate the strength of the materials. I am happy with their service. They were recommended to us by our neighbor. I will recommend them to others too.
