Instillation of our new pool was quick and easy from the first meeting with Matt to the finished product! Chris and Jake came in with the equipment and had the pool in the ground on day two! And got us finished up in no time. Thanks guys!

My mother got a pool installed last year with them. I have had to be part of the process because I am the one mainly responsible for upkeep and maintaining it. They were so sweet and patient with both of us and have gone above and beyond over this last year helping us trouble shoot problems and even helped us fix things when we have made mistakes.

It has been such a blessing that they just didn't build the pool and disappear but instead have made sure we are able to enjoy it. I would totally suggest them to anyone else getting one installed.

I absolutely loved this company and can only say good things about them. From the first day when Matt arrived to do the estimate to the very last day when I signed off on the completion form, they were incredible. Every single person on their crew was kind, responsive and you can tell they really care about their jobs. Mark was amazing and really does go above and beyond.

I really appreciated how genuine each of the crew was from the excavation to the clean up. They cared about my property, what it looked liked thru the construction, and even took the time to create a makeshift fence so my dog wouldn't lose the full use of her yard. When the initial liner came in there was an issue with it, and Infinity once again showed just how professional they are.

They refused to install the defective liner and forced the manufacturer to make a new one - now that is service! And of course, there's Brittney who runs the office - she is definitely an asset to that company and does an amazing job of keeping things on the business side moving. She's so responsive and her communication style is on point. I can't recommend this company enough. The last two years have been rough with everything going on and getting supplies, but this company made it appear to be seamless. Again, I highly recommend them!

First thing I want to say is I love my pool. It was a difficult year in 2021 to get pool build with shortage of labor and materials. I am lucky to have infinity pool construction to build my pool. The construction crew were very knowledgeable and the price is very competitive. The office manager Brittany is very responsive on replying email and my questions and Mark the construction manager is very good and nice as we are first time pool owner and have lot of questions to ask. There are some delay on incorrect materials been ordered and Mark response it very professionally and get the things straight out.

We had Harley and crew install our fiberglass Barrier Reef Pool last fall. He was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. I'm very pleased with our finished product. I would recommend him and his crew to anyone looking to install a pool.

They were on-time (usually early) and super friendly, reliable, friendly and patient with all of our questions.

Despite having numerous setbacks with the Corona Virus happening, they were able to get our pool installed and our upgrades sourced with little issue. As with any construction, there are hiccups, but rest assured, Harley, Larry, Ryan Aaron and Brittney are ready to answer your questions and get your pool done right. I'm so happy we decided to go with Infinity instead of the several other pool installers we spoke with.

Infinity pool was such a pleasure to work with! They were the subcontractors who did all of the grunt work installing our pool. Although we had a horrible experience with the main company that we went through, I have nothing but good things to say about Harley and his crew. I wish I would've known about Infinity Pool before going through a big box company. Harley did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it.

His customer service is well above par. He Continues to return my phone calls and text messages to answer any questions that I have, 10 months after the pool was installed. This is definitely not something that is required of him and he could send me to Charlotte fiberglass for my issues but takes time out of his day to help me. He is dependable, reliable, extremely knowledgeable, professional and an all-around great guy. If you are considering having a pool installed, I highly recommend this company! Holli Bennett

Infinity was very responsive to our every call and need. they fulfilled the contract and were very helpful in educating and flexibility to changes as needed. We received quotes for the same/similar pools from some of the big name companies, their prices exceeded the price of Infinity by as much as $20,000. we also understood from others who used the bigger companies, there were many hidden costs so the price of their pools was even more than quoted. we highly recommend Infinity for their honesty, integrity, flexibility and responsiveness. they are a great group to work with. :
