I really have to applaud Poolscapes of Charlotte! Extremely professional. Extremely honest. I asked Bob to move a tree that was my late son's memorial tree. Everyone around me said it's not a good time to transplant. Just cut it down. Well Bob put it in my contact and his superior over the top crew did move it and transplant it. As of today it's thriving and needs trimmed!
It's the little things. We didn't understand some stuff and once again the owner Bob came out and explained. From Thalia, Kathy (I love her) to his crews and him. Exceptional products and exceptional company! You definitely won't go wrong with getting them!

We had an amazing experience with Poolscapes of Charlotte from being to end. We couldn't have asked for a better team of people from the ladies in the office, Bob the owner with his knowledge, to Justin and his team doing the installation. Justin and his team are top notch! They are very professional, kept a very clean work area and were very good about communicating. We are beyond happy with our experience. I highly recommend Poolscpaes of Charlotte.

Poolscapes of Charlotte promised our family first class service and they delivered. From the first phone call with Thalia to our initial consultation with Bob we knew that we were in good hands. They were informative, honest, and thorough. We waited longer than expected for the project to begin, because of COVID 19 supply chain delays, but our pool was worth the wait!
I cannot say enough great things about Justin our project manager. He was always available for phone calls and questions. Although he had multiple projects to manage, he treated us like we were his only customers. His employees were courteous and detail oriented. Jose, Vita, and Mario all went above and beyond to ensure the pool, stone wall, and pavers met our expectations.
The end result was even better than we anticipated. The best part was the pool was completed just in time for Christmas and as and added bonus we were able to swim on Christmas Day! Poolscapes of Charlotte thank you for your professionalism! The Anderson family

We highly recommend Poolscapes of Charlotte. From the initial contact with the office staff and Bob, to the completion AND after with Justin and his crew, proved to be nothing less than what we had hoped. Everyone was professional, impeccable customer service, timely in their installation and response to any calls with questions and the quality of their work was top notch.
We made a couple of changes during the process and Justin made it happen for us.even when it meant working on the weekends. After a year of having our pool installed, they continue to respond quickly and walk us through any questions or issue we have had with maintenance on our end. Not the mention, the pool and spa are beautiful and exactly what we wanted!

Excellent pool company to work with! Honest, professional, flexible for changes, good sense of value and customer service. We highly recommend them for the pool products they are selling, San Juan Pools, as well as workmanship of installation and post project service. Very good experience all-around!

These guys are the best! Bob (the owner) provided exactly what he presented to us months before construction and was a huge help after the pool was done answering periodic rookie pool owner questions. Justin (the project manager) and his team were very professional and easy to work, and Justin was also a great communicator as to the phases and progress of the work. I strongly recommend these guys!
