Very unprofessional. I worked with them for ~2 years with multiple minor issues in the process. Finally, I decided to switch. When I told them I was switching, they said that our contract indicated that I had to give them a 30 day notice. Well, they didn't come at all during those 30 days and my pool didn't get serviced. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service. Our pool has had some issues this Summer with being cloudy and not breaking up the chemicals well and the vacuum hasn't been very thorough in picking it all up, leaving a thick residue on the bottom. After skimming a few local places we chose Tuxedo as they were the only one to offer a free estimate, everyone else wanted $50-100 just to come look at the pool.
We called them on Friday, Sep.16th, and the man showed up on the following Monday to inspect the pool. Oddly enough he didn't bother to ring or knock, he just looked at the pool, then was nearly leaving before I noticed a truck in the driveway. He seemed rushed and just said he'd need to bring an external pump and vacuum to clean the bottom of the pool, this was better than using the pool's pump and then having to filter all the debris.
He said he'd have the office email us an estimate and took off in a hurry. Nothing showed up that day so an email was sent to them the next day, Tuesday, asking for details. They replied that Friday, the 23rd saying the estimate was in our mailbox, but it was just a written estimate for weekly pool service, nothing about actually cleaning the pool in it's current state, and no prices other than the service to do a basic weekly cleaning.
Five phone calls since the original request have yielded nothing either, the phone either goes right to VM or just rings. It's now been two full weeks and all we know is that they charge $55 for a weekly basic cleaning, but know nothing about the actual service we need or if anyone within the company gives a damn about doing it. Guess I'm calling other pool places next week.
