Pool was more expensive then conventional pool. Was told to put on sand. Pool is uneven and sinks. Hoses leak & all parts are in kit form & proprietary. Of course. Not reasonable in price. Pool could be worth it if some details were worked out. My biggest complaint. Is I ordered a $70 skimmer kit (just needed the skimmer plastic leave basket) had to order full kit.
Then missed a part. & they are requesting me to order the part again. smh. (I ordered end of last season)0nt install until this week. 2020. Each year it's always something. Horse fail & leak. Pump stops pumping. Ladder is super cheap. The steps & top break. Nice idea. Poor quality. Replacements are way to expensive. My 2 sister's have a normal pool. No problems at all.

Horrible location! Website and Google make it look like a showroom including address to what we now know is a warehouse! I tried calling multiple times to get information they never answer the phone! We drove all the way there for nothing! They need to clearly state this is NOT a business you can visit why would I spend thousands of dollars on a pool I can't even see an example of!
