Best in the business. Was referred to Flagstone by a friend. If you want quality, service and a timely built pool this is your company. When looking for a pool company I was skeptical but Flagstone gives you the reassurance that they are a quality and reliable company. They have the options of a big company but the service of a family owned business.

When we came to their showroom they made you feel at home. They have completed my pool above my expectations and on time. The family takes their business seriously, personally and are involved in every aspect of the build. This type of company is rare in today's age. Highly recommended!

My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with Flagstone Pools, from the elegant design, to the easy process, and especially our gorgeous pool. Flagstone Pools is the perfect size for a pool contractor. They are big enough to have the resources and expertise to build a state of the art pool, yet small enough that you get personalized service. The design process was surprisingly easy, and Kim walks you through the paperwork.

On site, you deal directly with the owners, Scott, and his son Jake, both of whom respond quickly to texts/emails and are easy to talk to in person. They oversee the whole process from start to finish. About halfway through the project, I had a long list of details that I wanted to discuss with them. I felt I was being a little too picky, but they said, "Please, we want to hear about everything - our goal is to build your dream pool".

They addressed every last detail and indeed, we now have our dream pool that exceeded our expectations! They told us they would complete the pool in 6 to 8 weeks after they got the permit and all of our friends said it would never happen. Well, 6 weeks and 2 days after they started, we had water in the pool. I was pleasantly surprised when Scott personally came to the house time and time again even after the pool was completed to make sure the chemicals in the pool were at the right level, and stayed at the right level.

Flagstone pools did a phenomenal job with install of our pavers, Pool resurfacing and conversion to salt. The owners care and follow through on every aspect of the job. These have been hard times for a lot of businesses with labor and material shortages and I've appreciated the transparency/honesty of Flagstone on timelines, materials, etc.

Extended patio which they poured cement to do. Vey good job, cleaned up very well. I'll use this company again for inside projects as well as outdoors.

I would HIGHLY recommend Scott and Flagstone Pools. When my wife and I were searching for a pool company for our remodel, we were very careful in our decision. From the very beginning Scott was/is extremely professional, organized, and gave us several design ideas (and a 3D model so we could visualize our plan). Most importantly, he communicated with us throughout the entire process and finished the pavers, interior and step up shelf in under 4 weeks. Although Im sure he had several projects happening, he takes the time to make you feel like you're his priority. His crew was respectful and keeps a clean worksite. He has made our pool remodel an amazing experience.

I called Alberto for a quote. He quickly responded with a written quote. He showed up promptly and completed the job as requested. They cleaned up after themselves.
